    Update December 2024:These folks are amazing. I called them Thursday afternoon about a leaking faucet and they sent Caleb out within 24 hours to replace it. The work is always done right with care given to clean everything up and make it as good as new. Im the last 2 and a half years, theyve replaced 2 propane water heaters and another leak service after a hard freeze. Id expect the bill to be high for this level of work, but theyre very reasonable. Not cheap, but very fair for what they do. I wouldnt consider calling anyone else in the future and highly recommend them.----------------Original post:Called them for a quote last night and they called back within an hour and provided a good price for the job. I called 2 other places that responded over text, but still havent gotten back with a quote. Wood and Wood has already completed the job. They sent 2 people, both professional and polite. They got the new heater installed and working quickly. Looks great, works great! Im impressed with them and will definitely call them again when we need them.

    2/24/21 Will and his helper came today and foynd 2 busted pipes. I couldnt be more pleased with their work and their attitude. These folks do it right EVERY TIME in EVERY WAY!     Will & the young man with him were efficient & fast. One if the toilets just needed the chain inside the toilet lengthened. The other need a full repair. They told me what the charge would be & had it fixed in less than an hour. I’ll definitely call Wood & Wood Plumbing again.

    I love working with these great people. I have needed them 6+ times. Wonderful working with my schedule and they do a fantastic job. I am a continuous repeat customer for all the jobs that I need. From frozen pipes to leaky pipes to broken shower heads they done them all even stopped up tubs, leaking toilets and installing new water heaters. Now after a year I am adding gas line for my AC furnace. Amazing job guys thanks again

    My wife called me at work saying that all of the tubs and toilets in the house overflowed at the same time. I called Wood and Wood plumbing because they are local and I have seen them around. Needless to say that they were at my home withing 45 minutes, they didnt mess around either. They went straight to work. They found the problem and fixed it. They also informed of the cause of the problem and gave me several option for further repairs to prevent it again. They did not pressure me to make a decision. They were courteous and to the point. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs. They also have a very good text alert sytem that informs you of who is coming (By name) and when they were arriving. I couldnt ask for better service.

    I had a slab leak in my garage. These guys were able to bypass the leak without having to disturb my foundation. They stayed until 7:30 PM until the job was complete. Very honest and straight shooters. Id recommend them to anyone.

    He came the first day, worked on our shower. Did something to help stop the leaking. I was instructed to wait 24 hrs to let it dry. We did just that, then the next day we go to use the shower and it starts leaking again. So I called them again, they were quick to return my call, they were quick to come in and fix it again. This time it finally did stop the leaking. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs as they were quick and professional and returned calls fairly fast!

    William at Wood & Wood Plumbing is my go to guy for any plumbing job. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and demonstrates high standards and strong work ethics. He fixed my sewer problem (that others had not been able to diagnose) and also stopped my toilet from leaking. He found and repaired a water line leaking in the wall to my ice maker. Last month, William did a beautiful job installing a new bathroom vanity and vessel sink exactly the way I wanted it! The quality of his work is exceptional. He has always been on time.     Had a major sewer back up from connection to city line. They were prompt, got the sewer line draining again, then came back with a bid to replace faltering sewer line with new clean outs.     Outstanding! Called for Saturday service for leaking PVC pipes under dual kitchen sink. Steven arrived within 30 minutes (clean, neat, intelligent, articulate and personable). He disassembled, cleaned and reassembled all the connections within 30 minutes and suggested a product to prevent further occurrences. He explained further services his company offers (as information, not as a sales pitch - low key, no pressure) and their service contract made sense to me so I purchased it. I will use them again in the future as required and for periodic maintenance .
