I could not be happier with my service from Amador Plumbing this week. My business had a plumbing problem that put our bathrooms out of commission late morning on Thursday. Katrina helped convey the urgency of our situation to the boss, and they went above and beyond to get the job done quickly the next morning. We are so grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and empathy. Ron’s familiarity with the building and persistence saved us from a week with portable toilets due to this pesky little guy.

Everything in the house was backed up -- toilets, sinks, shower. And on a weekend! Fortunately, Amador Plumbing came quickly, within an hour of my call, as promised. Turned out to be roots blocking the venting pipe from the house to the septic tank. Quick diagnosis and clean root removal work!

My hot water heater failed and flooded my garage on Saturday afternoon at about 4:30. I called Amador Plumbing and got an immediate response with an estimate. By 7:00 oclock I had a new working hot water heater installed for what I thought was a good reasonable price. Ron and Nicole did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Had what turned out to be a difficult problem but they were onsite consistently, always on-time and got the problem resolved for about 1/4 of what I expected. the logical approach to diagnosing the problem was so welcome - the plumber (Logan) didnt go straight to anything invasive or expensive and I truly appreciated the approach taken. I will definitely use them again.
