    Called A&J Installation on Thursday July 18 and they came same day in the afternoon. Man drained my water tank that was leaking. New tank coming on Friday 7/19. Since I am living here 31+ years I had the man take pictures of all of the valves in my house. See below photos. All of the existing pipes are okay as of now.The last 3 photos are the new tank. Mitch explained to me in case of emergency which valve to turn upward (1st photo last 3).Everything considered A & J Installations is the best company to use for all your air/heating and plumbing issues.

    Knowledgeable and professional. This is who I’d call for any major work. They are thorough and organized, and they explain everything in detail before and after the job. Only reason this isn’t five stars is because outside of major work their prices are relatively high (~2x more than competitors) which was fine for the quality of work but what didn’t sit well with me was getting charged for the technician to check what’s wrong and because they didn’t have the part they’d have to come back again. I got charged for both visits related to one issue. His explanation was time spent by the technician and that made sense but I realized that it’s not worth it for small issues. The owner is a straight shooter and does business in black and white mode which I like but he’s always in that mode and if you need any kind of flexibility he won’t give it so he can come off as stubborn. Overall, I like doing business with them because they do what they say and I didn’t have to worry about quality of work or professionalism, and I won’t think twice about hiring them for any major work.

    The techs were fantastic, as always. Very knowledgeable, respectful and they always takes the time to explain everything in clear detail and give you several options. They don’t dumb things down bc you’re a woman either. They always clean up after themselves and leave everything clean behind them.Love to work with them!

    We got 4 estimates for central A/C work. Steve, the owner of A&J, gave us the smartest and best estimate, offering a solution that fit our needs perfectly. He was also very knowledgeable and no nonsense. The crew did the work professionally, as promised, with no hidden costs. They were efficient, neat, did a few extra things we requested to make sure the system continued to work well with our backup generator. Mitch headed the work crew and went above and beyond. A great experience overall.

    Straight shooters. Never have felt like they are pushing to sell parts with their check ups.If/When there is something wrong, or some deterioration is happening with the system, they are very clear explaining what is going on, and if there are any short term risks in the event of not taking immediate remediation. This allows you to weigh the wallet-to-risk ratio.

    I recently had a new hot water heater installed. Mario and Frank did a great job and also thanks to Mitch for overseeing everything. The guys were pleasant, professional, and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend A & J Installation to all! Thanks again guys!One month later I needed a new thermostat for heat. Once again, I called A & j Installation. Mario worked on the problem in a timely and professional manner. I find him to be be very efficient and he takes the time to explain exactly what the problem is and how to correct it…and he so respectful. All I can say is if I owned a company, I would definitely want someone like Mario to represent me. I will continue to recommend A & J to everyone!Recently placed a call to Steve and he listened to my problem and then promptly set up an appointment.     All of A&J Installations service/installation technicians have been courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and have been very reliable in a pinch over the years. Derek is great, and usually comes out for routine/not so routine maintenance. Mitch and Mario spent an entire 90+ degree hot summer day outside, and in my attic, installing a new AC system when the old one failed from a power outage. They went above and beyond to get the job done, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ill be a repeat customer for sure!

    Mitch from A&J did an outstanding job in repairing a broken drain pipe in my bathroom. It was quite difficult because of limited space to work in my downstairs ceiling. However, Mitch worked like a true craftsmen and engineer combined by figuring out how to cut the pipe, construct a replacement piece and then install that piece to replace the worn out pipe.He worked very hard and very smart. The leak is gone and water is flowing(inside the pipe).Thanks to Mitch and A&J - way to go!Alan S
