    I have been using Dougs for years and I have always loved them. The technicians have always been nice and personable. I had a follow up visit this morning. I received a call this morning letting me know they are on the way that I wasnt able to pick up on. I called back within 4 minutes and the lady who answered said they are probably on the way. Actually, the visit was cancelled I didnt know until I reached out again. To reschedule, for today they wanted to charge me a service fee.I am talking away one star because of not getting the actual answer during check in process for the visit when I called back--how about a text confirmation as well as a call? I am talking a second star because of the offer of coming at a charge.Yes, it seems extreme given several years of great service, one bad day cost them two stars, which means that if they do better on the next visit, I will change my rating back. Just very disappointed about today.Follow up has been improved. They left a message when they called. Technician was very polite.

    After another HVAC company failed to remedy the issue, we decided to have an all new system installed and Dougs handled it with no problem! They arrived promptly at 8:30am, as scheduled, and didnt leave until after 9pm to make sure that the job was done and done right! They were very courteous and professional and showed great pride and expertise in their work. I will definitely recommend Dougs to anyone needing any kind of A/C work done. Its way too hot to play around with other companies that just want you to waste money!

    Gage was awesome. There were a few unexpected challenges during the repair but he was a trooper. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. My repair took way longer than expected (several hours) but he worked it until it was properly completed. He didnā€™t rush it. Dougā€™s was recommended to me and I truly recommend it anyone who needs a plumber. Thanks to Gage I can use my kitchen sink now.

    I was very pleased with the work Dougs did for me. They had to replace a water heater in my attic. No small feat as it was hot and difficult to reach the location. The service technicians did a great job and were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to any of my neighbors.

    I called Dougs when my a/c stopped cooling. The tech Eric was at my home within 30 minutes. He was very patient with my questions and took time to show me exactly which parts were damaged. He explained the steps and reason for the repair. He worked quickly. I would recommend Dougs for anyone needing quality, quick a/c repair.

    Dougs is my new go-to!!! Excellent customer service and the nicest, most professional service men Ive met in a long time.     Hi everyone ! I am a single mom, concerned for my safety.and called Dougā€™s for assistance! My hot water heater went out and when I tried to turn the breaker off it would not budge! So I panicked and first thing I thought fire with water dripping on a wire! So I called told them about my situation and in the rain they came out to put me in a safe mode until Monday when both the electrician and plumber from Dougā€™s could fix my problem! I give them a five stars!

    Shawn Besson came out to our house for a whole house generator install. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. He had several other guys with him to help. I didnā€™t get those guys names but they all did a very neat job and the install looks great. It was bad weather with very gusty winds but they never slowed down. I am very pleased with how everything went. Dougā€™s has now done a few jobs for me and I am impressed with this company as a whole. Great company to work with. They took good care of my house.

    This was my second time working with Dougs. Their staff is amazing! They are professional, friendly, and thorough! Unlike one of their competitors, that I had come in for an estimate, Travis made sure he reviewed everything with me before and after the first job was completed. My company even over paid them and they made sure to call me to come and pick up the additional payment that was mailed to them, for the repair service completed and when it was time to choose someone to replace the HVAC system, it was the amazing experience the first time that had me pleased to discover on today that it must be almost everyone at Dougs that posses the traits I described in the beginning. Billy and his crew not only finished 30 minutes earlier than initially stated, he made sure I knew everything that was done, showed me how things worked and even helped me out of my chair because I busted my knee up last night and after sitting for hours, I needed help standing up and Billy was just as great even in that area!They say you get what you pay for, Dougs made sure we got that and more!     I had a gfi in my kitchen that kept tripping whenever there was a thunderstorm and wouldnt reset, we tried replacing it with a new one but it wasnt working. So we called Dougs Electric theyd helped us before and we were really happy with their service. William Wommack came and fixed the problem quickly he was very nice and explained what the issue was, Im so thankful cause that gfi shut off my fridge and dishwasher. Mr Wommack fixed it so if it trips in the future, my fridge and dishwasher will still run thank you so much!

