I sent him a picture of the plumbing under my sink and he was able to quickly identify the problem and tell me exactly what needed to happen to fix our plumbing issues. We set the date and he was there exactly when he said, was very quick with the repair and left me very comfortable with the repair, which can be difficult when it is outside your knowledge and skill set as a customer. I will use him for any of our plumbing needs moving forward and would recommend him to anybody that needed any plumbing services!

I called Absolute Plumbing to help me with what I thought was a slab leak and Dan was quick to respond with how to deal with the situation until he could come and inspect it in person. When he arrived he quickly determined the location of the problem and thankfully discovered it was a leaking pipe just above the slab. He explained all options on how to proceed and quickly repaired the problem at about a third of the cost of a previous slab leak. He was highly knowledgeable and very thorough on his assessment, explanation, site prep and clean-up, and the actual repair. We already have scheduled him to do some additional work for us.

Dan is fantastic and his work is exceptional.Weve used Dans services to do multiple projects in our house. He replaced the sewer pipe in the crawl space and outside the house, installed a new set of sewer and water pipes for the new sink, and replaced and fixed other smaller plumbing problems. Weve been very happy with his work and would hire him again.Dan is always on time. He is clean and leaves the workspace cleaner than he finds it. He always spent 15-20 minutes after the workday to vacuum the work area even though he was coming back the following day. On the day when he was digging the sewer pipe in the front yard, he carefully excavated the soil without damaging the sod, replaced the pipes, and cleaned everything.Weve received multiple quotes for fixing a problem with the sewer pipe in the crawlspace. Other companies didnt bother to inspect the whole sewage system to understand the root cause of the problem and offered what seemed to be fixes of symptoms. Dan inspected everything, found the main problem, and fixed it. He was careful with our encapsulated crawlspace. He was flexible with our schedule and we split the work into several steps. Its been several months since he completed the projects and everything works like its supposed to.Beyond his work, Dan is just a pleasant person to talk to and he is very friendly. I highly recommend his services.

We were very glad we found Dan to fix our shower that weve been needing to have fixed through the pandemic. First thing to acknowledge was his immediate response to our first call. Then his willingness to come to our house within 30 minutes from that first phone call. When he looked at our 1987 shower problem, he knew right away what needed to be done, and gave us a quote. He came the very next day! We couldnt be happier with his quick response and the great work he did, which was no little job. Dan at Absolute Plumbing is a gem! I can’t say enough good things about how he does business. He made time for me in his busy schedule once he found out mine should be a relatively quick job. He was extremely punctual and was there within the small 2-hour window he gave me. He called me when he was on his way over. He had on his truck the part necessary to fix my bathtub faucet (a cartridge for a Moen faucet handle). This to me is really important since most plumbing jobs tend to be time sensitive. Remember this for all those who may tend to balk at what a plumber charges them - the tens of thousands of dollars of inventory they carry, the years of training and continuing education and even the time to drive to and from your location. Dan also performed a few “extras” for free including caulking the perimeter of my faucet handle. He is very thorough and works to satisfy the customer. Thanks Dan you are the best!

5 years ago my aunt & grandmother discovered Mr. Moss during the polar vortex of Jan 2014. At that time he had to repair & replace work done by other professionals just days prior, in the most extreme conditions. We learned then, Dans work is done correctly from the very beginning, no exceptions. That level of workmanship an integrity has now withstood the polar vortex of 2019. Initially, Absolute Plumbing & Boiler will not be the cheapest. However, 5 years later and doing the job right from the very beginning, hes the most cost effective in the long run.
