    Chris from Senco Home Services was a delight to work with right from the get go! He responded to all my questions and concerns immediately and is an expert in his field. The work on our new roof was well organized and ran like a well oiled machine. It only took three days to complete the entire job and they cleaned up as if they were never there. If you are considering hiring this company, go ahead and do it!! Youll be very pleased from start to finish.

    We contacted Senco Home Services to replace our flat deck roof and gutter. Chris Sennott returned our call quickly and came to the house to inspect the roof and gutter. He quoted a price that was more than fair. We were told they would be out within two weeks. They came much sooner and replaced the roof in one day and installed the gutter the next. The workers were knowledgable, pleasant and efficient. We highly recommend Senco Home Services!

    Looking to get my old roof replaced, I reached out to 5 area roofing contractors. Chris the owner of Senco met me at my home, looked at my roof, took measurements, and asked me what I was looking for in terms of the shingles. He then explained the job and on-site gave me a quote. Senco’s job details matched or exceeded the other contractors and his price quote beat them all. When I contacted the other contractors to say I was no longer interested in their service a few began to discount their quotes. I wasn’t going to hear it. Best quote for your best workmanship up front. I don’t have time to play games!The roof was completed ahead of schedule. Chris was prompt in communicating with me through the process from beginning to end. He even sent me over some photos while I was at work. The roof looks great, makes the house looks better and has added value to my home. His crew did great! He has great financing options available as well. I have zero complaints and would recommend Senco to my family and friends.

    Senco did many homes in my neighborhood. I recognized their competence, honesty and quality right away and knew I had to have the Senco team on my roof too.Very satisfied with all aspects of the demolition and installation which was quite complex.     We highly recommend Senco Home Services. Very professional, skilled, and courteous team. Replaced our entire roof in one day. Brought heavy plastic to cover boxes in the attic. Worked from 7am when they arrived until well after 5pm. One of our neighbors remarked on how hard everyone was working. We were shown photos taken on the roof and everything looked perfect. All around the house the yard was left neat and very clean including brushing off all of the steps back and front. Fixed and installed an older gutter and will be coming back to install a new, additional gutter. Thank you again!

    Chris did a great job repairing the siding of the building I live in. The siding got damaged from a recent storm and there was a risk of water getting into my unit. His communication was great. He was responsive, communicated ETAs, was fast and gave a fair price for the repair. After one day, I already have the siding repaired. I couldnt ask for more. I wouldnt hesitate to call Chris again if my condo or building needed something repaired.

    Recently we had a surprise leak in our roof after very heavy rains. We reached out to Senco Home Services and they arrived within 30 minutes! Chris was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the issue and was on the roof and fixing it within minutes! My wife and I were extremely impressed with Chris.     My wife and I just purchased a home that supposedly had a fairly new roof. After moving in it was discovered that the roof was leaking. Being new to the area I inquired about a new roofer through the town resident Facebook page. Chris from Senco Home Services was hands down the top roofer recommended to me. I called Chris and he returned my call within 10 minutes and was at my house 40 minutes later. He was honest and never tried a “hard sell”. He laid out every option and explained what had to be done in detail. He was genuine from the start. Chris even helped walk me through the process of dealing with my insurance company. Chris remained in contact with me until the job was done. I cannot say enough positive things about Chris and Senco Home Services. They came and replaced my roof at a very reasonable price and were very clean and thorough. I will be using Senco Home Services for any future projects and you should too.

    We noticed a small roof leak during recent rain storms. Called Senco and James was able to come out later that same day. He was very polite and managed to locate the source of the leak and fix it. Amazing service from phone call to fix in less than a day for a very small job. Highly recommend.

    Chris started work immediately on my damaged roof. Finished quickly at a wonderful price. Highly recommend! Chris returned my initial phone call within 15 minutes. When he heard I needed to get my roof repaired in time for a home inspection, he came right over, looked at the job, and gave me an estimate on the spot. We shook hands on the deal, and his workmen were repairing my roof within 48 hours. Their work was excellent, but more importantly, they were nice people - both to me and my dog (who tried to help them). Chris and his team finished the job in 2 days, well before my inspection. I cant say enough good things about Chris and the team of craftsmen hes assembled. Hell be my roofing guy forever.

    We had a leaking door frame because of all of the rain the last few days. Chris came by the same day that I called and he went up on the roof and noticed that my second floor windows had large gaps in the frame. He told us confidently that this is where the rain was getting in through the window and down the walls which leaked through our door frame directly below. He gave us some caulking to seal up the gaps ourselves at no charge! He was honest with us that the repair was very basic and that even I (not a handyman) can tackle. Thanks Chris!!
