    Repair Exterior Clapboards. Repaired entire outside wall on right with new underlayment and clapboards. Installed new trim all-round the house, installed new gutters tied into drainage system, painted entire exterior of house. Repaired leaking roof, installed icedam shields and new roofing shingles. Very Happy with results. Would highly recommend and will choose to use Preserve Services again!

    We could not be happier working with Preserve Services! We have worked with Nei and his team on several projects and they are consistently responsive and easy to work with. Nei and his team are always professional and willing to talk through potential changes during the project in an effort to ensure the homeowner is completely satisfied with the end result. Our most recent project was a complete exterior painting of our home which also included other upgrades such as porch railings and columns.     Preserve just completed a total rebuild of the two-story back porches on our house. We are very happy with the company and their work. The cost of the project was quite reasonable, especially considering the current cost of building materials. Communication was very good, and they kept pretty close to the schedule they had estimated. Everything was very professional, and the two carpenters who did all the work were friendly, reliable, and skilled. They went above and beyond what the contract called for, including resolving the single unclear work item in our favor. Overall, I would say Preserve provides very good value for the money.

    The exterior painting of my colonial home was superb. The painters were respectful of my home and kept all areas immaculate. They paid attention to the flowering gardens and repaired areas on the house that were necessary for the completion of the painting. The entire crew was meticulous in their paint application. My house looks like a newly built colonial. After the work was completed Dei did a walk around with me to be sure all was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them and plan on having this company back to paint a inside room during the winter months. Thank you to all of the painters who worked in my hone.

This is the third time we have used Preserve Services to paint our home with a great result each time.All emails to Nei were answered promptly.The painting crew were quiet and efficient despite working during a week of a heat wave, with temperatures in the 90s.The cost was reasonable and as quoted in the initial estimate.

    Nei (the owner) was very communicative throughout the process. It rained almost every day in July, making outdoor painting impossible. As soon as we got a no-rain day, Nei had his large crew out and completed the painting job of Circle Furniture Cambridge quickly with no splatter. Will use him again for our next job.

    We used Preserve Services last year to rebuild the deck and stairs outside our main entryway and liked their work so much that we had them back this year to do a second deck and stairway. They also took care of some smaller painting and repair projects on our trim and gutters. We cant say enough about the high quality of their work (the decks are so solid may outlast our house) and the energy they brought to the job. Nei and his crew were a pleasure to work with throughout the process, and Geovanni and his partner did a masterful job on the carpentry.
