I scheduled a time for Hardon’s to look at my gas fireplace as the glass front appeared hazy in areas.Dane Potter was the service technician, and he was so personable and professional. He put on shoe covers which I greatly appreciate as well! He explained potential causes of why the fireplace had that film as well as took it apart and thoroughly cleaned the glass and inside areas of the fireplace.I highly recommend Hardon’s. Marty has a tremendous team who goes above and beyond to service more than just your typical HVAC, plumbing needs.Shoutout to Dane for being such a delightful tech to visit with. Thank you!

We had a pipe leak, forcing us to shut off the water to the whole house. The service technicians had a full schedule, but one of them came out within a couple of hours to fix the leak. The technician was fast, friendly, and professional. We would definitely recommend their company.

Had a wonderful experience with the 2 gentleman today!! Been having plumbing issues and contacted Hardons and they were able to come the same day! Went through the pipes multiple times to make sure they got the tree roots out! Also scoped it since we have been having issues since we moved in! We knew there was in issue but now we Know the issue! Thank you all so much! Definitely would recommend you all!

Update: I’m changing my low rating because I just spoke with Marty about the problem I had with communication with the technicians and he was understanding and apologetic. He offered an adjustment to the bill which seems like a fair call considering the first technician did help as much as he was able.I called early December to have an electrical issue looked at and repeatedly stressed that it was the main reason for my call. As a side note I asked if the technician would be able to look at my furnace because it has trouble getting started every winter, but having said that I repeated that the main reason I was calling was to have the electrical issue dealt with. Long story short, no one ever came to look at the electrical. Two guys came for the furnace. When it was done I still had electrical issues and although they got the furnace motor unstuck, nothing resolvable came from that visit. I was never given a cost estimate for parts or replacement of the furnace. I was billed almost $300 for two techs to agree that my furnace needed repaired or replaced but received no useful solution to the issue. A week later I had to shut off the furnace and propane due to an exhaust leak and spent the winter using space heaters until the coldest day in February when that electrical issue that wasn’t looked at recurred and we no longer had power for the space heaters upstairs. I cut out details to shorten my story. There were circumstances that prevented me from taking more action at the time. I’m disappointed that this was the company I chose to help me with my electrical problems as I had one shot and chose poorly.

Hardons installed a furnace, central air & water heater in my house about five years ago. I was pleased with the results at the time and even more so now because I havent had any issues with any of them. Very courteous and professional. I was extremely happy that the job was done almost in one day. I think there was a few things to finish up on the second day and a final walk thru with me. I would highly recommend using this business again.
