    We investigated several roofing companies before deciding on Tristate. We were very happy with the salesman, Kyle. He explained in detail what all would be done and what options we had. He said it would take 3 days and it did. They scheduled us in a timely manner, showed up at 7:30 that morning, and did a great job. The two installers worked tirelessly 10 hour days in the cold, wind, and near darkness to get the job done. We are so pleased with the roof and the professionalism of the company.

    We just had Ben come out and give us a bid and must say, after having other bids, he was the most thorough and up front bid we heard. He knew what he was talking about. He was honest and straight forward. He did a great job explaining the roofing process as well as the several options available to us. He answered every question with confidence and to our satisfaction. He balanced the line between being a salesman and also understanding the plight of a homeowner, never making us feel rushed. I works hands down recommend him and his company in the future.

    Have not used them for any projects yet, but the guy that came to the door, Ausem , was very good at explaining who they were and what they did. He was very respectful of my time and not hard aggressive selling like some others I have experienced. If he is an example of of their staff and customer culture then I would put them top of the list for future projects.

    Had the best experience last week with a salesperson that did not feel like I was having a discussion with a salesperson. Jullian was honest, open, and there was no pressure. Jullian took the time and effort to understand my needs, while also making the process informative and educational. By the time we got to discussing the cost I was comfortable with the new roof I am going to be getting, and how much it is going to cost me. I am eagerly awaiting a scheduling call from their office here this week, and hope they continue with the same high level of customer service I have seen so far.

    Austin and Bob came to our house to conduct an inspection of our roof and give us a cost estimate. They were professional and thorough in their explanation of everything that was found during the inspection to include pictures of trouble spots. They were also very patient with all of our questions. We were fully briefed on all of their product options and what to expect during installation. We are excited to be working Tristate and look forward to our new roof. If you want an honest, local company to work with you absolutely should give them a call.

    I am so impressed with Tristate roofing. This is the first window purchase I’ve done, and couldn’t imagine the process being any more customer oriented. From start to finish I was pleased how well tristate handled my needs.Initially contacted from a door to door spokesman, I expressed interest in new windows and got a call a few days later. I told sales that I couldn’t afford the windows now, but in the future I should. They said they’ll call back in 6 months, and their call came no earlier. Told them I still wasn’t ready, and to call back in a year. Tristate respected that wish, and called back a little over a year later.I still wasn’t ready, but they offered a free estimate and walkthrough. The gentleman was very professional, very experienced, and thoroughly convinced me they had the best product. From the design to engineering, these are truly the most dependable and high quality windows on the market. The quote was still 25% too high for my budget, and told him I needed more time to afford it. They respectfully called me every 6 months to checkup for almost 1.5 years.I eventually got a significantly higher salary and could afford it. Next time Tristate called I said I was ready, another measurement and quote salesman came by quickly. They added my windows onto a huge commercial order, and the price was over 25% lower! After agreeing to the price and signing documents, installers (Mark) came out and did final measurements.A bit later the install was scheduled, Mark said over the phone it will probably take from 8-5, and maybe an extra day. This was alright by me. Once Mark and his team got to my house, they started right away and quickly installed all windows. They were finished before 3:30, very professional, and polite to my family. Mark even took the time to give a new homeowner valuable advice regarding other aspects of preventative maintenance my house needs. Very much appreciated to have priorities.

    After having dealt with a roofing company that was pushy and a bit sketchy talking with the sales representatives for Tristate was a pleasure. Because of the circumstances we ended up having 2 reps come out - one from residential and one from business - they were both great, consummate professionals. They were easy to talk to and it didnt feel like they were trying to pull the wool over us.The installation went great. The team worked on one of the coldest days in December and they on one of the rainiest. The first day they worked well into the night to make sure our roof was sealed up before the rains came the next day. They were on the roof all day the next day in some pretty horrible conditions getting everything done. When they were done they cleaned up all their mess.I couldnt be happier with the work. We need to get our gutters replaced and well probably go with Tristate for them as well because we had such a good experience with them getting the roof replaced.

    We asked Tristate to come out to Poulsbo to do a roofing quote. Austin Teague was the most kind, empathetic, knowledgeable salesperson we have ever worked with! I would recommend this company 10/10. Even when we had to go in a different direction due to our tight budget, he never made me feel judged for saying it wouldnt work out for us. Also he was doing the quote with our 2 young toddlers screaming for attention and was so patient and unfazed, it was remarkable!

    Ive had these folks out 3 times for different work and have been very impressed with the quality and professionalism of everyone in the company. All my questions were answered promptly and in plain English. I got bids from other comparable companies for the work but TriState went above and beyond in explaining the whole process and while they werent exactly the cheapest , I always felt confident in their ability to do all the work I needed. Very important. And no one was ever pushy about me signing a contract. I have a great warranty that Im sure they will honor - doubt it will be needed - their work was done right the first time! I highly recommend this company - so glad I met everyone!

