    Sunscape just completed our decking project and we couldn’t be more pleased. Tony, Ryan, and Jake did an excellent job and worked tirelessly through the Winter weather to get the job done. They arrived every day on time and cleaned up when done. Overall the project took about 1 month to complete (on schedule). It included tearing down an old wooden deck and rebuilding a much larger deck using Azek PVC material. Our backyard is on a significant slope so it’s not the easiest place to work. But the guys got it done and made sure we were completely satisfied.The best part is our 3 year old son loved watching “Mr.Tony, Mr.Ryan and Mr.Jake” work each day. He looked forward to it every day. Now we are looking forward to spring time and enjoying our beautiful deck!If you are looking for a decking company, Sunscape is the only way to go. High quality workmanship , friendly service, and fair pricing. You can’t ask for much more. Thanks for the great work!!

    Highly recommend Sunscape Deck Builders! Tony and his team built us our dream deck back in May. Not only was the pricing more competitive than other builders, but you can tell that Tony and his team focus on the fine details and craftsmanship of the deck! Being new to the deck building process, Tony has next level expertise and clearly explained the process and steps for approval with our HOA/town/county and worked with us to bring our vision of the deck to life. Tony and his team were also very professional, timely, and very responsive with all communications.

    I cannot say enough good things about Tony and Sunscape Deck Builders. He came highly recommended by several of our neighbors. He and his son were on time, professional, and barely took a break all day. My kids loved watching them work and they became part of the family for two weeks! Our deck is not only beautiful, but also well constructed and we’ve received so many compliments on it.

    Sunscape - Fantastic Company, Top Quality WorkWe called Tony at Sunscape when we purchased a house in Mt. Airy in July 2019. The deck (12x12) was original and looking very tired. His schedule opened up over the winter and he came out in February to look at it. By this time the deck was failing and we knew we needed to replace it. Tonys estimate was fair and we signed a contract to get the project started. Tonys communication was frequent and he got the ball rolling on the project immediately. Tony started on March 8 and finished on March 12. The deck looks amazing and we are happy with the results. Once we landscape the area around the deck in the next few weeks, it is going to look wonderful. Highly recommend Tony and Sunscape if you need a new deck. Thank you Tony!

    Sunscape deck builders made the entire experience from start to finish easy. Mr. Tony’s experience and craftsmanship coupled with his team will bring your deck concept to fruition. Everything was on time from obtaining the permit to the final inspection. Sunscape also takes care and respects your property during construction.     We got our deck 2 years ago, and it has held up very well. Tony was great to work with throughout the entire process - from the first interview through completion of the construction. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently each day. I really appreciated how he checked in with us daily to see if we had any questions before leaving our home.     Had our deck built by Tony and his team at sunscape deck builders. Was very pleased with the experience. His price was very reasonable, he was extremely pleasant and easy to work with, receptive to all my emails, he did the project in a timely manner and was there each day working hard rain or shine.     Tony began by arriving at our house on time to give us a quote. He came prepared with samples of decking for us to see. Before we decided to go with Sunscape, Tony was consistent with communication either via emails or phone calls. Before we found Sunscape I was having a difficult time to even get a contractor to show up to provide a quote. Tony and his team were very professional throughout the entire process of our deck build. They arrived early everyday (even in the rain) and communicated with us during the whole process. His quote was detailed and accurate. The work was completed in the time-frame he gave us. After completion of our beautiful deck, he has still followed up with us. We are looking forward to using him to build our screened in porch as well! We highly recommend Sunscape Deck Builders.

    Tony is a superb craftsman and a true professional. We used his company to tear down our 20-year old wood deck and rebuild it with composite Azek decking and vinyl rails. We could not be any happier with our new deck!!! He did an exceptional job and was great to work with throughout the process. His price was also the best out of several estimates we received.

    Tony was a true professional. He is very responsive to emails and phone calls and listens to the customers input. He invited us to see other decks that he had built in the area (with the homeowners permission) so that we could examine the craftsmanship and design before making a decision. He helped design a deck to suit our needs, quickly provided us with a quote, routinely showed up on time (rain or shine) and built a wonderful deck.     I contracted Sunscape to replace my existing deck. I received an estimate a few days after he came to meet with me. The estimate was written in such a way I can easily see my options and what I would be given for the price. His price was also very fair and reasonable. We settled on a start date and he confirmed the appointment several days prior.When they started, he worked quickly and kept the area very neat and clean. He was done on time and the resulting deck was great. I would use them again without question.

    After purchasing a home, the issues surrounding the existing deck started to come to light. Sunscape Deck Builders were the most responsive vendor out of 4 that we contacted regarding a replacement deck. After a brief walkthrough Sunscape was able to point out a few additional issues and make recommendations to build a sturdy new deck that met current building codes. The work was solid, clean looking, and moved at a good pace. Communication was good throughout the process, and our questions were answered along the way. We are very happy with our large second story synthetic deck. Will be bringing the company back for a front porch project in the near future! Highly recommended.

    Tony and Sunscape Deck Builders did a wonderful job with our new deck. We got several quotes from different companies, but Tony offered the best prices, even though the estimates were all identical (brand, deck size, materials, etc). He also came highly recommended from previous customers. The deck was completed on time, and the end result is amazing. We couldnt be happier and will definitely use Sunscape Decks again for future outdoor projects.
