    Had a houseful of family over the weekend. The sewer line got stopped up. Called Jimmy’s and he was at a customers house but said he would call when finished. 30 minutes later he was on his way. He made a thorough evaluation and started work. In 20 minutes he had the whole sewer system at my house free flowing. To me his work was five star plus! Now I know who to call for plumbing needs. Thanks to Jimmy’s!!!

    After a few no-shows from other plumbers and an outrageous quote from another company Jimmy came out. He was able to make it out same day! He was super knowledgeable, very very professional and courteous. He helped the club I manage out tremendously and saved us quite a bit of money. I will be using Jimmys services for all my future plumbing needs for both home and the club I manage. I highly recommend him if you want a job done correctly. I would give 1,000,000 stars if I could.

    While I didn’t get to personally choose Jimmy (the realty company did after 2 unsuccessful plumbers), I could NOT be happier with his service. Jimmy is a true gentlemen and so knowledgeable. He came out on a Saturday (after dealing with a clogged sink/leaking dishwasher for over a week), and fixed our issue in minutes. He loves what he does and it is evident in his quality of work. Got his card because we will definitely be calling him in the future!

    Ive used Jimmy twice within a year for 2 completely different issues. I had a leak I found out about today AFTER 4PM and he was here within an hour.     My kitchen drain backed up and only got worse using Drano. I called several other companies but they didnt return my call or didnt have anyone available for more than a week. Jimmy answered right away and said he would be there as soon as he finished with two other appointments. He called before he got to my house and he was in and out within an hour. Instead of using a plumbers snake like many plumbers, he used a hi pressure flexible hose that blasted 40 years of accumulated crud from the line. He reworked my undersink drains and cleaned up. I would gladly recommend him for any drain problems. His prices are fair and he has the latest technologies to work on most systems.

    Septic tank overflowed and smelled bad tanks were pumped but still overflow? called every one not one would come JUST TO LOOK SO I CALLED JIMMY LAST RESOT AND HE CAME NEXT DAY?     Jimmy responded to my call right away. He came to my house the next day and completed all the work on my septic tank and it was in serious need of attention. He was professional, hard working, courteous, friendly, and honest. He didn’t mind answering any of my questions about what he was doing and how a septic tank works. I will definitely call him for regular maintenance or if any new problems arise.

    Good overall service. Just a couple of thing I didnt care for. My wife asked him to move his truck which was blocking the driveway. Response was I can leave. My advice: If you want to save money, dig your own holes. There was an extra $150 charge for 20-30 minutes of digging out the sewer lid. Granted, there were some roots, but thats $300 to $450 an hour for digging holes. I would have done it myself gladly.

Most recently, on short notice and late on a Friday, he inspected, quickly diagnosed and fixed a minor problem with our “broken” hot water heater, where others said it needed to be replaced. He fixed the water heater and saved us $$$$ in needless replacement expenses.     I called Jimmy and he quoted a price that was very reasonable to correct an issue. He was at my house quickly. After diagnosing I the issue he told me it wasnt as bad as I had explained over the phone. He could have easily charged me the quote quoted price. He is honest and prices are great.