    A nice young man from Tristate came to my door, explained their services, and I set an appointment. While they were on the more expensive side, they offered simple, low interest financing, and I felt obliged to take advantage as my house desperately needed a new roof and windows. While everything took a while to get done (materials are in short supply as Im sure whoever reading this already knows), the communication has been excellent and the service above and beyond. I put their salesperson through the ringer and he held his own. The installers were trustworthy people and always on time and flexible.     The roof installation crew did a fantastic job! They were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable of the product and installation and with answering all questions that I had. The foreman came to me prior to beginning the work and several times during to ask if I had any questions about anything. That went a long way to easing my mind on the install. The clean up was completed daily with an even better clean up at the roof installations completion. The roof looks great. Very well done! The office staff, Katie, was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions and providing guidance. Yet another big plus for this company. This process all started with Ryan and Josh (with his one eyebrow) visiting me as the project managers and setting up the contracts. The response was phenomenal by both. They worked with me on the pricing and helped me decide that they were the best to go with. This company is all around a 5 out of 5.

    All-in-all, we are happy with the whole process. Tristate Roofing were recommended by my son and daughter-in-law who had their roof replaced last year. Dan, the sales person, showed up for the appointment on time and provided a very comprehensive presentation. He explained the products and materials in great detail and made a very convincing argument for the higher end shingles. The folks in the office were attentive and provided detailed info about the process, they also kept us informed with updates. The workmen/installers were efficient and completed in about 2 days. They did a good job of clean up when the job was finished. I would recommend these folks for any roofing needs.

    I had been searching around for a legit company to get my roof and my windows replaced at a decent price but was also looking for quality craftsmanship and a business that stood behind their products. In one week I was happy to report that TriState sent me a diamond in the rough!     We needed an estimate on our roof and contacted Shane from Tristate Roofing. I could see that he was a very busy guy but made time for us almost immediately between appointments. He went over the company, the entire installation process, warranty’s that were out of this world. Explained in detail the difference between a (master elite) and a regular (chuck in a truck) contractor.I thought all warranty’s were the same. I was way off and my eyes are now open. After the education Shane gave our family, I feel VERY Confident in Using Tristate Roofing for not only our roof but for our windows also.We have a Rental that needs new siding and will definitely be calling Shane for that as well. Tristate just made us into Life time customer.     From start to finish we are very happy with Tristate. Work was completed just as promised. I cannot for the life of me remember the two sales guys names but they were quite thorough in explaining everything. We could have gone with a less expensive roof or a different company but Im glad we didnt. Ricardo and his crew of two got the tear out done unbelievably quick. All problems found were quickly fixed and the new roof installed on the second day. They even helped me install some new rake/fascia before quitting time on day one! This was great for a three man crew. Im not totally ignorant about roofs and I think the one they installed was about the best Ive ever seen! I highly recommend Tristate.     After speaking with a couple different roofing companies, we decided to go with Tristate to replace our roof. Sean and April came out to inspect the roof and give us a quote. They were respectful, helpful, and not pushy. They even caught an area of our roof that needed some additional weather proofing that other companies did not! Tristate offered three different roofing and warranty options that help fit into our budget. Overall, Sean and April answered any and all questions!Roof and gutter installation was quick and easy! There was a little bit of a mess left in the yard, which was a bit concerning because we have dogs. But they did seem to clean up the majority of the original roof tear off.

They cleaned up each night, which was nice so we werent operating in a mess for several days. With any job of this size, there are always little things that pop up. The management was quick to make things right. This was the first re-roof that Ive been a part of, and Tristate made it easy. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

