    Our whole experience with Tommie’s Plumbing was great from the call in for service to the completion of the service. The lady that answered the phone said she could send someone out the next morning. I didnt catch her name but she was knowledgeable and answered my questions about a camper toilet installation. I was surprised they could get to us quickly considering all the devastation in East TN after the flooding but thankful. Aaron the service tech was knowledgeable, informative and friendly. He did a good job on the install of our camper toilet. We would highly recommend!

    Tommie’s Plumbing was professional from start to finish. An appointment was made for a representative to determine our needs which was followed up by an appointment to correct the problems that we had in our plumbing. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions answered. An appointment was subsequently made to make all necessary repairs which were accomplished In one day. The plumbers cleaned up all areas that they touched. They left areas that were touched in much better condition than when they got here.. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing work done. We are very pleased.

    Scheduled appointment was communicated well with Alexa by phone on arrival time. Mark did exactly as I requested on my bathroom sink clog. Mark was polite, professional, answered my questions, cleaned up after himself and removed the clog. I would use them again

    I had a total repipe done, all water lines replaced, all drain lines replaced, old cast iron sewer drain replaced with new pvc, old galvanized pipe from water meter to house replaced, new outside spickets installed, a new laundry upflush system installed, new water heater, pressure regulator installed, new toilet installed, new shower valve installed new shower head and faucet installed, kitchen faucet installed. Everyone that came out was knowledgeable, professional and organized! I can not give enough accolades to the service I was provided! I have peace of mind knowing everything is replaced and installed correctly with a lifetime guarantee!! No other company offers that. If anyone needs any kind of plumbing work done I will recommend Tommies Plumbing Greeneville location every time!!     Mark was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about his craft. It was a huge relief to finally find a business that knows how to treat its customers and apparently its employees as well. We live in a rural area where getting any contractor to keep their word and even show up has been challenging for the last eight years, but fortunately this is no longer the case. We also appreciate the small touches, like Mark wearing shoe guards while working throughout our home, which is apparently a standard procedure of this business.

    Very responsive to my request for service, arrived timely and called before as promised. Chris listened to what I needed and provided a variety of options. The service was performed in a very reasonable period of time and he showed me that everything was completed and I’m working order. He cleaned up the areas he worked in. The price was a bit high, but overall a very positive experience with Tommie’s Plumbing.

    The team of 3 showed up on time assessed the installation tasks and got to work immediately. The team worked with me on this old home renovation, making important installation decisions along the way. It took 2 days to finish a complete replacement of supply and drain plumbing, plus installation of new toilets sinks and shower/ tub faucets. The new plumbing is much better installation than the original. I would use then again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

    My waterline had a leak at the shut off. I called Tommie’s Plumbing and they got to me within the hour. Chris was very kind and helpful and explained everything very well. He fixed my issue and had me back up with water in my house in no time. Highly recommend Tommie’s Plumbing.

    I wasn’t sure where to get service looked on reviews from google and this golden nugget popped up and i called i got scheduled pretty quickly. I was told to expect someone from 9-1 the guy was here by 10 called me ahead of time and can i add he didn’t need to but he wore little covers on his boots to protect my floor. That was so considerate. He explained everything to me and i am not anywhere’s near a handy person but i understood the way he broke it down. He took a look did his thing was out a hour later. I had Austin truly a sweetheart. He made conversation wasn’t rude and even gave me some advice on another issue i was having. Truly a great employee i hope the owner sees this. You have a great employee with a great mindset that was very pleasant to be around. And the work was done so quickly no mess and it was done accurately. We will stick with this company from now on.

    We had water all in our basement and a mess! The water pressure caused so much problems exasperated by a set of cabinets blocking the area. The customer service person who set the appointment took her time and listened to what we could tell her and set the right expectations for when someone could come out. Chris T. showed up and went beyond expectations. We appreciate Chris ability of explaining from his experience so we could understand the issue. He told us what the issues were and the options to fix the issues with an estimated time and cost involved. We will definitely bee calling back and asking for Chris T to come back to address some of the other issues he saw that will prevent any other pipe problems happening.

