Called with an issue that needed immediate attention. They scheduled me for a week later but said that they would call if anything opened up. 15-30 minutes later, I got a call that there was a plumber available right now. We were able to fix our plumbing issues within a few hours of my initial call. Thanks for squeezing us in so fast and solving our plumbing issues!

For two years now Bond Plumbing has been our go to plumbing company. My wife and I run a busy property management firm. We need partners who show up and and know their stuff. Since the beginning Bond Plumbing have been professional and highly skilled. When they say they are showing up, they do. We know we can call them with anything plumbing and the issue will just be solved.To illustrate: today at 3pm I called Bond’s always friendly, always knowledgeable front desk. I was greeted by name and stated my issue. I was told they would see what they could do. Within one minute of hanging up with the front desk, the owner of the company called to check on what was up. By the time I was done talking with him, a tech was onsite and had called the town to get the water shut off. It is now 3:39 and I have every faith that the issue will be solved by our guests 4pm check in time. This is some of the best service I have ever heard of. I wish every company would act this way. Absolutely one of the best companies to work with anywhere, in any field.

Anymore it is difficult to get electricians & plumbers to committ to a service call. My phone call was answered on the 2nd ring, a service call was scheduled within a few minutes, the guys arrived on the day & at the time agreed to, they fixed a heater problem & a plumbing issue in 1.5 hours & both Diego & Colin were friendly, knowledgeable & competent. Thanks to the owner Larry Mapes & his staff - GREAT SERVICE!

It was a dark & stormy night - snowing & blowing - and my radiant in-floor heat quit working. I woke up to a freezing house in the morning. I called Dow Bond. The receptionist Kay was very kind & helpful & prioritized my situation. Larry Mapes, the owner, came out at noon, diagnosed & replaced the thermocouple & I had heat by 1pm! The bill was quite reasonable & I am super happy & grateful! Thank you, Larry, Kay & Dow Bond Plumbing & Heating!
