    The quality of work was excellent. I had 12 windows installed with window world. Paid a premium price but did get premium windows and a very clean install. The windows are well insulated and look as if they are open because they are clear and non glare. Great job. Once in a lifetime windows.

    The crew called when they were 45 minutes from arrival. Once arriving, the crew explained the process for the day.The crew prepared all rooms for debris containment. They immediately went to work and cleaned as the demoed the old windows.The install was amazing. I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years.The install took way less time than expected. I have never seen the quality of final caulk on the windows interior and exterior.

    Professionalism from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described. Al except for the wait time between ordering to installation. Was projected 8-12 weeks and I believe it was right at 5 weeks I received the call to schedule installation. Would absolutely recommend to any and everyone needing windows.     We love our WW windows! WW installers were very professional, and performed the removal of our old windows, and expert installation of our new windows!     We had a great experience from Sales to Install. The install crew was great, so thorough and respectful. We love our windows!We did have a minor issues with a few screens that they said would be addressed. I havent seen anyone yet but trust they will come back with replacements. We also discovered we have 1 window that pops up and needs to be held down to lock. This has been reported and, againi trust them to make adjustments as needed.

    Had all 18 windows in the house replaced. Plan ahead as it took 6 months before I got scheduled for install. They did a good job on the install and no complaints about that or the windows so far. I only gave 4 stars because 2 of the windows were manufactured to the wrong size and had to be reordered. Almost 4 more months to get those last two installed.So nice to have windows that open easily and because they are double hung can be totally cleaned from inside the house.

    The windows were installed quickly and 98% was cleaned up. All windows except the kitchen window was installed level. I never saw anyone using a level. Once I realized that the kitchen window was out of level I checked all the windows and the rest were in tolerance. I must say that the men were fast and efficient and very courteous. They also left 3 of their tools here . When they come back to straighten out the kitchen window they can pick those up. No more drafty windows.Its been about 7 months now and they still havent been back to straighten and level the kitchen window yet .

    We asked this company to come to our home and give us a quote on putting sodding on our house. They did come and passed on giving a bid to complete the work. With that said, they have been the most courteous group of people we have dealt with yet. They were so nice.     I recently had 10 windows and a sliding glass door replaced with windows from Window World. Even though I had to wait several months for the windows to come in, it was well worth it. The windows are beautiful and make my house look so much nicer. The installers were great, and did a good job of moving things back (which I didnt expect) and cleaned up. I like the way these new windows flip out at a 45 degree angle for easy cleaning. I would highly recommend using Window World for your window needs.

    Very good product. Excellent installation team. The only bad part was the scheduler. She wouldn’t schedule anything more than 2-4 days in advance and then was very limited in available options. So it took over 4 weeks to schedule a measuring. Once we had agreed on a schedule day and time, she changed it 3 times within 36 hours - “to make it more convenient for “ their measurements guy.Not more convenient for their customer!

    Window World was such an easy company to work with. I was impressed with Will (the sales rep) who was informative, friendly, and absolutely charming. Jimmy, who came to measure my window openings, was exceptionally knowledgeable, answered my questions without missing a beat, was very easy talk to, and made me feel like an important customer. The installers were easy to work with, were very efficient, and were informative and up front about all aspects of the windows. They cleaned up their working space exceptionally well, and made the experience enjoyable by being so friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with - so wonderful that I ordered them pizza and sodas for lunch and sent them home with leftover pizza and brownies.Everyone me from Window World, from receptionist to end point contacts making sure I was satisfied before finalizing the sale, was professional, friendly, and helpful - eager to please and appreciative to have my business.I am exceptionally happy with the product and love the replacement warranty as well as the details of the windows. I am especially happy with the metal window locks vs the plastic ones that are standard with most windows. The windows are easy to work, have a 4” drop feature that allows windows to be open 4” and still be locked so that I am safe and if I choose to open my windows at night. The window screen can be moved from top to bottom so that I can open either part without getting insects in my home. I like that the windows are double hung and can easily be cleaned (both top and bottom) from the inside.Thanks Window World for such a great experience and for the beautiful windows.

    I had 20 windows replaced in my home. Window world gave me the best price and the installers were in and out in two days and did a very good job.My only criticism is I wish they had of told me how much dust would be created. The entire house had a thin layer of dust. I’m sure there is no way to keep it out but with a notice we could have covered a lot of things.That being said I would definitely recommend windows world and would use them again.

    Yall need to try the yard . The windows that contractors order or people buy but dont use or dont pick up or cancel their orders you can purchase at a lower price. Just go to the back storage yard ask them for windows on hand. Got me some real nice expensive windows for 150 bucks a pop. Dont forget they have doors they have vinyl siding they have screen doors all kinds of fancy stuff.
