    We were having issues at our house with the power coming and going. I called this number and a very nice gentleman answered the phone and walked me through troubleshooting right on the phone and we were able to figure out that it was most likely a Comed issue. This gentleman took time out of his day to help me through the phone. With that kind of customer service I would 100% hire this company for any electrical needs. Thank you again sir!!

    ZKB electrical did a great job installing lighting in our kitchen. They installed 10 can lights, replaced our out of date box light with modern pendants and added a couple outlets and dimmers. Chris and his crew were very professional and did excellent work at a very reasonable price. They were in and out in 6 hours, and the kitchen looks amazing. We will definitely use them again.

    Called Zkb Electrical after the first company I contacted never responded. Chris replied right away and set up the service call. He had to trouble shoot a problem I was having with the power in my living room. He took a very systematic approach to narrow down and resolve the issue. Chris is friendly and charges a very reasonable rate. So glad the first company didnt get back to me. Definitely recommend using Zkb.

    Chris saved our project after another electrician was a no show. He took extra care to insure that our 5 light fixtures were installed exactly to our satisfaction and his rates were quite reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

    I have an older home with older wiring and older fixtures. I needed a ceiling can light repaired and the receptacles in my kitchen upgraded for GFI safety. Chris was able to cobble the parts together that were necessary to repair the can light successfully. He also re-wired the kitchen boxes so that the GFI performed as required. Chris had a busy schedule, but was able to fit me in between jobs on short notice. He was fast, friendly, did great work and charged a fair price. I highly recommend Chris for your electrical work!

    I found ZKB on Google and was in need of a patient, skilled electrician. Thank God I found Chris! I gave him a call and soon after he came out and gave me an estimate. The price was fair and he had a quick turn around. All in all the 21 point list (GFCI outlets, replacing a damaged main exterior wire, upgrading my electrical panel, repairing and replacing lights, etc) was a ton of work. Chris handled it all like a champ - super positive, professional, and down to earth. I enjoyed every interaction and have already recommended him to my brother. Everything from the ease of payment (he has an online portal for cards) to Chris working on the weekend / late to work around my schedule, was impressive. Thank you Chris! You have given me peace of mind in my home!

    I highly recommend Zkb! I have called Chris for several different jobs and always refer him when someone asks for a referral.     If you are looking for an electrician based on Google reviews like I was, look no further….call Chris now!! We had an issue with a smoking outlet, and called him and even though he had a completely full day, he told me he would try to see what he could do, and came out that evening to make sure everything was safe electrical and that there was no fire hazard. He was professional, responsive, and will definitely use again in the future! Would highly recommend!!

    These guys are amazing. Power was going on and off, then we were without power in half the house. Tried going through warranty electrician but he found nothing wrong 2 times that got dragged out waiting a month. Called Zkb Electrical and Chris came right over that day, found the problem instantly and fixed it just like that. I trust them and will be using them in the future.     Excellent service! Had an electrical issue in my rental property and then some communication issues. Came over around 9PM and was able to swiftly diagnose and rectify the problem. Charged me a minimal amount. Will use ZKB for any and all future needs!

    We were referred to Chris by our realtor. Just recently bought our house, and it had an old Zinsco electrical panel that needed replaced. They did a fantastic job and for a fair price!     I have nothing but high praise for Chris and his team at Zkb Electrical. My hardwired smoke and co2 detectors needed to be replaced in April and in June, I had an electrical outlet installed in my laundry room. Chris is responsive, does outstanding work. He is friendly, but professional, on time and the prices were excellent. His quality of work is also excellent, in fact, the outlet in my laundry room looks like it was installed at the time my unit was built. I highly recommend Zkb Electrical.
