    Danny came in the cold wet weather to see about my toilets backing up.He immediately went in the yard and started digging up my septic tank. He ran a snake up in the line and within minutes the toilets were flushing with no problem!Danny had me to flush the toilets couple more times before he left to ensure that everything was working properly!I would definitely recommend him anytime!

    Danny was outstanding! Had an leak in a copper pipe coming out of the floor of the warehouse. Had to shut off water to the land ladys house to stop the leak...no water for her! He came out at 9:30P to plug the leak and his rates were honest and fair. Highly recommended!

    I had a pipe break in my hot water heater and had Johns Plumbing replace the pipe. The tech told me he could not relight the pilot as water had ruined the pilot light assembly.. He said the part would cost $400. I called ASAP Plumbing and Danny quoted me $230 for the same part. When Danny came out he checked the pilot light and it fired right up. So I never even needed a replacement part. He didnt even charge me for.the service call. ASAP Plumbing will get my business from now on. Danny you are the best!

I had an emergency issue late on a Saturday evening and Mr. Husted worked me into his schedule and had my plumbing issue solved within 20 minutes of arriving. Done well at a fair price.     After contacting Danny at 5:48pm on September 11, he came out at 6pm on September 13, on his way to church. After a quick evaluation, he went to the basement and entered a crawl space where he replaced a leaking pipe. My water bill was $73.22 this month. He told me to call them, and they would decrease my bill. After quickly replacing the pipe, he was gone in about 30minutes. He was courteous and fixed my problem. He also charged me a reasonable price for his service. If I ever have another plumbing problem, I will not hesitate to call Danny. Great job!!!!!

    Danny of ASAP Plumbing has got to be one of the sweetest people youd ever meet! He is super hardworking, caring, honest, trustworthy and a man of integrity. He called us back immediately, listened to the (horrible) situation we were having and came to check it out that very day. He told us what he thought the problem was, and quoted us a price right on the spot and set a time to come back with all the equipment needed to fix our particular problem. He found a rag that was flushed down the toilet In our smaller bathroom. The culprit had to be our grandchild. He then proceeded to our bathroom where the tub would fill up when the toilet was flushed. The plumbing in THAT room wasnt even put in the house correctly, causing the gasses to vent out DIRECTLY into our home!! He took the time to fix a very dangerous problem. I just cannot express how happy we were with the work Danny did. I really think he saved our health and probably, our lives. Do not hesitate to call ASAP Plumbing, you will NOT be sorry!     Friendly, flexible, and affordable. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and Danny was nice enough to work with our schedule over the weekend and come when he could and do the repair.     ASAP was unbelievable in dealing with our plumbing emergency. Not only did they come out after hours on a week night, they didnt charge the after hours fee saying it was their fault it was so late.Wow, what professionalism. They had been slammed the entire day, wound up eating supper close to 11:00 PM and yet they were pleasant throughout the entire experience. These guys came highly recommended by a plumber friend and I cant say enough about the entire experience! They identified our leak as a crushed water main and had us up and running in less than two hours!! Very trustworthy and fair pricing to boot!!

    We were having an issue with our plumbing and had this company come through for us tonight. They didn’t leave til 8:45 when MOST people have been home and had dinner by this time. You couldn’t tell it but I’m sure they had enough for the day. Despite still having 3 more service calls to leave and do. Just for the friendly customer service ALONE I would rate this company 5 stars. The job was done well & we are MORE than satisfied. Thankful for the help.     We were in desperate need to find a plumber who could come out same day to snake the main line at a home my mom just purchased. Stumbled upon ASAP Plumbing on Google and gave them a call. Had the pleasure of speaking with Danny who said he could be same day but, it would be late.     I called ASAP plumbing and he was at the house within 30 minutes to see where the glog was coming from. He cane back that evening because he knew all the pipes were glogged & we could not use the bathroom or run any water. He was there until 3 am trying to unclog the pipes. He came back the next morning & finished the job. Long story short, he made sure the job was done & we were able to use the water as quickly as he could. He was very respectful & professional. Will use again!!

    We Highly recommend calling on Danny for any plumbing service you need! We happened to find him through Servicemaster due to a water line break in our downstairs bath. He is very Reliable, Knowledgeable and Quick! It is second nature for him to find and fix your problem and along with that, he is genuinely happy and willing to help you. We cant say enough! I had a mess because the ceiling fell in and in two shakes, he cleaned it all up without a thought! He also changed my water filter in my fridge that I could not for the life of me remove!!!Thank You Danny!!!     Had a burst pipe situation last night and 3 inches of water in my cellar.     The gentleman came to the house at 10pm. We had a leak and had to turn the water off to a home with 7 people ( not a good thing) the tech was happy ,Courteous very professional and most of all had our problem solved in 10 minutes ! The price was nothing that broke the bank( especially for late emergency call. Most companies would have said ‘ see ya in the morning’ I was so pleased with the service... we will be using ASAP for our bathroom remodel. I would give these people a 10 star rating if I could !!     I found out I had a leak in my wall on a Thursday morning. I called 5 or 6 places that were closest to me and got the run around saying someone might be able to come out, might not while getting passed from schedulers to dispatchers, etc. Long story short, I wasted the whole day with the other places. I broadened my search and found ASAP a little farther away. I called around 6:30pm. Danny promised he’d be out that night when he finished a job. I thought yeah right, here we go again… sure enough at 8:30pm he showed up as friendly and professional as could be. I honestly didn’t think this kind of service exists anymore.