    Tristate roofing is an incredible company that has immense urgency and is able to help new customers quickly. We had a big wind storm that blew our old skylight off our house (They did not install the old one) and it shattered. We had 2x3 open hole in our roof and I had no idea how to fix the issue. I placed a call to Tristate at 9AM and John asked me a few questions. He told me had a replacement skylight available and would send a crew out in a couple hours to fix. The crew showed up within 2 HOURS, replaced the skylight, checked our roof for any other damage and thanked us for our business. Its very rare today for companies to go above and beyond. JJ and his partner were easy going and a pleasure to work with. TriState was our first estimate and only. The crew was very careful to ensure there was no property damage during the removal of the old roof. They cleaned up the property after each work day to ensure there werent any work materials left over. Everything fit beautifully on our new metal roof.     From start to finish we had a great experience with Tristate Roofing. We were nearing the point of selling our home and were just getting a bid from Tristate for a new roof incase it came up in selling negotiations, but we were not planning to replace it initially. However once Joe, our consultant, met with us and listened to our questions he took the extra time to personally climb up and inspect everything about our roof, taking pictures to show us and give us a full rundown of its condition. After listening to a briefer than normal version of Joes sales presentation about Tristate, which was fantastic, my husband and I ended up both making a complete 180 and deciding within 20 minutes to go ahead and take the leap to install a new roof with Tristate before selling. The roof, and a free solar tube, were all installed in one day, and now the finished product is absolutely STUNNING! So glad we opted to do the new roof with Tristate as it will surely enhance our sales price and curb appeal, as well as our peace of mind.My only reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 was just in desiring more communication from the installation team leader throughout the installation. I felt it would have been helpful if he had had design/architectural knowledge/advice of where best the free solar tube could be installed, as well as just more communication before and after the roof was done. When the crew was done I was just given paperwork to sign off on and I had to pause and tell them Id like to take a quick look first before signing off. It sounds like a full walk-through is a typical practice of Tristate, but it was just missed by my crew unfortunately. Fortunately however in the end, everything did look fantastic. Thanks Tristate!

    Have just hired Tristate Roofing to replace my roof, put on new gutters and downspouts, and paint the house. On a couple different sites, I had clicked on send more like this and ended up getting barraged by 30++ roofing companies, so I could compare Shane to his competitors and he came out on top. Shane is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and best of all kind, courteous, and considerate. Other companies had all kinds of demands before they would provide ANY information. Shane accommodated all of our many communication, information, and scheduling needs. Shane also helpfully shared pictures and brochures as well as answering our questions AND Shane shared important information we hadnt thought to ask for, allowing us to compare the warranties on different suppliers. One supplier has small print about the thickness of the plywood already on the roof--requiring a non-standard thickness which essentially voids their warranty! Shane offered the best value and the best warranty at the best price, and plus hes a really nice, patient guy to work with!

    Tri-state did a great job with our roofing project. We have a flat roof and they were able to install a torch-down project in a quick turnaround at a competitive price. The only issue we had with the project was the initial estimate process took long due to a salesman approach and there was a lack of communication at the start of the project.     We had received multiple bids on getting a new roof, so we had met with several companies. And I have to say that the costumer service, knowledge, explanations, visual aids, and everything that Captain and Tony provided far exceeded anything we experienced with all the roofing companies. There are no hidden costs that could pop up after the project starts, they did a Much thorough investigation and gave us worse case scenario so in the end if it isnt as bad as it could be we could actually get money back! They are even going to tarp our roof until they can get the project started cause our roof is already leaking in several spots to prevent anymore damage.     Mark and son did an outstanding job on the installation of our 10 windows and one patio door. They were professional, courteous, and very polite. It took a total of three days to complete the project. One day was getting accurate measurements for the new windows. The second and third day was dedicated to the installation of the windows once the windows had arrived from the factory. Their knowledge and expertise made the installation process efficient and flawless. Upon completion of the installation they did a great job of cleaning up the work areas and hauling away any packeting material and debris from the project. Im very pleased with our new windows and patio door.

    I was concerned with the life of my roof and whether it would be in good shape to last the coming winter. I was also curious if there was any outstanding issues that an experienced roofer could point out.Mike Connor showed up on time, and he was the representative that eased my concerns and he brought clarity to the situation. Mike was thorough his inspection, as he checked the attic ventilation and walked the roof with me. Throughout the inspection, Mike brought great knowledge about maintenance of my roof, and cost effective ways to give my roof an “oil change”.At no point did I feel pressured to look at expensive options, as Mike was honest when he told me I could get by for a bit longer if I did the work he recommended, which totals about $20 in sealant materials. Mike went the extra mile to point out all the spots that could use the maintenance, so that I could address them myself. I am glad I called this company to inspect my roof. Tri-State will be in my consideration when I decide to get my roof done.

    We hired Tri-State Roofing after seeking 6 bids from other roofers. Tri-State was our last candidate - and as you can imagine - we were tired of the sales pitch; we knew what we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. Needless to say, Michael showed up with the exact product and got down to business. No frills, no sales pitch, just honesty and transparency. Once we signed the contract, they went through great lengths to squeeze our project into our timeline. During installation, the crew was AMAZING. They were professional, had open communication, cleaned up EVERY NIGHT, made sure all nails were picked up (we have children and dogs) and they genuinely had a good time working. We enjoyed listening to the crew laugh and listen to music as they worked. The project was completed on time, as promised and turned out beautifully. They even coordinated a third-party to install powder-coated gutters which were amazing as well. I have nothing but amazing words for the entire office staff, sales folks and installation crew. Id use them again, if my roof wasnt going to last me 50 years :)

