    Technician Alan C was just here to take a look at several projects we are interested in having done. This young man presents himself very well and seems to be very knowledgeable of his craft. We signed a contract and if his work ethics are as good as it seems to be I am sure we will be happy with the work. Wards technician Alan C came out on Saturday (I didnt know anyone even worked on Saturday anymore). He and his helper finished the whole job in only a couple of hours. We were very happy with their work, friendliness and their professionalism. We would definitely call them again if needed.

    Ward Plumbing was recommended by my neighbor. I had been without water for over a week and no one was available. After contacting Ward, Richard appeared the very next day! He was very professional and spotted my problem immediately. It was a difficult situation. He took charge, keeping me posted and encouraged during the long process. I certainly will be contacting them when their skill is needed and recommend that everyone do the same.

    Austin with Ward Plumbing came out to inspect our furnace. He was very professional, friendly, and thoroughly explained what the issues were and what options I had moving forward. I have dealt with many plumbing companies over the years, and this was by far the best experience I have had. I feel confident that the install team will do a wonderful job on the installation of our new furnace based on my first interaction with their staff. I also appreciate that I was given a firm price instead of an inaccurate estimate that in my experience never comes near the actual price after the job is finished. I will continue to do business with this company in the future.

    Nick and John were an absolute pleasure. The work was completed timely, professionally, and the installation of our hot water tank went flawlessly.     Andrew did a great job finding the problem and solving it quickly for a perfectly fair price, would have him back any time work is needed!When the brand new split level HVAC (installed by a separate company by the home’s previous owner) was experiencing problems Jeff came by, found the issue quickly, and helped me locate the parts and labor warranty so it was resolved at no cost to us the same day.Every single technician and worker at this company I have worked with is respectful, professional, and efficient at their job.     Austin did an incredible job getting the heat running and everything sorted out. He helped me save a little money by offering the maintenance plan which I highly recommend. He was professional, polite, and own point he knew exactly what he was doing. I’m so glad these guys could get to the house in such a short notice right here at Christmas time it means the world to me and of course to the guest that are staying at the houseJeff came back to the House for a secondary issue. As usual, he was very professional, and very confident with his performance. He identified the problem, ordered the part and got back with me as soon as he had an estimate.     We really valued the experience and expertise of our plumbers, THOMAS K. and ANDY from Ward Plumbing! We are on a shared well with a couple neighbors and had a tricky problem with low water pressure in our home after one neighbor had broken a water line during some reconstruction of a retaining wall.Thomas K and Andy were methodical in step by step diagnosis of the problem and came up with a solution that resolved our issues! Thomas is a great communicator and gave detailed explanations during the entire process of resolving our pressure issue.I HIGHLY recommend Ward Plumbing and especially THOMAS K. and ANDY! They went above and beyond in the service they provided to us. We appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and kindness they both exhibited while resolving our plumbing problem.     We are so grateful to everyone at Ward, winning the oldest HVAC contest was a huge blessing. The job turned out to be more difficult than they anticipated but they were very professional and efficient. As you can see from the photos, they did an amazing job, removing the old unit and ducting and replacing with new. Thank you for everything!

    I can not say enough things about Wards-plumbing and HVAC . Austin D. Arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. He explained all of my options, and answered all of my questions. I purchased a new unit. When the unit arrives, they will contact me and schedule an install date. Another employee called to make sure the technician had taken care of any problems I had. What amazing service! Excellent in every way!

    This is more an update from a previous review: Ward sent out their technicians George and Brian to move our air return unit while we removed our moldly subfloor. The companys turn around was very quick, and their techs did a great job, which allowed us the freedom and space to remove the moldy subfloor (and affected joists). We then scheduled for them to come back and reinstall the unit the next day, and they were more than happy to accommodate us.However at reinstallation, we found that our air return unit was riddled with mold. George was quick to call in and work on our behalf to see what could be done. The unfortunate thing is that this was missed during the initial assessment of our system, and had I known I might have opted to replace the system altogether. When speaking with management, they worked us in immediately to clean our system for free because thankfully we signed up for their Ward Guard at the time of the initial assessment.George and Brian came out a third day in a row and thoroughly cleaned our system. I really cant praise them enough, and its only because of their hard work and their managers understanding that Im giving the company a 4-star review and not lower. Due to the mishap during the assessment, this may end up costing us more money in the long run, and its really for that reason alone that I cannot give 5-stars.

