A review for Busy Bee is long overdue. Ive used them since at least 2018 when I started having issues with my AC (all install issues that wasnt Busy Bee). All of them are fantastic but Alex is AMAZING. And, Shawna (sp?) at the desk is super sweet, kind, and professional. Hands down the best!

I called at about 8:45 Monday. Told the service desk that my Goodman HVAC had stopped working on Saturday night. She put me on the schedule. About an hour later the service technician called and said he was on his way. By 10:45 he had my system back up and cooling my park model camper. He said it was a couple of burnt wires. I am pleased with the experience from the initial phone call to the repair. I would recommend Busy BeeHVAC services.

Out heat went out right before Thanksgiving and they were out there the next day with a plan to get it fixed quickly. They did amazing work and had us up and running in no time. They whole team was extremely professional and worked with us to find the right solution for our situation. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

A/C went out so I called busy bee. Wow! The girl on the phone (Heidi) was super nice. Took all my info. She asked great questions about my system. Nothing to hard! They came out and with in 20 mins had my A/C back up and running. Very professional. The repair person was outstanding! ,professional, even wiped his feet off before he came in the house. 5 stars is all I could give. I would give more if i could. A++++ Will only use them from now on. I have used other heating and air companys. Found one that i can depend on from now on. Thanks busy bee!UPDATE WOW! So I just had a follow up call from the Busy Bee Office to make sure the A/C is still working. WOW I can not say any more. What a great experience! A REAL FOLLOW UP CALL!
