    Fast efficient and friendly. Came in under budget finished the job in one day. Upgraded main breaker panel from 100 to 200 amps. They did all of the scheduling with LMUD and county inspection plus pulled appropriate permits. Would definitely recommend. Thank you to Novah Electric for an outstanding job.

    I awoke to a power outage, and realized my whole home generator was not running either. I dressed in multiple layers of clothes and placed a call to the Novah Electric office (I was surprised to have the call answered immediately early on a Saturday morning). My call elicited an immediate response. My hero, Super Russ would be heading my way ASAP, through high winds and a snowstorm to come to my rescue. He arrived in timely fashion and quickly got my generator running. As luck would have it, the power came back on about the same time Russ arrived, so he was also able to test the system and make sure the generator would respond immediately if the power should go out again. We are going to schedule a maintenance appointment to keep the generator in tip top shape. Novah Electric will always be my go-to company for all needs electrical. Russ and his staff are all expert, friendly, helpful, and responsive people. Even early in the morning on a non-work day in the middle of a blizzard! I am so grateful!

    Russ and his crew are second to none. They are the best hands down!Mike was the lead on our full electrical install with new panel and he is the best! Russel told us that they can install plug to allow us to just plug our generator into the panel when we lose power. No more running extension cords, GAME CHANGER! Professional, Knowledgeable, and darn right awesome. They worked around us, our 5 dogs, and crazy schedule. If you have any electrical issue, do yourself a favor, call Noah Electric and consider it fixed!!!

    I was very impressed by Novah Electric. I needed a breaker replaced in my rental. They called my renter to get more info and were out the next day to fix it.     The nicest, most reliable, honest person you will ever meet. Excellent electrician ! Russ did all the electrical work at the Lassen County Animal Shelter to get the fans / cooling system for the building that kennels the dogs at NO charge....The fans were broken for over 4 years and Russs compassion and love for the animals to keep them cool in the summer was of utmost importance to him. I am forever grateful to him for this act of kindness.

    My son and I have been getting over a cold flu and we had our power redone in our house by Novah electric about a year ago. They were just amazing! Well..it went out in the middle of us being sick. Not the time you want to be without power. We called Russ and he dropped everything he was doing. He got us up and running in less than 30 min!