    I called at 10:30 in the morning for a leaky water heater, they had someone out same day by 2:30 and replaced within 2 hours. Very professional and polite. Gave me options on tank size that would best suit my house sq ft and family size, and didn’t try to oversell. Would use them again!

    Polite. Neat.Clean. Jacob took care of our home and educated us in plumbing codes and even considered the electrical supply. He made sure to match the existing electrical elements so as not to overtax our electric (to me that means fire protection!).     Today I had them come and replace a shower valve at my home. John and Aaron, called, showed up exactly when they said they were and went over multiple options with me before moving forward with anything and took breaks in-between their work to confirm that I was happy with what I was doing.     I emailed on Sunday, called Monday morning and got answering service. Shortly Tommy’s called at 8:00am and made the appointment for 1:00-3:00pm. Less than an hour later they called to say the would be within the hour. They came, evaluated the problem, told me what needed to be done and the cost. Within 45 minutes they were finished. They did the little extras as well. I wish I had called then five days earlier.

    After having one plumber come out to clear lines due to the older black iron exit pipe in my house that was built in the 50s. It was stopped up again just 2 days later. So after getting several estimates to tear out all the old lines and replace with new ones I went with Tommies Plumbing. In just one day they had everything taken care of !!! Thanks very much to Mark and Michael who were very professional and did a very neat job plus cleaned up all the old lines they tore out. If I ever need another plumber I will be calling Tommies again.

    We had a shower faucet that would not turn off last night and had to shut off the water to the whole house. Called this morning and they were able to get right out. Ending up replacing for new fixture. John explained everything and got to work. He even called to get someone to bring the fixture that matched what we had in that bathroom.     Where do I even begin…. so I originally called Tommies plumbing for a water heater leak. Dustin ended up coming out to help. Just a little backstory is this is a new home purchase. I’ve only been in the state of Tennessee for two weeks and my husband is overseas so I’m doing this alone at the moment. Long story short that water heater leak turned into a total house new plumbing situation. Dustin is a godsend!!! Naturally, I was afraid, stressed, worried, and he took the time to explain all my options like What they could do for me, and how quickly they could come and fix my situation. He was even patient enough and waited for me to contact my husband overseas while I discussed our options so we can make a plan on paying for this new full home project. Dustin‘s work experience, quality, and work ethic, are out of this world!!! Not only for himself though, his team that he brought to help which was Ben and Chris worked phenomenally with Dustin as lead. The team worked hard, they worked well together, and they kept me informed the entire time! I have never received plumbing services so customer service oriented as well as professional, and it was a great experience having this group in my home, knowing the quality of work they were putting in. They answered any questions I had, showed me any concerns that may have occurred. I couldn’t of asked for a better team. Tommies plumbing will forever be my go to, but especially Dustin. I will not have another plumber touch my house unless Dustin is coming with them! Tommies plumbing is top notch as well as responsive for emergency situation’s and scheduling even offering financing for big jobs that may arise out of surprise. Also, a sidenote, calling Tommies plumbing is a pleasure; the receptionist answer very quickly. They answer any questions you may have about payments or scheduling on top of that the contact between Tommies plumbing and yourself is phenomenal. They make sure you are aware of what days you’re scheduled via text, you get calls prior to the workers coming, and the workers are actually on time! If not early! Being new to Tennessee, I was scared, and had no idea who I could trust after having a couple bumps in the road with different companies. BUT I will say Tommies plumbing is true to their word and reviews… they take care of you!!!!! So if you have any plumbing issues BIG or small, they are the company that you need to contact!! On top of that, their workers Dustin, Ben and Chris are assets and I hope they get recognition for the hard work that they put in because you don’t meet genuine people like that anymore.     Tommie’s was great! Very efficient, respectful of my property and pets, were on time, and cleaned up before they left. We had to have old galvanized pipes replaced in the basement which was a large job. They sent four guys, and they had the job finished in one day. They were all great!     Mr. Robert was ever professional explained everything in great detail explaining why it better to have services fixed sooner than later. Listened to all problems and help address all the problems. We are going with his recommendation on getting full replacement of both water and waste line being replaced. He explained how doing so will help in the long run and even explained how some stuff was out of code. Look forward to working with him again! I would definitely recommend working with this company.
