    My new front door arrived today and it is absolutely stunning. Jake and his team member worked very well together to install my door and they took great care to assure that my property was not harmed during the installation process. The final product is so much better than I ever expected, and I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience working with Moss Door Company. Shout out to Wendy as well for making the whole process work so seamlessly from start to finish. This is a great company—I highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new door.

    Moss Doors is professional, hard working and happy to help the client. Thy just installed my front door and it is amazing. They showed up early, made quick tidy work of the uninstall, and the next thing I knew was Jake showing me the finished frame and door. I look forward to working with them in the future.     I needed a “real”panty door since my 2nd bi-fold pantry door failed. They don’t like to stay on their tracks. At least mine didn’t.Eric was great in helping me decide on a regular pantry door with frosted glass panel.Looks wonderful with my kitchen cabinets!Wendy was very happy to help in answering any of my concerns after ordering the door.Installation went very smoothly. Jake and his helper were very professional, friendly and polite. They made sure to put down drop cloths where needed and cleaned up any debris.I know if I ever need or want another door….I know who I’m calling!

    Moss Door Company provided outstanding service and value; Eric came by to inspect my current Door and consult on my preferences and options; Wendy worked tirelessly with me to provide options and answers with my tight budget; and the installation team was prompt, communication stellar, and the work was terrific and well done, including installation of a cat door in the new door. My project was not large at all, but the service I received made me feel as valued as if it were. Highly recommend!

    We had Moss Doors install a new front door and storm door in our house in Auburn, Washington in September of 2024.We had gotten bids from three different door installers for the same specific doors. The first was from Emerald City Energy. Not only was their bid the highest but their rep had a jacket that showed they also handled business for Lowes, McClendons, etc. He also didnt understand the features of the Anderson Series 10 storm doors and disagreed with me that the screen was retractable.The second was from Puget Sound Windows & Doors in Puyallup. Their bid was less by a few hundred than Emerald City Energy. They didn’t send anyone out.I finally settled on Moss Doors out of Tacoma. Their price was close to Puget Sound Windows & Doors in Puyallup, but the owner Eric came out in person and was very knowledgeable with the products. The only thing they do are doors, so I liked that as well.It was only a couple of weeks and our new front door & storm door were installed. They did an excellent job and we highly recommend them.The only improvement I would suggest would be the placement of the peep hole in the door. Eric told us that the peep hole is placed at 60 inches high which would be ok since my wife is 64 inches tall. But the hole is actually 60.5 inches high on the door itself and 62 inches from the floor. Now she has to go on her toes a bit to see through it. Since she was the shortest person in the house he should have had her stand at the door and measure the height from the floor to her eyes so she could easily see through the peep hole.

    I wish I could give Moss door a 10/5 stars! The whole team is dedicated and provides the best customer service! Wendy was so kind and helpful. Immediately after giving our deposit, she scheduled the date for installation. Eric Moss was so knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were all on the same page. Jake and Rogan were so respectful and diligent during the installation. They answered any questions we had and made sure the job was done right. The Moss Door team took into account all the small details, which often get overlooked by the bigger companies. I hope you choose Moss Door for any needs your home or business has. They will not disappoint!

    Eric is a genuinely nice guy who takes great pride in his work, is knowledgeable, and backs up his work and the products he offers. His receptionist Wendy is also super helpful and friendly. These folks love their work and it shows!

    This company is FANTASTIC! Wendy, Jake, Rogan and Eric were all very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I had purchased a door from a big box store and had challenges with getting their install team out to install the door. After failed attempts, I emailed Moss Door company to see if they would install my door. Eric responded quickly that it’s something they could do and to contact Wendy. Wendy was an absolute delight! I could hear her smile through the phone. They got me on their schedule for a consultation quickly. Eric came out and measured my current door and opening and made sure the door and extension kit I previously purchased would fit. All was good and Wendy emailed me a quote. The price was over what I thought it should cost, originally. But I couldn’t get over how much I appreciated how they treated me and ultimately decided to go with their services despite the cost. Wendy again got me on the schedule one week from when I gave the deposit which was a miracle!Jake and Rogan showed up during the install day on time and worked tirelessly for hours removing my old door, installing the new one and making sure everything lined up perfectly. Jake is door genius and he was incredibly polite and professional. He was teaching Rogan and we ended up learning a few things along the way as well. Jake also went above and beyond by looking at our back door which had a large gap between the door and jamb. He had a super quick fix of tapping the strike plate in and voila! The gap was gone.It took them over 4 hours and after seeing how much work it takes, I realized the estimate they gave me was not over priced at all. It was worth every penny. There’s no way I would’ve been able to do any of that. lol. I will certainly be referring all friends, family, strangers, basically anyone who needs a new door because they were seriously that awesome.

    We ordered a new ThermaTru fiberglass front door and Wendy was AMAZING! She was so patient in guiding me through the various door options and fielded my many questions with enthusiasm and grace. Our new door was installed today and it looks amazing! Ill add a picture once its painted. We love supporting local businesses and I highly recommend this local and family owned company.
