    They are great in the beginning and Heather is very helpful in taking the time to go over details. I take one star away because I had some concerns of the design near the end but was a little blown off and ignored. Everything ended up working out fine in the end but after spending well over 10k, I wasnt even reached out to afterwards to make sure everything did work out. Everything was fantastic from the beginning stages and 90%of the way through. Just need to work on the end to follow up with your clients to make sure they were happy, especially when they had a little concern. Other than that, pretty solid and nice products.

    I have to say my experience here was great. Doug and his wife are both so friendly, and the customer service was great. My yoder 640s works like a championship pellet grill. Ive had other pellet grills, but this one is quality. Has plenty of smoke the fire board computer worked flawlessly. If youre looking for the best, this is it.This grill will be in our family for a lifetime.

    I visited the store in search of food grade pecan logs as well as some lump charcoal for my firebox smoker.I was very surprised to find that only chunks or chips were offered up for sale.However, the staff was very friendly and helpful and I even picked up a bag of FOGO lump charcoal to try out.I would hope to see at least one store in the Tampa area begin to sell food grade/competition grade wood for sale soon.

    The folks at Just Grillin are amazing. I started going in a few months ago to talk about the advantages of the Kamado Joe Grill. They spent a lot of time with me over the next 2 months, and invited my whole family to come to the recent Kamado Joe demonstration. I wanted to TASTE the difference a Kamado Joe grill makes and I wasnt disappointed. We bought our grill the same day. Ive been back again to learn some more about accessories and spices. My point being that Doug, the owner, clearly answered all of my questions as well as making some excellent points. I never felt rushed in my education nor my purchase. This is the main reason we should always buy local and support the quality businesses that reside in our community.

    I have been going to Just Grillin for many years. They have been there to assist me when I needed items for my barbeques. They are always well stocked on any rubs and sauses. Their staff has always been knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Five stars are well deserved.

    Just Grillin did a great job. One of the best contractor experiences weve had. Good communication, solid skills, and terrific attention to detail. A family-owned business with really good people-- and every member of the crew was a pleasure to have around.     Hollie was absolutely amazing to work with. She designed a beautiful outdoor lanai, grill, and pool area. She was super helpful at every step of the way and most importantly, very responsive.Then DJ and crew came in and did an amazing job building and executing the plan.I highly recommend working with this company and Hollie and DJ.

    Just Grillin is an outstanding company! They did our installation for our new outdoor grill attached to our home and cleaned the hood etc! Their installation was flawless, smooth, professional, and top notch. They provided great information and tips on caring for the grill, that I would not have known about it! Everyone there from sales to service, to installation is so nice, and so professional and provides excellent customer service!

    When we started to build our house we wanted to add an outdoor kitchen and bar. We were told by our design builder they use Just Grillin as their exclusive sub for all of their outdoor kitchen, bar, and grill needs. We decided to design and build an outdoor kitchen and bar outside of the builder and worked straight with Just Grillin. Doug, Hollie and the team were extremely professional, and knowledgeable. They matched the design we were looking for and helped us all along the way to select the right features, materials, and upgrades. Once the home was complete they did a very thorough and good job on time installing the outdoor entertainment area, and everything was built wonderfully. Doug came out for a visit to provide proper care of all our new appliances and features, and recommendations for operation.I would recommend them to anyone. We did price out and meet with other vendors prior to selecting them, and consistently it was clear the detail, thought process, and care did not go into the design like it did at Just Grillin. They use top quality vendors to give you the best selections of stone, granite, and appliances, and have extensive experience so they know what works outside, and will stand the Florida weather. I will continue to use their store for our grilling needs, and so happy we had them build our outdoor kitchen and entertainment area.

    I walked into the Just Grillin store with questions about smokers and spices. I was helped by a couple of employees, was able to taste the different spices and had an overall great experience. I left the store with everything I needed and felt very comfortable with the advice I received. Later that afternoon I was able to use my smoker and spices that I had purchased and had a great dinner.I am very happy with the outdoor kitchen that Just Grillin built for me and the service all the employees provide even after the build.

    Our old grill gave out on us and we wanted to buy a new one. Because of the pandemic, my husband and I prefer to “stay safe” at home. After doing some research (Consumer Reports), we called Outdoor Grillin’ and ordered the grill over the phone. I spoke with Heather who was extremely helpful. A few days later our beautiful new grill was delivered by Doug (who was wearing a mask). He gave us a 45 minute tutorial (on the patio in the hot sun) on how to use the grill, plus some suggestions on grilling certain foods as well. He was fabulous and took the old grill away. The experience we had with Outdoor Grillin’ was phenomenal. I love supporting “mom & pop” businesses. It is SO worth it.

    I had been on the lookout for a new Weber grill and wasn’t really sure which one to purchase. I had noticed that the prices at Just Grillin’ were the same as Lowe’s and Home Depot, so I thought I would probably get more knowledgeable staff to answer my questions at Just Grillin’ than I would at the places mentioned above. I wasn’t disappointed. The owner personally waited on me and answered everyone of my questions. I also love the fact that Just Grillin’ handles all warranty claims on my new Weber grill instead of me going through Weber’s website or 800#. A+ service!

