    If I could give them 10 stars I would. Toby is very knowledgeable. Quick and very affordable. He does amazing work. I have hired him multiple times for everything from smart switches and light fixtures to over the table chandelier replacement. He even installed a new outlet for my new stove when I went from propane to an electric stove. I don’t know what I would do without him. Service is excellent and he’s always on time.

    Toby has done a few jobs for us, most recently installing a level 2 charger in our garage. He’s always very quick to respond when I reach out. Recently, I had the experience of getting a small electrical project done at my house. Toby was very prompt to come and he provided me a quote that was much lower than I had been provided by a different person. He completed the job really quick and to my full satisfaction.     We needed to update our electric panel from the 1980s and Newman & Sons were the first company to offer to come out for an estimate. The owner came himself and was punctual at every visit. They were able to schedule the upgrade quickly and did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable on the pros and cons of different electrical options, and took a look and all our outlets inside to discuss all possibilities of the upgrade. We are very satisfied and recommend Newman & Sons if you want quality and dependable work!

    Toby provided great customer service. He helped to get the our Trailer all back up and working! He was able to get out to us quickly and came back right when he got the materials in. I would highly recommend them! I love the family business!

    Toby Newman of Newman & Sons is as reliable as they come and his professionalism is unquestionable. He recently installed a ceiling fan on my front porch and has handled trouble calls for me in the past. I recommend him without reservation to anyone needing his services. Hes responsive, fairly priced, professional, experienced and thorough.Plus hes a great guy as well and a terrific family man - I know that may not be relevant to many but I prefer to do business with people I respect and enjoy being around and Toby is absolutely that.

    I contacted Newman & Sons Electric and they were extremely responsive for an emergency. The outlets at my home suddenly stopped working specifically the ones for the great room, dining room, & laundry room. Newman & Sons showed up in a timely manner, was super professional, and friendly. There were repeated follow ups to make sure things continued to work properly. I could not be happier with their customer service and will definitely be using them again for future electrical work. Do not hesitate using Newman & Sons.

    We had a problem with our well! No water, go figure on a Saturday in a storm! Well I gave Toby a call, he was up and on it right away! He not only figured out the problem, but figured what others had not done correctly! He not only got us up and running, but it works better than ever before!     Toby has performed multiple electrical jobs at my residence. He has always been on time and has the strongest work ethic of any other electrician in Amador County. This past year he helped install a generator at our property and always follows up to see if I need assistance getting it running when the power is off.
