    Master in Design recently finished my backyard project. They did a great job pouring cement, updating my irrigation system, and fixing electrical problems. I got a new roof over my BBQ island. And had some work done in the front yard.All of this was done in less than 3 weeks!! And the team cleaned up every day at the end of the day. Most importantly, Danny was on hands on and in person every day, helping me make decisions and direct the team.Their prices are competitive and they finished the job early. That almost never happens in construction.I highly recommend Master in Design!

    What a great experience we had. After searching for someone who could do our Kitchen remodel we came by Master in Design. Danny called and came by the next day.     Guy Portal with Master in Design came to my rescue following an electrical fire. This was an insurance claim that was challenging dealing with the insurance and mortgage companies, the house occupied by my family, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a large saltwater fish tank. Complete re-wire of the electrical system, new roof, plaster and drywall repairs, stucco repairs, refinishing hardwood floors, painting, and smoke damage. So nice to have our home repaired. I highly recommend MID and especially Guy Portal as he was willing to work around the challenges to get the job done quickly and professionally.

    Master in Design did an outstanding job with a fresh remodel of our old, outdated kitchen. Initially, Danny provided us with some much needed guidance on design choices and material selections. Once our kitchen project began, it was completely finished within 10 days! This included demo and installation of new countertops, backsplash, plumbing fixtures and range hood. It also included removal of some existing cabinetry. We were amazed that all this work could be done in such a short time. The quality of the work was exceptional, and Danny was in constant communication with us to ensure we were happy with the results.     Im not a lets go with the lowest bidderkind of guy so when I needed to have three driveway aprons done with interlocking pavers, I set out bids with four different vendors. The bids range from $44,000 down to $16,000. When I called Jacob at master in design, he was incredibly responsive and very impressive. Long story short, master design came in and ended up the most competitive. I was happy to give him the job. Everything was super professional, happened on time, under budget and perfectly executed. Great crew, too. What more could you want? We are very happy.

The team was reliable and consistent. The bathrooms were so spectacular that we ended up creating my dream as well! Danny listened to my every request and did everything in his power to deliver.     Danny of Master in Design managed my remodel project which included re-creating a bedroom I had taken out 15 years ago (to make the primary bedroom larger w/a walk in closet), built new closets for the rooms, removed a large bathtub from primary bathroom (that was never used) and replaced with a second vanity/sink, painted my exterior house trim and remodeled my patio cover to replace the (constantly in need of repainting!) wood lattice with alumawood lattice. Danny “project managed” this entire project so efficiently! The people he brought in were great…professional, really nice and with the exception of lunch breaks, never.stopped.working everyday they were here! Danny scheduled everyone so efficiently that the entire job was completed in 2 weeks! I was amazed and very grateful!

    We had a water leak in our kitchen, which caused us to file an insurance claim. After we went through the moisture remediation process, we needed an excellent contractor to help us rebuild the entire kitchen from the ground up. We had been speaking with a few different contractors, but Danny (Avi) stood out for many reasons. I was introduced to Danny while on a property showing with my clients (Im a Realtor), and the houses needed substantial updating. My clients had worked with Danny on a previous job. Danny was exceptionally patient when discussing ideas with the clients. He was assertive in offering views but listened to the clients wants.For this reason, I began to consider Danny for our project. Unlike the other contractors, Danny had the best follow-up and showed the most interest in wanting the job (despite being already very busy) and working with our ideas and budget. Danny takes a lot of pride in his work and wants the client to be satisfied. He will address it immediately if something is not right, even something small. And to top it off, our kitchen looks great!

    My wife and I recently bought a house. It clearly hadnt been updated since it was new construction. The carpet was all but neglected and the popcorn ceiling was hideous. We interviewed a half dozen general contractors but Master in Design and the PM Guy made us comfortable very quickly and the price was more than fair. The flooring was installed perfectly and quickly. The popcorn ceiling was also removed quickly. On our next project we will be using them again.

    This company is TRULY the BEST. If you need a contractor I cant recommend them enough.In January we had a pipe burst in our kitchen. A parade of typical contractors marched through our residence until out of desperation we picked one. They partially demolished our kitchen and after the insurance company paid them $14,000+ they disappeared.In my practice I must get at least two to three calls a week from people complaining about their contractor. The complaints range from shoddy work, to demands for early payments, to inflated contract pricing, to threats of abandonment, and actual abandonment, of the project. In my profession the term “ethical and reliable contractor” has always been an oxymoron. That is until now.On a recommendation we called Master in Design at (855) 741-3167. The owner, Danny, came out right away along with his designer. He gave us a fair and reasonable written quote and indicated it would take approximately six weeks from start to completion. His 42 day estimate was not all that accurate. We signed the contract on June 20, 2023. He pulled the permits on June 21, 2023 and they started work on June 22, 2023. They finished today, July 19, 2023; 29 days from contract signing to completion. Danny did not one time ask for money on a schedule other than the contract called for nor for an amount over what we agreed to. But the most amazing thing was that not only was his crew here everyday but Danny himself came to our house every single day to review what had been done. And I mean every single day. If there were problems he solved them, immediately. If he saw something he wasn’t happy with he had it fixed and he addressed each and every one of our concerns as well.Construction is almost always a nightmare. But Danny and Master in Design made our dream come true.