    Fist time using Dougs I chk all reviews before I call. They are very professional from the beginning to the end of the job. I have a 2 story home and during the summer is very warm upstairs. Dougs cleaned my unit inspected everything and knew what the problem was. Kenny did the cleaning tory did my inspection. Im not home all the time but my wife says sleeps so much better at night.     Dougs estimate writer came out to give an estimate on a stand by generator for our home. Dallas was very thorough and took the time to really explain the difference between the difference in the kw wattage rating. He offered excellent advice about placement of the unit, and he didnt try to over sell me on something that I didnt need.

    Our regular AC guy was out of town, so we decided on Dougs. I liked how they were able to get to us the same day and then they were able to make it out earlier than the scheduled appointment. Tory and Krestan were our technicians. They were very professional. I liked how I was presented with pictures and options for the repair. When I called first thing in the morning I spoke with Dania(sp?), she was very nice as well. I would call Dougs again if Im in need of their service.

    Weā€™ve had to use Dougā€™s a few times for household issues, and theyā€™ve always done a great job. Getting an appointment is easy and usually they can come the same day I call. Itā€™s nice to be able to get a background on our technicians and text notifications.     I seem to be having problem posting my reviews. Starting with Kenny selling us on our new Daikin HVAC system we have been very impressed and satisfied with the work of all Dougā€™s technicians. On Monday Darrell and his crew removed all old equipment and ducts. On Tuesday and Wednesday, Sean and Darrell returned with Payton & Hayden to install our new equipment and ducts. Today, Thursday, Anthony and Ben came to do the aero seal and installed the bathroom light/heater vent. All these young men were professional and respectful, yet very friendly and personable. They are so focused on their working while still fulfilling request and answering questions for the customer . We are absolutely certain we make the best decision by doing business with Dougā€™s. We are truly impressed with the time your company puts into training technicians and for the Human Resources on the quality people they hire.

    Sunday morning (post Ida) Torey came and repaired our AC. It had been very warm in the house. Fan running but no cold air. Diagnosed a leak. Filled with freon and will reorder coil. To return next week. Very efficient, professional. Torey explained to me in detail what our problem was in term I can understand! Great job! Only issue we had was that Dougs couldnt give us a timeline on the phone when they could service our unit. I know things are chaotic at this time but will give a pass at this time.

    Samuel Bigham arrived on time and introduced himself. He had a positive and friendly demeanor. Samuel immediately explained what he was going to be doing and that if I had any questions, just ask. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it.     Justin Spaulding and Nicholas Courteaux worked on the installation of my new home generation system. They were very professional and knowledgeable. My unit was old and could not be repaired. The next morning Joey came to my house first thing in the morning and gave me a price for a new unit. They actually installed the unit the same day! Dougā€™s always calls to say when they are headed your way and sends texts to verify services as well. We have a generator which was also installed by Dougā€™s. They are a first class business!

    Weve now used Dougs six times. Each experience has been great.Latest Update: Had Brice service our HVAC. He was great! Thanks!Edit (x3): July 7th 2021 we had the whole HVAC replaced for the house as ours was old and had some failed parts that would take a while to replace with the current supply chain issues. Instead, three days later after talking with Dallas we had a brand new HVAC (indoor and outdoor units) and are now saving >50% on our electricity bill.Our latest issue June 24th 2022 was with a shower that would start out warm and then get cold. It was the only water source in the house that would get cold. I had replaced the valve body recently, so I didnt think that was the issue.Normally, I would try to fix it, but Ive been tied up outside working on replacing out fence. Brady Bourgeois came out. There is a little o-ring in most shower heads that expands as water gets hot to limit the flow, which apparently is a water saving feature. Well it was expanding, almost completely cutting off the hot water, and it was severely limiting the pressure. After ten minutes or so, I had learned something new, and Brady had us good to go.Weve had work on our HVAC including installing air scrubbers. My wifes allergies have been much better this year. whether its due to the air scrubbers or not I dont know.Our latest experience was to get a water heater replaced. We called to schedule an appointment. Jake LeBlanc showed up at 7:00 the next morning, right at the appointed time. He quickly put together some quotes on different options. I had already done my research, and we agreed to a gas, tankless water heater. Jake went and picked up the parts as soon as we agreed on the install. We had hot water later that afternoon. Jake did a quality job, and I enjoyed talking with him throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Jake and Dougs for future work.

    I called Dougs Service Company because the AC unit was blowing hot air in my home that my elderly father resides at. It was so hot in the home that my dad had to go leave to the home.