    Just Grillin is an amazing store for the GrillMaster of your family. Everything your can dream of needing for your outdoor dream patio setup as well as ingredients and accessories to excel your flavor profiles and help make things a little easier to enjoy the cook even more. The staff is there for you and very knowledgeable of what could help you in any situation. I will never go to another location for my pellets, charcoal and favorite seasonings.     The folks at just grilling are great. When I went in the store for the first time to look at pellet grills Heather explained a lot about the differences in the grills and made me feel comfortable about buying from them Not pressured.I left the store with my mind just about made up but wanted to do a little more research. I returned that weekend and purchased a Louisiana Grill after speaking to Doug a little more and hearing his actual experience with the grill. I have never been happier! I have since purchased many accessories,pellets and spices.I know I could buy some stuff at a less expensive price but I enjoy speaking with them and their staff when I visit the store and I would much rather support a small mom and pop store than a huge chain.Thank you Heather and Doug for a great experience.

    I took the brisket class offered by Just Grillin a few weeks ago. Doug and the staff were excellent hosts and provided everything needed to trim and prepare a full brisket.     I love this place. I watch a lot of Youtubers and they have very specific items that they use. Just Grillin does a great job with keeping those random items in stock. One suggestion that I would make to the owners is to stock Umai dry aging bags. If you want amazing runs and grill selections and accessories, then this is your place. Locally owned business, so pay a small % extra to support our community.BYW, I drive in from Wesley Chapel to get what I need. Couldnt be more happy.

    I attended a class on cooking with the Cedar plank. I learned how stuff a chicken breast with seasoned cheese. I loved the class and the store is beautiful. I picked up several artisan salts and seasonings to play with at home.I have made my own cream cheese and have smoked peppers mixing it into the cream cheese with smoked garlic salt... stuffed my chicken breasts and cooked them on the Cedar planks. It was lovely.Ive made my own butter using the artisan salts purchased at the store.Thank you for offering your wonderful classes. I cant wait to go back.BrewBabe

    This store has been at this location for 12 years, and in business for 18 years. How did I not know about this store and these wonderful people? The showrooms is stocked with everything you could think of, and many things you havent thought of for use when grilling, hanging out with friends and loved ones outdoors, and even cooking inside. The vast amount of equipment, spices, goodies, and yep, even all the best charcoal (that includes FOGO) at extremely reasonable prices - just a couple dollars more than Amazon & you dont even have to wait 2 days. You walk in, you pay for it, and you got it. Sometimes you really do need it now and you cant wait. For instance, lets imagine youre having a cookout to celebrate your Mamas 55th birthday and you forgot to make sure you had enough charcoal to cook those delicious steaks and all of those succulent shrimp. OH NO! OOPS! Dont fret, Just Grilling is right around the corner and they are ready, willing, and able to provide you with excellent customer service at extremely awesome prices. Their store is stocked with everything you could need for doing any cooking outdoors (& indoors too), and lots of stuff you didnt even know you wanted and you quickly find out you must have it, you cant live without it! Believe me its hard to walk out of there without some impulse buy.Honestly, I cannot sing enough High praise for this store and the people there, I believe theyre kin. In my mind that makes it even better.PS - Yes the charcoal incident, absolutely 100% true. As a matter of fact it just happened the other day & thats how I learned about this store. I kind of doubt he will forget to check that again. Everything turned out fantastic!

    I went on a last minute mission this weekend to find a quality Kamado style grill and after visiting several stores, I was let down by the options available for same day pick-up.. Later in the afternoon I made my final attempt and called Just Grillin Outdoor Living. I spoke to Heather who was about to leave for the day but that didn’t stop her from doing an exceptional job at explaining the pros of a Kamado Joe vs the many other options I was interested in! Initially, it was too late in the day to pick it up, but after telling Heather my goal of picking up a grill the same day, she was able to accommodate a pick up from the warehouse, which is where I met up with Doug. He was kind enough to meet me there 30 minutes after closing for the day and just like Heather, he was very friendly and provided some great tips for cooking ribs on my new Kamado Joe!I’m glad that I made the phone call and got the opportunity to support a smaller business instead of a larger retail store that I didn’t have luck at throughout the day. After unboxing and firing up the Kamado Joe Classic II, I was VERY happy with my purchase. Earlier in the day, I checked out the Primo Junior at another store and I was surprised by the steep price, the grill and stand was over $1700!! The Kamado Joe Was $1199 and there was a promotion going on that including a $230 rotisserie spit for free! Not only was the Kamado Joe cheaper but the size seems much larger (deeper) than the Primo, the spring loaded hinge mechanism with locking latch is far more superior than the competition and the Kamado has a better warranty and doesn’t charge the customer for shipping if there’s ever a claim filed. The Kamado Joe also comes standard with quite a few more goodies, even the gasket around the lid and body is nice and thick where-as the Primo has a very thin felt gasket which seems like it would break down a lot quicker. Primo does have a better stand but breaking down the price, the stand is $700 which is almost 3/4 the price of the grill itself.. Again, I’m very happy with this purchase and I encourage anyone to compare the Kamado Joe to the competition, I would be willing to bet it exceeds your expectations like it did mine!
