They replaced my entire roof due to water problems. They also replaced my flat roof under my upper balcony and my upper balcony. (A year ago they also replaced my front porch) great deal and the owner jack knows the city codes for the city of wyandotte (which are crazy in comparison to other cities) to make sure I would pass my inspection.
