    We had an awesome experience! Called Engle for some residential electrical work and they were able to have someone at our home within two hours. Victor was great! He had the best personality and took the time to explain what the issue was and what he was going to do to resolve it. Because we have an older home, the electrical issue was particularly challenging but Victor was able to troubleshoot and fix our issue so everything worked exactly how we wanted. Exceptional service and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend them and I will be reaching back out to Engle to take care of our future HVAC needs.

    Engles Services came to my home the very next morning when no one else could, now thats saying something! the service tech had my unit going in about 20 minutes or less and put the correct parts back on my unit!     My waterline developed a significant leak from the road to my house. The team responded within two hours of the call and within 24 hours replaced the entire line.     Engle Services has saved me twice now! First call, I broke a flange and couldn’t set up a toilet. They came out quickly, assessed the problem, fixed it, placed that toilet and fixed an earlier try I did with a different toilet—all for a reasonable price! The second, we busted a pipe while running the lawn mower. They came out and fixed it immediately, again for a reasonable price. Their employees were courteous and took time to explain what they were doing and where I went wrong. I couldn’t have asked for better service! I highly recommend them!

    They came out and did my bathroom vanity sinks, put in new toilet, fixed my kitchen sink so i could run water in it and put a tub stopper and moved my vanity over so I could have more room...they did an excellent job and came when they said. Great team work Chase and the older guy!! And they were friendly and worked fast!! Great job!!

His skills in customer relations, problem resolution, creativity and technical expertise are world class. He took a very difficult plumbing problem and systematically eliminated every potential problem until he found the proper solution while constantly keeping me updated. I have been in the home rental business for over 30 years. He is the best at his business in all the speciality trades I have dealt with including HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing.He took a bad situation and turned it into a positive customer experience and delighted customer.     We had this company come to inspect our plumbing system in order to appease our insurance company. Victor was our technician. He was a very nice young man, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough in the inspection.     I’ve used this company twice and both times I’ve been highly impressed!     After searching Google for a local electrician, I found Engle. I reached out via their online form over the weekend, got a phone call Monday and was scheduled for services the same week, on my preferred day. Our electrician arrived on time and was extremely professional. He troubleshot and solved our inoperable doorbell problem within about 20 minutes. I’ll absolutely use their services again if we’re in need, and recommend them unequivocally.

    I spoke with Renee about setting me up with an appointment. She got me scheduled next day. I received a call from Alex around about 10 am he was here on time, professional, and courteous. This type of customer service goes a long way. He assessed the situation and made the electrical repair to the bathroom that lost power as well as got everything rewired in the outlet properly. Not to mention the cost was reasonable and fair. I definitely will be using this company for any other electrical issues. I highly recommend this company and they have earned my business for years to come.

    I was very pleased with the kindness and hard work of Mike from Engles in dealing with a plumbing crisis.(Kitchen drain stopped up Thanksgiving week) On two separate evenings Mike returned to diagnose and repair just as he promised. However, the fact that he had to return two afternoon/evenings were a result of poor communication and care from Engles. (IMHO) The initial appointment was for 1-2pm on Monday, after rushing back from an early morning trip to north Alabama to be home the Service Tech was a no show, after a call back to the Engles office I was rescheduled for Tuesday Afternoon. The 2 techs arrived on time Tuesday but did not have proper equipment, I was informed that they were not assigned my job but were in the area and wanted to try.(very kind) Again, they told me the original service tech, Mike would be leaving from office and should be at my home within 1-2 hours. This did not happen and 3-4 hours later Mike did arrive but the call ran into my evening plans with family so we cut the call short at 6:15pm so we could make a prior family commitment. After a call to his office to explain my need to leave Mike told the office that he had prior appointments the next day and could not get to me until later the next day, it seems Engles decided to leave it with Him and on Wednesday evening (before Thanksgiving) at 6pm Mike returns to my home and finally by 8:30 the clogged was cleared. Im not sure what the normal protocol for services like this should be but It seems that better care would have been to have shown up on Monday as promised, and after that to assign a tech who can at least be here earlier in the day. Finally, I did find the cost of services to be at a premium and higher than expected, especially being treated like a last priority. But, I am very grateful that the issue was finally resolved and as I write this Thanksgiving Morning we can use our kitchen sink and dishwasher. Thanks Mike for your hard work.

    Engle Services was the 3rd Plumber that I called to get a water leak taken care of. The other 2 failed to resolve the situation. Many dollars later Engle took care of the leak on a Sunday in sub freezing temperatures. The Plumber, Michl (?) was professional and made sure the water meter wasn’t running when he left. Great job. Recommend Engle for plumbing issues.

    We have used Engle Services for our HVAC for years. They are consistently honest and fair as well as dependable. The girls who answer the calls are sweet and helpful. Steven is great! Luis went above and beyond for us one weekend when one of our renters with an infant didnt have heat, and we were told by the gas company that they do not come out on weekends to unlock meters so that the heat could be fixed. He got them fixed up so they wouldnt have to go somewhere else to stay. Thats customer service and we are thankful for them.

    Called for a technician to come and provide a second opinion on the operating condition of our upstairs unit. Previous contracted service provider stated we needed over 10,000 dollars in replacement/repairs upon bi-annual inspection. Engle performed an inspection and found no such repairs/replacement were needed and system was performing normally. Recommend them for honest system evaluation and no sales gimmicks to make money. Will be using Engle for all HVAC needs.

    When I got ready to retire i had 3 quotes for installation of heat pump from which I chose Engles. They installed A heat pump in my manufacture home for I had to get rid of the high electric bills. They did great job and the new heat pump cut the power bill more than in half.