    The weather changed and started getting rough but TriState roofing was on top. They kept my roof dry while 10 inches of snow laid on top. When the weather cleared they made a trip to my home to remove the snow to insure no leakage. They returned the next day and completed my roof installation.     A toppled tree limb damaged our skylight & roof this winter. April looked it over and assured us we could replace it without going broke in the process. She was kind and understanding of our concerns. A new roof was not in the plans for at least 10 more years.     This week I had the pleasure of a new roof consultation with project consultant, Sean Stimmel from Tristate Roofing. He was congenital, upbeat and more importantly knowledgeable regarding all aspects of roofing issues and solutions. (If anything, he was a little too verbose with his information.)My recently purchased house built in 1958 needed some care and updating. The beams in the attic were “ambering” from too much heat and poor circulation. Sean also pointed out a couple minor items that needed attention.     I was a bit skeptical at first because of the price, but being in the construction trades for the pasr 30 years, I was impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of the crew working on my roof. They know what they are doing and not skimping on the details of installing a quality roof that I am confident will last. The crew was polite and respectful. They are also taking care of my property and surroundings. They clean as they go and are keeping us informed of any issues and the status of the work. Day one is stripping the roof and prepping for install of the new roofing materials and skylights. I will update again at the end of the job

    Tri-State was the least expensive and offered more bang for the buck (new gutters, flashing, etc.) than our other estimates. We did see several reviews saying their jobs had been underbid, so when we met with the salesman, we asked lots of questions, read the contract, and thought we had covered every contingency. We signed a contract for a re-cover – with the understanding that if they found anything that needed to be replaced there would be additional costs. Initially, we were told the job would take 3-4 days, and be scheduled about 6 weeks out. We were scheduled much sooner than expected and were thrilled.However, when the crew arrived they immediately began a tear-off…not a re-cover. We did not know this at the time. We could not see what they were doing. Shortly after they started we were informed that all the plywood needed to be replaced. Then, we were told the facia was bad and had to be replaced. Then, we were told our skylights were bad and had to be removed or replaced. We saw the wood and agreed it needed to be replaced. We knew the skylights were leaking and decided to take them out. We agreed to the change orders. We have a very large roof. The additional materials and labor almost doubled the cost of our initial estimate. We were shocked. How was this possible with a re-cover? We found out later that the contract was not marked properly by the salesman and that the crew had been told it was a tear-off from the get-go. This mistake was not the crews’ fault. It was the salesman’s fault.After all that…the reason for the high star rating? While we are not happy with the huge cost increase, we are glad the mistake happened only because they found the rotted wood – which would not have been found with a re-cover and would likely have caused problems down the road. Cesar and the rest of our roofing crew were polite and professional. Although it won’t be tested until it starts raining again, it looks very well done. Other people we had contact with at Tri-State were also professional and easy to work with. We worked extensively with Rudy to help us come to an agreement on the unexpected high cost and change orders.That being said, if we were doing this review on just the salesman, the rating would be much lower. His bid was horribly low - by many thousands of dollars - and the job took 7 weekdays to complete. The salesman also told us we didn’t need to be there, yet we ended up using vacation time so one of us was there every day – yes, partly because our dogs freaked out having strangers around the house and hearing all the noise – but mainly because it turned out to be a much bigger, more involved job than it was originally supposed to be. There were questions and change orders that needed to be dealt with daily; and the crew needed access to our backyard, and inside the house to access our decks and deal with the skylights. So, while we are less than impressed with the salesman, we are pleased with the rest of the Tri-State employees we worked with and the job they did. We still have the final inspection to come and a minor issue with a down spout, but hopefully, we now have a roof that will last for many years.

    After extensive online research, onsite inspections and quotations from 4-5 roofing companies, we decided upon Tristate Roofing Inc. Ivan Garcia was our primary contact with “TRI” and the project manager. He was readily available to answer any questions and help to facilitate the process. Our main concern was damage to our landscaping, which we had observed with other roof replacements by other roofing companies. Ivan and his team of professionals did an incredible job of protecting our landscaping. There was no damage whatsoever and after nearly two weeks we have not found even one roofing nail on our property.     My girlfriend and I are very pleased with the new roof installed by Tri-State Roofing. We bought our two-story craftsman house last fall knowing we were going to need a new roof. We knew from past experience that we wanted a 50-year GAF roof on this house. One of their sales persons left us a door advertisement and we called for an appointment. They were on time, gave a fair estimate, and scheduled the work for a few weeks later. The crew was prompt, courteous, and very professional. They addressed our questions and concerns and completed the work in a timely fashion. The cleanup was great (we have yet to fine one roofing nail in my yard). The install crew for the new gutters and downspouts were great as well. The final inspection was completed a few days later and we received the warranty paperwork in the mail from GAF. Overall a great experience.
