I am very pleased with the prompt courteous professional service from Mr. Rooter. A few weeks earlier my wife mistakenly called a similarly named competitor that failed to search out and resolve the problem. This other company only made assumptions on what the problem might be and we were left with a bill for absolutely nothing. The Mr. Rooter representative, Mr. Victor Lawson assessed the problem and quickly cleared the clogged drain which was the original reason for the service call as well as repaired a leaking kitchen sink in far less time than the other plumbing competitor took to do nothing. I will call Mr. Rooter for all of my plumbing needs.
