Lavallee Systems have been great to work with. Payton is extremely professional and courteous. He always takes the time to get the job done right. Marquez is also great to work with. Sam, Jim and the office staff are always quick to respond and make sure the work is scheduled promptly. Being in property management, client satisfaction is of top priority and this team gets it. I would recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing job, big or small.

Excellent work! Aidan handled the plumbing and he called prior to arrival with his eta. Very professional and very neat and courteous.Payton handled a large HVAC project and was amazing with the clients, very knowledgeable and also professional. Of course can’t leave out Sam who is always the best!!

Lavallee was able to squeeze us in way faster than any other company to service our 30+ year old boiler in our new home to allow us to make a fully informed decision about whether we needed to replace it now or in the future. Kevin provided a thorough and honest explanation about the current state of the boiler, which was reassuring for now (great news for us after just buying a new home!). He was extremely professional and took the extra time to show me pictures and to discuss safety concerns that I had with a newborn in the home. John had come by beforehand to give us a quote on the water heater replacement and also took additional time to thoroughly explain the options that we have available to us and to help us come to a solution that fit within our current financial constraints. Overall, excellent experience and will definitely continue to work with this company again in the future!

Sam and Lavallee are incredibly responsive, thorough, and professional. They have a lot of experience in installing all-electric heat pump systems. There are many out there who take shortcuts or are uninformed. Not Lavallee. They know how to properly size and install all electric heating (and cooling) systems. They also quickly identified an initial start-up glitch on one new installation. We are working on our second project of the spring with Lavallee and highly recommend them.
