It’s always difficult to do a rehab project when you can’t walk through it in person or check up on it during the process. John was accommodating to this by doing FaceTimes and sending me pictures. The work was great and at a reasonable price. He turned a drabby ranch house into a great property for a family to live. The best comment I can share that says it all, “I will be using him again.”

Out of all three, One Stop Home Repair was the only one that showed up and went directly to the source (in this case, the attic and crawl space), took photos, and gave me a detailed explanation of the work that should be done and how much it would roughly cost. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. And the cost was fair.