Matthew was great and was able to explain to me deficiencies in one of our systems that I could understand the issues.     Excellent service. The problem was identified quickly, repair plan established, charges reviewed, and all steps explained throughout the process. He was also training an apprentice and you can tell he ‘knew his stuff’ and she a quick learner. You can tell a mans character as to how they treat others; he was kind, patient and explained everything as he went. If all the employees are like this… wow what a team!! I have nothing but good things to say; from my initial contact with the receptionist to the conclusion, it was a very stress free experience. Top notch company!

    Daniel provided detail information on what needed to be done. He described and showed what he did to fix the issue and why the water pressure was so low. He was very professional and great personality. Brad assisted him on the job, and he was very professional and helpful. This is the first job that Ward Plumbing has performed for us, and we will definitely use them again if needed. As a matter of fact we are going to sign up for their annual maintenance service. Thanks for having such great employees.Also very helpful to receive texts letting me know that Daniel was on his way. He actually was able to get here about 3 hours earlier than scheduled.

    Ever have a plumbing nightmare? I did, when I discovered smelly, dirty water (and SpaghettiOs!) coming out from under my sinking, concrete patio and I thought I might have a broken septic pipe. Joel C. came out with a camera and traced the problem to an antiquated grey water system that was not even plumbed correctly and had collapsed, backing up water. I agreed to the work, and Joel and his lively crew came out and did some seriously hard work cutting up and breaking down thick, heavy concrete and digging under several feet of dirt to get to the broken area. These guys worked really hard, through rain, heat and wasps, and I didnt hear anyone complain once. As a matter of fact, they were very professional, friendly and funny, and seemed to enjoy what they were doing, which is what you like to hear from people working on your home. This was a difficult job, and more workers arrived on the scene to assist the first crew. My husband was worried that more workers meant a higher cost, but since the quote was to finish the job completely, the number of workers didnt matter. That was a relief. After two whole days of busting up and moving concrete, digging, shoveling, running pipes, hauling off debris and clean-up, they were done. They were very careful to respect my grass, flowers and property, and even stopped to ask if it all looked to my satisfaction. From the operator who set up my appointment, to the crew who worked on my house, this level of courtesy and professionalism was appreciated. Special shout-out to the crew who worked so hard on my home: Joel C., Brad W., James, Andrew M. and Caleb (I hope I got you all). You guys were awesome!

    We have used Ward plumbing, heating and air for the last year and a half. Luckily havent needed them too much, but its always been great service. Our technician today was Austin D. Found our issue and had it fixed in about an hour total. Highly recommend Ward for any plumbing or HVAC issues. Good prices and they arent pushy on sales. Weve also had Matthew Deas and Thomas Kays as technicians in the past and they were great as well!

    Technicians arrived early for replacement of our ancient AC unit and installation of a new heat pump. When the old air ducts were removed the technicians found a way to seal up the openings through the walls. The area was cleaned up and looking good when the work was finished. Our new heat pump is doing a great job keeping us cool and comfortable.

    We had several friendly and happy 5star moments with Wards this week. Beginning with Amanda M on our initial call. She was helpful and pleasant to talk to. Signed us up for the membership, saving us some fee’s and offering discounts for future repairs. Jeff was our technician and had worked on our HVAC before due to some lightening damages. It was comforting to know someone already knew the history of the issue first hand. Jeff is very professional and explains things super well. May have just been happenstance, but it felt like they were looking out for us in the sense of getting our HVAC running soon as they could.

    A month again Sam and Aaron came on two days to our home. From the invoice: replace existing 2 handle shower valve with new single handle moen chateau remodel trim [which was overnighted from the distributor]. Also included in the estimate is the replacement of existing hose spigot with new freezeless hose bib. As a courtesy, repair leaking bath faucet and installed an extension tube on the bathroom faucet which says it all! Best plumbers that I have had over many years and locations. I recommend Ward Plumbing and Heating for quality completion of your needs.

    We contacted Ward Plumbing and Air for an estimate of the purchase and installation of a mini split system. Never did we realize that after approving the quote, we would have received such prompt courteous and professional service. From the beginning contact by Jeremy, to the finish product by the installers (Jesse, Brian, Cole, and George), the process moved along smoothly and efficiently, and each member of the crew demostrated exemplary skills and knowledge. As an example, Cole and Jesse took extra time in explaining the downstairs installation and use. The next day, George and Brian returned to finish the upstairs installation and were equally helpful. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and we were left with an excellent installation of our Mitsubishi mini splits. THANK YOU WARD PH&A for exceeding customer expectations!
