He was polite, explained the job to me and answered all my questions. He worked efficiently and professionally.     Great customer service and follow up! Very patient about rescheduling for gutter cleaning due to trees dropping their leaves so late in the season. And not only was the customer service great, but the actual work cleaning the gutters was also amazing! Will definitely use them again and I know they offer lots of other services.     I recently used CNY roof cleaners for gutter cleaning, and I couldnt be more satisfied with their service. The team, Ryan D. and Tyler, were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. Within few days of calling, the company scheduled an appointment with a tech to come to my house, he got on the roof, checked the gutter status and level of debris, and then gave me a honest quote based what he observed. On the day of the cleaning, they were thorough in their work, ensuring that all debris from the roof was removed and the gutters were working. They took before and after pictures of the gutters that I could look at on the app. Their attention to detail and communication really stood out. I highly recommend this company and will use them next time.

    Called initially to get my house washed. The owner asked about doing the roof. I was concerned because of the age but was told all technicians know how to access the age and whether it can stand up to pressure washing. The technician showed up at 4pm yesterday afternoon got up on the roof by 4:20 or 4:30. Yesterday’s sunset was at 4:53 pm. At 5:40 I called to try and get him to stop on the roof it was dark and wet and he was by himself. Safety concerns!! He came down at 5:50. He was polite and respectful but I realized then he had no idea of the age of my roof. Wasn’t informed. Meanwhile, there has been no mention of doing the vinyl siding of my house which is what I wanted to begin with. Oh and the cost of the roof is almost double the vinyl siding. Yes, I feel duped by this company.EDITED November 8thAfter a lengthy discussion CNY Roof Cleaners set up an appointment to come back and clean the rest of the house today. I was alerted with a text message telling me when the technician Ryan would arrive. Ryan did an outstanding job, checking in with me several times to either tell me what he was doing or to ask if I needed him to do anything else.Both technicians did excellent work and I am happy to change my review.Be sure to ask them to alert you to their arrival and check back with you after finishing.I am very glad that this was resolved and that they did a wonderful job!!

    I had a great experience with CNY Roof Cleaners. They very quickly provided me with a quote and I was able to have someone at the house just a few days later to clean the gutters and the roof as well as trim some branches over the roof. They also cleaned everything up. They even gave my son some (actually, lots of!) Pokémon cards. I would recommend them to anyone.

    First, I choose this company based on their great rating, strong reviews and cost (yes we got other quotes). The morning of service two gentlemen showed up to shampoo our roof. Both were very helpful with my questions and then they began their work. They were VERY thorough and spent hours not only cleaning my roof but cleaning up the leftover debris to the point that you wouldn’t know they were ever here (aside from the water). We had clogged gutter drains and lots of leaf debris in the gutters that we didn’t even know about and they blasted them clean AND even power washed our windows, including the 2nd floor ones. They also cleaned our shed roof and our son’s treehouse roof for an additional (small) fee! All our roofs look brand new now! They truly went above and beyond and I would HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again in a couple years!!

    We had water coming into one of our walls when it rained hard or was windy. We thought it might be an issue with the flashing, but werent sure. We knew heavy rain was on the way the next day, so called CNY Roof Cleaners because we had used them for gutter cleaning in the past. They were able to squeeze us in that same day and fixed our issue right away. The 2 men who completed the job explained everything thoroughly and showed me pictures of the problem and what they did to fix it. They were extremely personable and professional.     CNY Roof Cleaners came when they said they would and had my gutters cleaned out quickly. The only confusion is on their online notice which was sent prior to their visit. It listed requests for homeowners to prepare for their visit. The page also requested to be paid which I did immediately after they left by a check to the address provided. However the next day they charged my credit card which they had on file which included taxes.It might be advisable to mention if they have a credit card on file that it would be use to pay the bill.

