    Shout out to J.E. Turnbaugh Plumbing & Heating, LLC and their technician James for the great job he did with our new AC unit and furnace. 78 degrees with portable AC units just weren’t cutting it 🤣. The house has never been this cool, and that’s amazing since I’m always in it 😜…..if you need anything AC wise give these guys a shout. A+++

Turnbaugh Plumbing & Heating, LLC is professional, honest and trustworthy through the full sale and installation of my new HVAC unit today!I am a new homeowner and was seriously stressed about shopping for a new heat and air unit to replace my broken one. Everyone from Debbie and Allison in the office to James and his team member who installed my unit were incredibly professional, timely and trustworthy throughout. The owner even reached out via email to answer a question that I sent after hours. James made sure to talk with me and educate me on the overall care and maintenance of my HVAC system.     Highly recommend J E Turnbaugh Plumbing and Heating. Recently needed their services to repair leak in water line between well and house.     Needed help fast when I had no hot water. J.E. Turnbaugh was there the next day. Eric was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. When the parts needed arrived to repair a leaky valve, Tim came back and installed them with the same speed and expertise. Both gentleman provided friendly professional service. Would definitely call them again.

    Working with J.E. Turnbaugh Plumbing has been good. Most recently, we called them to aid our leaking hot water heater. Eric came out that morning, diagnosed, and had it repaired within a short span of time. We had a water softener system installed through them as well, over a year ago. Happy customers! Thank you!

    I highly recommend J.E. Turnbaugh and especially James! Our Ac stopped working on one the hottest days and they were out right away to look at it, we ended up having to replace our unit and they couldn’t have been more helpful! They were out and replaced it the next business day, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

    After a low grade emergency JE Turnbaugh was able to get to my place within 2 hours of calling them. I told the plumber what led up to the emergency and he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem and offer some advice for the future. All at an affordable price!

    We had an emergency issue one Friday morning. They returned my call quickly and had someone out within 30 min. The tech did a great job fixing our main water line and the price was reasonable! Would highly recommend. Very professional service and excellent workmanship.

    I have used JE Turnbaugh for almost 10 years now for my home, rental property, and now my parents home that I am repairing as a part of their estate. I have had emergency calls on Sunday nights in which Mr Turnbaugh himself came out and repaired leaks and water heaters that refused to fire.The people on his staff are all first rate and I have yet to meet anyone in any of his crews who was anything but professional, kind, and very personable. Their knowledge of water heating, acid neutralizers, and water softeners is unmatched. Most of all their honesty and integrity are unmatched and priceless. And speaking of prices there price is always fair and more than competitive.You wont find a better group around.

    As a first-time homeowner I was completely mortified when my water heater stopped working after only 2 and 1/2 years. We were without hot water for several days and finally started to see the light when the folks at J. E. Turbbaugh Plumbing completely took over. I made one phone call and had a brand new hot water heater installed three hours later. I highly recommend this company.

    Professional and polite staff on the phone and in my home. Trust is important to me so I can leave for work without worry. They removed and replaced two toilets with comfort height, low water use toilets. My wife said you could not tell they we even here except for our bathrooms looking like new. They went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and even fixed various misc. items free of charge.     It’s taken me a minute to add this review but I wanted to be sure it was added in case there is anyone on the fence about using J E Turnbaugh (JET) for their plumbing needs. I had to have my water line pipe from street to house replaced after identifying water pooling in my front yard and assuming there was a leak. End to end Process from beginning, with estimation and scheduling, through work completion was excellent! Debbie in the office was pleasant, informative, and quick to get things scheduled and provide the information requested by the adjuster. The actual repair work included partnering with a horizontal drilling company who did an amazing job, leaving my lawn intact and respecting my existing landscaping so there was minimal impact. Eric, the project manager, kept things moving along and ensured that the crew kept my inside and outside areas clean and clearly explained the root of the issue. Thank you to the JET team and their partners. Would highly recommended them and use them again!
