JT was wonderful! We called and left a message on a Tues late morning regarding our dishwasher not draining properly (10yrs old). He returned our call that afternoon and offered to be at our house by 6pm the SAME evening. He arrived on time. He was very careful while researching the issue (brought his own towel, shop vac) so as not to damage our floor, cabinets, etc. He found the issue, fixed it and then did a quick review to ensure there were no other issues. We were very happy with the service, the price was very reasonable and JT was simply great!! He was thorough, polite and honest. Highly recommend Alltrade and we will definitely be calling upon him for any future needs. Thanks!

Contacted JT based on the reviews. He was extremely punctual, and very easy to talk to. Made you feel like a friend. He was able to diagnose the issue with my fridge before coming over. JT made sure to keep me informed while he ordered the parts and was able to set up a time to come over that fit my blue collar schedule. I would definitely refer his services and call him again.

JT is the best! He has done several jobs for us, the latest involved mounting 3 large flat screen TVs in our home office. He came same day with just a couple hours notice and had the screens mounted, wired and working in no time. We will absolutely use his services again!

Like the other reviews, JT is the real deal for anyone looking to have handyman work done. I had various issues with a washer, JT came on time and conquered all issues both know and unknown. Washer works like new. If you have a repair that might be out of your comfort zone, dont hesitat to have this man give it a try. I will recommend him to anyone I know, honest person and honest work. Thank you JT for keeping good, honest people in the trades.

I used alltrade a few years ago to repair my washer. There was a part that needed to be ordered so I paid him ahead of time. I was able to find the part cheaper than what he found so I forwarded the information to him. He ordered the part and gave me back the difference. My washer works great so I havent needed him since then, but I know who to call if I ever need a handyman.

JT is great! Had him out to clean the dryer vent for me. I didnt realize I needed to clean out the dryer vent on a regular basis. We actually had a small lint fire in the dryer. JT helped with getting the dryer cleaned up and cleaned out the vent for us. Fast response and very friendly, we will be using him again in the future.

When my washer broke down I needed to find someone to help. After jumping on the web I found Alltrade and sears... did a live chat with sears only for them to try to sell me a service agreement for almost the price of a new washer... I actually sort of hung up on them mid chat.Meanwhile I had sent a text to JT at Alltrade. He responded very quickly. I was somewhat out of his normal service area, in the boonies so to speak, but he was very willing to come to my aid. It was 6:00 on a Friday night. I told him we werent desperate and if it had to wait til Monday that was fine. He replied that hed be able to come around 8:00 that night. He did specify that if parts were needed he may not be able to get them until Monday.He called back, as he said he would, specified the exact time of his arrival and showed up at that time. He was very courteous and professional. He found and fixed our problem in about 15 minutes and helped us move the machine back to its home, hook it up and made sure that everything was good to go.JT is the man! His willingness to go over and above to make his customers happy... well, it makes me happy! I know that he has found a permanent customer in me and my family. Thank you JT!

JT was right on time, early even. He was here to fix our icemaker. The refrigerator was showing that there was no power going to the maker. That meant we were going to need a new circuit board. We said to leave it, he didnt. He went back to the warehouse for parts looked up the diagram for our fridge. Saw that it wasnt the problem & we just needed a new ice maker kit. So he called, told us we could fix it for a lot less. He then came right back with the past & replaced it. I was impressed that he took the time to look it up. Just not looking to make extra money but to do the job right & fairly. We will use him again & we told my mother-in-law about him.

Im always impressed with JTs integrity, work ethic, professionalism and reasonable pricing. Ive used other handyman services in the past, and JT is the best by far. None compared for service quality and pricing. For this call, my outdoor drip system sprung a leak. JT came out to fix it right away, even with his overbooked schedule. Before using Alltrade, I used a prior irrigation system rep who overcharged and didnt even completely fix the irrigation leak. JT fixed the problem right away and at a very affordable price. Highly recommended.
