    First I emailed. When I received no response I called. Samantha, the woman who answered the phone said she hasn’t received it and asked me to forward the email to her, which I did. After she answered all my questions, including an estimate for the work to be done via email, I called to schedule a time for Mr. Handyman to fix the issue. The morning he was due to arrive it was raining which completely changed what I needed done. I called to explain and she said it was absolutely no problem to address that issue instead. Thirty minutes before his expected arrival I received a text with his picture and credentials. I explained what needed to be done and he got to work right away. He taped off the area he was working in with plastic so dust wouldn’t go everywhere. He completed the job exactly as I had envisioned and it looked fantastic. He then vacuumed and left it looking better than when he arrived. Highly recommend!

    I needed a very basic repair on the siding of my house. I must have called or messaged at least 10 companies or independent handy peoples ( people thru Thumbtack, Angies List, independently thru Google). And not one of them was willing to do the repair or they wanted to replace all of my siding or the company had a $5,000 minimum repair requirement. Seriously?!Mr. Handyman actually responded to my request within 2 business hours, the lady I spoke with on the phone was helpful and professional. Chad, the handyman, who came out to my home on the day and time he was scheduled to do so was AWESOME. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and on and on. Just a positive experience with this company from beginning to end which felt like a miracle after all the other people and companies I reached out to. Couldnt recommend more for a random siding/fascia repair.

    I used Mr. Handyman yesterday for some much needed repairs to soffit and fascia on my home. From the get go, I was impressed with the level of communication. Samantha was always very quick to respond and promptly provided an estimate for me with photos I shared with her. Turns out her estimate was spot on!Got a text that Chad was on his way with a photo of him. Chad was right on time. He was so friendly and did everything he could to make the whole experience awesome! Everything looks great!I would highly recommend this company!

    After two or three local handyman firms ignored me, I found Mr. Handyman of Racine and Kenosha Counties. I got an appointment within a few days, regular communication from the office staff and a helpful general contractor. My construction issue was a little complex and involved some detective work, but the guy stuck with it long enough to identify and correct the problem. The billing amount, reasonable from the start, wound up being just a few dollars over the estimate. Mr. Handyman is coming back in the spring to do some more work for me, and I think I have found a great vendor.

    Extremely happy with the service we received from Chad. We had booked one service but in the meantime, has multiple other needs that he was able to quickly address at a reasonable price.     I had a complicated situation. Squirrels found weakness in wood in soffit, and chewed a fist-size hole in the corner where it, the under board, and the fascia met. Too complicated for me. Mr. Handyman responded to the info the same day, scheduled within a month, provided an accurate estimate, arrived on time, and completed the job perfectly. I like to take care of repairs myself, as I am somewhat handy and like to save money, and I could not be happier with this service. Highly recommend.

    I hired Mr. Handyman on short notice during a warm snap in December. I needed our mailbox and post replaced, including assembly and concrete. They were able to work me into their schedule. Communication was spot on, as was their follow through. Installer was very flexible, including an unexpected run to the hardware store due to missing parts from the mailbox kit. I would definitely recommend to others. Thank you!

    This company does excellent work, and they are a pleasure to work with! We had them Power Wash our house, among other things, and it looks great! Never knew what a difference it would make! Kevin was the one that came to our house and he is a very pleasant nice guy, and talking to Steve on the phone was so easy! I would recommend this company in a heart beat, and if needed for anything else, I would not hesitate to call them!

    This could have been a one star review, but they really came through and made things right. I needed my old attic ladder replaced. It was 70 years old, rickety and I didnt trust it. So I picked up a new one and had them install it.The first person they sent did...well, to be blunt a horrific job, didnt install it properly and wound up butchering the ladder assembly in the process. Its too long to go into details.HOWEVER, once I relayed this information and my extreme dis-satisfaction to the company, the owner himself took charge of the situation, replaced the ruined ladder and came out himself with another technician to oversee installation of the new ladder correctly and properly. The finished product was exactly what I was looking for, and Im very pleased with the final result.So, even if mistakes are made, this company gives the impression of being one that stands behind their warranty and their word and they go above and beyond when something doesnt work out right. Would recommend.