    I Discovered a water leak outside near my water meter. Called a few plumbers, including Danny. Left messages for each of them. The first plumber I called wouldnt say when he might be out. Danny then responded and told me he had 3 jobs ahead of me, but assured me he would take care of me. From previous plumber experiences, I really didnt know what to expect. At 12:15am my wife informed me we had no water. I thought that perhaps I had forgotten to turn the water back on at the road. As I opened the front door to go check the water valve, I looked out and saw a portable light, and there was Danny....12:15am....on his hands and knees fixing the leak. His first words to me were, Hey Mr. Segers! I hope I didnt wake you. I was going to leave you a note and send your phone a photo of the fix. Unbelievable!!! His first job that day began at 6:30...Had 6 jobs on the days roster.....I was his 13th repair that day! Yet, his attitude was as if he had just finished a nice sit down breakfast at IHOP with a fresh cup of coffee! Lol! He actually apologized that he couldnt get to me earlier. He only charged me $100 (because I had already dug and exposed the source of the leak). Easiest check I have written in a long time! Thank you Danny!!!

    Im always wary when I need to hire a repair person. You dont know who to trust, or who is looking to take you for a ride. I will only go with ASAP from now on - he went above and beyond to save me money by getting a major part for my water heater warrantied.     We had a water leak on 1/5/24 . At first we thought it was from the refrigerator so we called Matt our appliance repair man and he seen it was a leak coming from a pipe that ran under the house , so he recommended Danny at Asap plumbing. Said hed more than likely get out here same day and he did indeed. He was on a job , but said hed definitely be out because he didnt want us going without water no longer than we had to. He got in and out within 15 minutes and we were good to go with running water and no leak also it didnt break the bank with his fair pricing.     Great guy we call at about 7pm one night bc our pipes were busted and faucet went bad so we called them to see when he could get to us.     So we basically had a plumbing emergency. I walked my son to the door and saw water running down my driveway, obviously coming from my garage. First thought was my hot water heater so I bolted into the house to the garage. To my surprise, my utility sink had been backing up so much and for quite some time with all the water usage throughout the day, that it overflowed and flooded my garage and everything on that side! My husband called a plumber - Danny, from ASAP Plumbing. It was already late in the afternoon, but he said he could get to us same day. I cant hold punctuality against him because he was coming to save our butts! He said he would most likely get to us in the early evening and that he wouldnt leave us hanging. However, that time came and went and after reading some of the older reviews, I was starting to panic that he wasnt going to show up. Much to my surprise, and his credit, he showed up close to 9:30pm AND DIDNT LEAVE US HANGING! It took some doing, but he got our main line cleared and we were back to normal. He was going to yet another call after leaving our house after 10pm! I feel sorry for his poor wife, but hope she knows how much we appreciated his dedication and keeping his word to get to us and not charging highway robbery prices! Danny had a good friendly personality and his price was very reasonable. He kept his promise to us and that speaks volumes for his character and earning any future business. He would be the first one I call! He is greatly appreciated!

    Does great work at a very fair price. We had two things to fix - a leaky shower which had been leaking since we bought our house and one of the outside faucets was leaking through the brick foundation. He came within a day and fixed both issues for the same price as our first quote for our first issue, the outside faucet. He’s extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend! I’m so happy to not have to hear our shower drip anymore!!

    Our hot water suddenly stopped working. I did a Google search and saw ASAPs listing as one of many. As I live in Thomasville, where they are located, I called them hoping they could get to me quicker than some others as they were local. I spoke to Danny on the phone late in the afternoon and he said he was busy but he would try to work me in somehow. He told he had to take his grandmother to the doctor the next day. That alone should tell you something about his integrity and values. As luck would have it, I also had a doctor appointment the next morning. As I waited in the doctors waiting room, who should walk in but Danny and his Grandmother. I recognized him from his photo on his website and I introduced myself. We talked and he told he would get to me later that same day even if he had to do so after his regular working hours. He showed up early that evening and replaced my water heater and although the job involved a difficult installation, he completed it quickly and at a price which was more than reasonable. He even called that evening later to make sure I had hot water and that all was okay. Long story short, I now have a new plumber and if youre smart, you will too. Thanks a ton Danny!