    These guys are amazing! They were upfront about the services and gave estimate within 15 minutes. Went with a roof cleaning and protective coating and did an AMAZING job.     We moved into our house in November and had a roof inspection prior to closing. The roof had some moss and streaks on it, so they recommended a thorough cleaning in the spring to preserve the roof. The exterior walls of our house also had a lot of dirt and grime on them. We booked CNY Roof Cleaners for the premium package of roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and house washing. We could not be more pleased with how our house looks now!     Mostly a good experience. The technician who came to our house was excellent. He went above and beyond my expectations and was very professional and knowledgeable! Unfortunately, he didnt have all of the gear he needed to reach our highest gutter because his office didnt ask the necessary questions for him to know he would need a 3 story ladder. So the job is somewhat incomplete. Im hoping they can come back at some point and finish the job. Also, the original estimate was more than $100 lower than the invoice, so thats disappointing. Very happy with our technician! Got some work to do with logistics and pricing.

    I contacted CNY Roofing Co because the home I moved into had significant moss and debris on the roof that probably had never been tended to in 15-20 years. The technicians spent 4 hours spraying and cleaning the roof and then the surrounding area. They checked the shingles and even cleaned the gutters which was not in their contract. It looks like I have a new roof and their work carries a 2-year guarantee. They were very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend this Company for anyone with roof and gutter issues.     I was up against a deadline for my roof to have a minimal amount of moss cleaned from it and had been let down by no shows from three other businesses when I was referred to CNY Roof Cleaners. They listened to the issue (and me whining about the deadline) on a Friday morning and they had Roman head out to clean my roof after his other job in the area, at around 6pm on a long weekend Friday.I was reconciled to another no show, given the last minute nature of booking them in but CNY RC got here, did an excellent job and got on their way before sundown. The cleaning was maybe a little more expensive than others but their customer service, speed and dedication to get the job done was more than worth the extra $$$. Would 100% recommend these folks.

    Paul Hagar was on time and professional, left the roof and gutters spotless and fixed several problems I had with the gutters. Pictures speak for themselves, I wish I had taken before pictures - it was not pretty, a lot of moss and debris and black marks.

    Vinnie and Ryan from CNY Roof Cleaners washed the 20 year old roof on our new old house (built 1959), it was stained with moss and grime and now it looks brand new again (a high end roof to begin with because it looks like we might get another 10 years out of it, yay!), and the washing includes a complete inspection which was quite reassuring regarding the flashing on the chimney etc. In addition they cleaned our gutters, our siding, our deck, our patio pavers and our entry way pavers. It was astonishing how good our house looks now! The siding was a dirty green color and now its a sweet soft sage, we love it. CNY Roof Cleaners is veteran owned (which is why we chose them) and Vinnie and Ryan did them proud, they literally could not have done a better job. Their services are many (much is along the lines of power washing), the fellow I made the appointment with was knowledgeable and patient with my many many many questions to help me select exactly the services I was looking for. I highly recommend CNY Roof Cleaners and count yourself extra lucky if Vinnie and Ryan show up, young strong hard working men. Also, the noise wasnt bad at all, I was prepared to leave for the day if I needed to (escape) but the sound is low toned so was easy to listen to.     I highly recommend CNY Roof Cleaning! They were quick to get back to me and the communication was very good throughout, including emails and text confirmations. They did an amazing job cleaning the moss and debris off the roof. It looks like new again. They also did a great job trimming the branches around and over the roof. The price was very fair given the size of the roof and the amount of hours they put in. Its an investment in your home that is well worth it, and they were a pleasure to work with, going above and beyond.

    Riley, Mark, and John all provided amazing service from start to finish. We had a good amount of debris in our gutters and on our roof that they took care of quickly and efficiently. A previous rain storm left us aware of a small roof leak - the CNY Roof Cleaning team identified a roof vent that was not sealed properly and some roofing that was not nailed down properly, and they resolved each of those issues and re-sealed our roof fixtures. After they were done, they walked me around the property to point out their hard work, and explained the hardware they used to perform it - it was informative and comforting to have such a thorough debriefing after the job was done.It was clear that the team took a great deal of pride in their work, and it showed! This isnt the first time we relied on them for roof cleaning and gutter work, and it wont be the last.

    The employee showed up promptly and did an excellent job. Zero complaints about the work done. The only disappointment was the price increase which felt a little excessive. I do understand some of the increase would be due to the time of the year. Thank you for a job well done. Still satisfied.

    Had a really good experience with CNY Roof Cleaning. I was referred to them by a local gutter company. The woman who scheduled our service was very friendly and efficient. She even sent text updates. The gentleman from CNY came to my house and was very courteous and professional. He cleaned our gutters very well and I would recommend their services.

