    We recently worked with Typhoon Construction for a full kitchen and first floor flooring remodel. From the beginning, Phillip was attentive, responsive and easy to work with. He provided great ideas and solutions, as well as worked closely with our designer to bring our vision to life. Throughout the process, we found Phillip to be trustworthy which is so important when selecting a contractor.The renovation was done beautifully. From encouraging us to move out for 2 weeks while the floors were demolished, to sanding down the floors and adding self-leveling to ensure they were up to the highest standards, Phillips team didnt skip a beat.As for the kitchen, Phillips team of plumbers, electricians, drywall professionals, countertop installer and cabinetry workers produced a top-notch kitchen for us.We are so happy with the end result and would highly recommend Phillip and his team for your next project.

    Thank you! Typhoon Construction brought our small upstairs bathroom from the early 90’s to the 2020s and made the ledge that ran across the toilet disappear! It looks wonderful. I will definitely use Typhoon Construction again once I save up for the next project.

    Typhoon construction was competent, on time, and listened to our ideas but offered alternatives when necessary. Philip was conscious of our budget and helped us to remain in it. If the need arises we would hire Typhoon again.

    I am recommending Typhoon Construction to anyone that needs anything from roofing to major home exterior repairs. I needed a new roof, gutters, some house siding repairs, andexterior house painted and Typhoon Construction was truly the company to do the job not only correctly but thoroughly. Everything went smoothly and timely. They worked directly with my insurance claim adjustor and were clear on the estimates and materials costs. They are very responsive to take action on any thing you feel needs to be addressed to make it to your satisfaction. Their work is quality work and everyone on his team was professional. I would make the same decision to use them again if the need arises!

    I contacted Typhoon Construction for a proposal to complete an entire interior renovation. After the contracts were signed, using their vendor network, we were literally led by his vendors to help pick all of the color choices for everything. That made a huge difference. Phillip also helped with any other design questions or choices.More importantly, his business model made a positive impact considering all of supply chain issues that currently exist. Bottom line, chose Typhoon and you will be ecstatic when the job is finished. True professionals!!Finally, let me add that his vision and craftmanship allowed my wife and I to gain an additional $50-60K on our sales price.Not all remodels will bring these types of returns but if you focus on key areas and work with Typhoon Construction, as your partner, you will enjoy a significant return.

    I had the opportunity to work with Typhoon Construction for our recent home renovation and it was a great experience. We had the misfortune of having our entire first floor getting flooded. But, Phillip and his team came in and did an outstanding job from day one right through until the renovation was completed.From the very beginning, Phillip helped to put our minds at ease, by openly communicating with us on costs, expected timelines, and all the steps along the way to get the repairs done. This helped to relieve me and my familys anxiety as first time home buyers, as he made sure to keep us informed with daily calls or visits once repair work began. There was tremendous damage to our entire first floor and we needed to have flooring, cabinets, doors, and drywall replaced along with other items.He demonstrated great attention to detail, and was honest and upfront whenever there were setbacks or delays to keep us updated on progress. His professionalism and customer service were first rate. I believe we have been very fortunate to have had Phillip and his team at Typhoon working with us. I cannot stress how phenomenal Phillip has been in guiding our repairs and communicating with us on the next steps.I whole-heartedly recommend Typhoon Construction and their services as they do excellent work.

    Typhoon Construction’s fantastic. They evaluated our project and gave an estimate the same day. Phillip went above and beyond to resolve the problems we were having with our front entrance concrete and I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend them.     Phillip and Typhoon Construction came in to redo part of our master bathroom (from a leak we found from a job another contractor did several years back). He came in and was 100% from beginning to end (and I have worked with several contractors on previous jobs). Phillips ANSWERS the phone, will text you BACK, shows UP, is responsive, ON time, and does exactly what he says. He came with rave reviews on my neighborhood fb group and I totally see why. If anything went wrong, he fixed it. He never had an issue when I wasnt happy with something (and in construction something just goes wrong..nature of the beast) and he mended the issue right away. He wanted to make sure everything was done correctly even if it cost him more money or time. He never gawked at my requests and was friendly and knowledgeable, and if he didnt know something, he knew someone who did. And to top it all off, the job site was always left clean from day to day. I will 100% use Phillip again. Thank you Typhoon!
