    We had an excellent experience Matt Wolfe and team during our recent attic to primary suite renovation. Matt was great to work with during the design phase, problem solving to help us get what we wanted- optimizing space and light, but also making everything work in our older home. The whole process of demo, framing, sub contractors, carpentry, painting, etc. was managed and organized so well and we felt we were in great hands the whole time. Laura understood our aesthetic and made choosing all the finishes so easy. We are thrilled with the quality of the work done in our home and would absolutely recommend Wolfe Design Build.

    Living in an old home has its quirks and we were looking into redesigning our kitchen to make the space more usable for our family. We reached out to several contractors and designers, but none of them felt right. From the moment Matt Wolfe walked into our house he saw what no one else saw - our future. His designs were fresh, and he integrated our ideas into a plan that would reshape our daily lives. Matt and his team put the plans into action and worked tirelessly to give us our forever home. The entire team is amazing. Not only are they exceptional at their jobs but they are unbelievably nice people. It was wonderful coming home and learning what had been done that day and to see the progress of our house coming together. The communication each step of the way was outstanding, and Matt was always available if we had additional questions (even after the project was finished!) In the end we renovated our entire first floor that breathed new life into our home. Matt and the folks at Wolfe Design Build took the time to understand what we wanted and executed beyond a level that we knew possible. If you are looking to do a renovation you should call this incredible team. We are very happy we did!

    Matt and his team are excellent designers and builders that also provide a great all-around experience. They are professional and communicative throughout the entire process, from designing your dream space to executing the build/ remodel at an incredibly high quality.We have had Wolfe design build remodel multiple areas of our home (bedrooms, bathrooms, master suite, and entryway), and they have made us a customer for life. Whenever we are ready for additional work, I know where we will go.

    We recently did a renovation where we reconfigured the layout of part of our second floor to make a large master bath / laundry room. Our house is 200+ years old and it was a complex project to say the least.We were attracted to Wolfe because of the Design / Build concept, and we knew someone who had used them before. Having the same person design the space that is ultimately responsible for building it creates a much more seamless experience than we have had in the past, and mitigated a lot of risk.Matts team was experienced, personable, and extremely professional. It was by far the best experience weve had with a contractor and the level of communication and professionalism was not something weve experienced before in this area. We would absolutely work with the team again!

    Wolfe Design Build is very responsive and listens. We were very happy with Matt, his team and the results! Matt is very thorough and has great attention to detail, as does his team. We did an extensive renovation: 2 new baths, moving and adding walls to create a primary suite. All new windows...none of which are plumb, so installation was custom...and much more.This team is creative and great at problem solving/work arounds which was often needed in our 250-year-old-home. They stayed until the punch list was done…how rare. I highly recommend Wolfe Design Build!

    Wolfe Design Build LLC recently completed our kitchen/dining room renovation. We chose Wolfe because of their strong local reputation, and the fact that working with Matt and team really is a one stop shop. Matt developed a custom design, which included the removal of two walls, and a complete reconfiguration of the kitchen and dining room. He and the team then executed flawlessly on the plans. The team at Wolfe is awesome. Not only were they pleasant to have in our house, but its also clear how much pride they take in their work. Communication throughout the project was frequent. The project was completed on schedule, and for the most part - on budget. We are so pleased with how our kitchen/dining room turned out, and would recommend Wolfe to anyone looking to do a home renovation project!

    We could not have asked for a better experience with Wolfe Design and Build and are absolutely thrilled with the results.We completely gutted our kitchen/living area, added a new half bathroom, renovated the entryway, replaced/refinished all hardwood floors, replaced all doors and painted the entire house. One of our primary reasons for choosing the Wolfe team was because they really minimized our work. With two young children, work, and a busy life, I felt a lot of anxiety around how much time and energy I would be able to devote to researching and shopping, picking out finishes, etc. The fact that Wolfe offers you the option to really leave all of that work to them was a game-changer for us. From the 3D design, to providing us with a handful of choices they knew were within our aesthetic and budget, to doing the ordering, to coordinating with all the subs, they allowed us to really determine how much daily involvement we wanted to have.Matts transparency and attention to detail when it comes to budget and timeline is unmatched. We always felt confident that we knew exactly what was going on with the projects and were never surprised by changes to cost, overages, additional labor needed, etc. We got a line by line cost estimate that left nothing out and were always provided with updated line items.Matts entire team was truly outstanding. They are not only highly skilled, but also incredibly gracious and respectful. They limited hours in our home as much as possible and, even though we stayed elsewhere for a portion of the work, they took great care to keep our home clean. We honestly loved having them around and were sad to see them go!The work is impeccable and we are so thrilled with what feels like a new home.

    We are repeat clients! We have worked with Wolfe Builders for three of our home projects - a first floor/kitchen remodel, exterior renovation/remodel, and a hall bathroom renovation.Our experience working with Wolfe Builders has truly been a pleasure.