    I can’t say enough about CNY Roof Cleaning. After almost falling off a ladder getting grass out of my gutters, I called them. Within a week, they came and my roof and gutters are like new again. Both Roman and Logan were polite and very professional. They left my yard and deck neater than when they came. Roman let me know that my garage section of roof was showing what is probably ice damage.This is the second roof I’ve had done by CNY Roof Cleaning and the second time my husband and I are completely satisfied.Both times, the people were knowledgeable and very forthcoming about any of my concerns. And none of my gardens at either location were damaged or hurt in any way. The plants came up as usual the next Spring at the first house. I expect the same here. If you have any need to have your roof or the exterior of your home cared for, I highly recommend CNY Roof Cleaning. It’s worth every penny for the peace of mind.     Great company! I saw a technician working on a neighbors roof and asked if he could take a look at my gutter that had fallen away from the roof. He was finishing his shift but readily agreed to come take a look at mine. Not only did he re-attach the gutter but he cleaned the gutters out. Great service and a fair price!

    We hired CNY Roof Cleaners to wash our house, roof, and pavers. Dorian and Noah did an excellent job today. These two young men were very courteous, professional, positive and efficient. They double-checked their work order vs. our needs, paid attention to the details. They did amazing job to remove moss from the roof, and make the aluminum siding shining again. They didnt leave any debris, leaves or pine needles in the gutters after the wash, and keep the surrounding area clean. Dorian showed me around the house after they completed the work and explained what they did...Noah was stung by bees three times when he cleaned the roof, but he kept smiling, never complained. Dorian turned our patio look like a new one, and kept the site neat and in good order...Thank you both for your hard work and nice job. We will definitely use CNY Roof Cleaners again. We may consider use them to clean our gutters before this winter as well!!We highly recommend CNY Roof Cleaners.

    They were polite and helpful on the phone. I got an itemized quote quickly through email. They were able to schedule the appointment soon after I told them what I wanted done. They communicated to confirm but then when it snowed they automatically made another appointment and promptly notified me. I did not need to be home for the service. The technician Mr Hall was on time, polite and professional. He explained what was going to do, what he did, and gave me some suggestions for how to solve an ongoing problem we have. He was really very friendly and kind. Billing was simple. I would definitely use their services again in the future!

    I am thrilled that the roof and gutters are cleaned! I was concerned that the spray not affect our bee treatment (under the gutters) or hit the foundation (which had been repainted). Both of my concerns were acknowledged and carefully responded to. The roof, now dry, looks like new. Gavin and Clayton worked professionally and were responsive to my concerns.     I hired CNY roof cleaners to clean my gutters. While here Paul informed me of a problem where the gutter was detaching from the house. He took pictures and showed me so I was assured that it needed attention. He handled the cleaning and repair in a timely manner. He was thorough and picked up all debris before he left.     Working with Samantha in the office was a breeze. I had previously contacted two other cleaners via phone and email, but received no response . I guess they didnt want my business. Samantha was great to work with and we came to an agreement almost immediately. I was scheduled on the spot. CNY evidently wanted my business.My technician was Vincent Vinnie Hall. He called on the day of the scheduled service and asked if I minded him showing up early. Of course, I had not problem. He was personable, efficient, explained all that had to be done and completed the job as quickly as professionally possible. My roof looks like new. Cleanup was great. There is no reason to contact any other roof cleaning service.

    Adam and Jeremy were here yesterday to put up Christmas lights on our 2 story house (first time we ever hired someone!). They arrived early, were here several hours, both were super friendly and knowledgeable. The lights look awesome, obviously professionally done and we have already had 3 neighbors ask about them- one while they were here! CNY is pretty pricey, but we ‘rent’ the lights, they put them up (on second story roof line- requiring ladders, 35 degrees, windy and icy porch roof) and will be coming back to take them down.     Paul and Andrew were the Best! On time to deal with our problem of gutter debris and removal of it. They took the gunk away which was great for us. We have a metal roof which put off some companies but not CNY Roof Cleaners.We used to watch the water pour out of the gutter and onto the window. Within three hours, the rain poured and and it was a miracle to have a normal gutter working. Will use again and definitely will recommend.