    We had Very large settlement cracks in the drywall and Craig came to fix them. He was polite, personable, on time, and paid close attention to detail when doing the work. I received a fair price and am over the moon with the result, I feel confident they will not return as they did when I attempted the first fix. For any future repairs I need help with I will always call Mr. Handyman!! Highly recommend!

    . I had several areas on the exterior of my house where the wood was rotting. Some corner cedar boards, some cedar around the fascia of the house, T11 siding issues and some large decorative cedar beams on the second story. This was definitely stuff that you would not be able to get anyone else to do. Dan removed all the rotten areas and replaced the wood. The repairs are invisible. He was very timely, professional and did excellent work. Considering the nature of this job, I felt that the cost was very reasonable.

    Steve at the office gladly offered advice and asked for good information and photos before giving an educated and conservative estimate of the work I asked to be done. Kevin came out 15 minutes early (Awesome) and on a quick review (couple woodpecker holes in my siding) let me know that what looked like the easier of the two would actually be the most expensive due to the birds that moved in. Very honest. Original estimate was 4ish hours, he was done in two. I gladly paid due to the repair being about 25’ in the air! He was prepared, personable, presentable and professional. Would definitely use these guys again.

    I had used Mr. Handymans services previously to repair my shed. Great work! My last project wasvinyl flooring installation, including the removal of the pre-existing carpet. While initially there were some concerns with the installation and the quality of work. Craig (the owner) was very professional and came out to inspect the work and had someone come and to fix the issues. While this project ended up costing more than I budgeted for, Im very pleased with the overall outcome of my new flooring. My advice is to make sure you discuss your questions and concerns with the tech assigned to your project, especially if you are purchasing your own materials. Also remember that time is money, so be clear about what you want done and try not to be too chatty, because if it takes longer, youll pay for the additional time. Becca(office manager) is very pleasant and on top of her job. I hope to continue to use their services for future projects.

    Our son needed a small side porch replaced. None of the vendors we called were interested - not worth their effort, too small a job.We called our local Mr. Handyman. They responded immediately. Chad rebuilt the porch and did a splendid job. The price was reasonable, communication was excellent, and I would recommend them for any type of service you would need.

    Clayton did a great job! He took out the soffit and canned lights above our island. Patched, taped and finished drywall on the ceiling. Put in electric boxes and prepared that area for pendant lights. He also took down existing kitchen lights and installed our new lights.Mr. Handyman is very easy to work with, reliable and hooked us up with a very professional handyman.We highly recommend Mr. Handyman and will use them again in the future.

    Dan was very knowledgeable on the type of repairs to the fascia board that contained the rotten wood. After removing the damaged section, the rest of the boards were in good condition. After replacing the damaged board, you couldnt even tell where the problem was. In addition to replacing the board he painted the board and also caulked around the board where it meets the roof. All I can say, it was a Job Well Done.

    Would have been five stars but I made it clear when I hired handyman that I had a filtered water faucet that needed to be removed from my old sink and added to my new sink. It didn’t leak before he started but leaked once he installed it on the new sink. At that point he informed me that that they “handyman” did not specialize in those faucets. Now I have to hirer another individual at 95 dollars to finish the job.

    Baseboards installation- we’ve had 3 different contractors come out to give quotes and all 3 couldn’t do it for one reason or another. We called Mr. Handyman for a quote and not only were they reasonable they were able to get out here the same week and knock out the work. Chad did amazing work. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job. In the past we’ve had repair men/contractors that not only take forever to find time to do work but also say they are going to come and end up making an excuse why they can’t come. From here on out we’re only going to use Mr. Handyman!

    Clayton repaired the plaster wall above the fireplace that had been breaking apart and put in sections of drywall and smoothing plaster over it all, blending it smooth. He saved the crown molding above the project and painted the whole thing to make it perfect! A previous company told me the crown molding needed to have a carpenter come in to remove it before they could even do anything.
