    First time needed assistance with plumbing, and I am happy I went with them. They are friendly, quick, and good at explaining what is wrong, how to fix the situation, as well as working out options and explain what all each entail. They are friendly, and understanding. And my family and I are blessed to have had them help. Prices are reasonable and the owner is good at helping work with to get the work done that needs it, and not break the bank.

The projects we were having estimated were vast and many. Form a new septic tank and lateral lines, well house plumbing, a frost free replacement, a dish washer install, ahot water heater installation to full install in a home generator plumbed to a natural gas tank and wired to the homes electric box ....     Weve had Joe work on plumbing repairs twice at our house. Recently, we needed to repair the pipes for our hallway bathroom shower. Joe came out and provided an estimate and worked with us to schedule when he would come back to do that repair (we had a vacation planned, so we couldnt do it right away). He called on the scheduled day letting us know he was on his way. He worked 3 hours to fix the pipes, which required removing the sheet rock in the master bathroom. When done, not only was the hallway bathroom shower fixed, but he had replaced the sheet rock so that all we had to do was tape and paint it. Our previous plumbers that the home warranty company used didnt do that step. Joe was kind, thorough, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

    I was fortunate enough to have Mr Joe Messina owner of Messina Plumbing and Mechanical be the assigned contractor to come out and assess our problem through our homeowners insurance. He did an outstanding job at find the cause of our water leak. He explained every detail thoroughly to make sure that I understood exactly what happens and why and whats going to happen after he leaves. This is the first contractor of any type be it HVAC electrical Etc that Ive dealt with that has actually taken the time to explain with detail. He genuinely cares about the customer and making sure that they are satisfied with the outcome. If I was to need a plumber again this would be the first person that I would want to have called to have come to my house.I highly recommend him to anybody that has a significant problem worthy of a plumber of his stature.

He worked with HSA to get my replacement in 3 day not three weeks like they wanted. He also told me to call him the first time i drain it and he would walk me through it!     Mr. Joe Messina came to our house today and looked over everything inside and out. He came back to say he found nothing wrong. He also gave us some ideas to help us in the future with our access under the house, showed me how to read the water meter, and most importantly noticed our furnace exhaust had some heat damage and told us we needed to have it checked out.     Joe Messina is absolutely amazing and I would recommend him to do any plumbing or mechanical job you need done! We had originally gone with another local company for another project on our house as it was who Home Depot used for their professional installation and when we had Joe come by for a free estimate, he noticed things that were done by the other company that werent up to code and made sure they got them fixed appropriately and quickly. Mr. Messinas work is beyond reproach, hes not only a master plumber but and international master plumber and his work is definitely proof of how well-trained and precise he is and how much attention to detail he puts into every job! He was also willing to work around my husbands odd schedule to get the job done and so affordable! I cant say enough amazing things about his work and we plan to have him out to fix a few more things weve been meaning to get done but just havent had time and I know we wont have to worry about them again when hes done with them!     Austin was our technician and he was extremely kind, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He was courteous to ASK if we had inside pets so hed be conscious when he came and went and had to drain our hot water tank. Everything was done for the quoted rate, and completed within the time allotted without shortcuts taken. Joe, the owner, offers great knowledge when speaking on the phone and delivers it with confidence. Ive had a lot of people work on my house in the last year, and Messina Plumbing is straight up the people Ill call again.

    This gentleman came out and got right to checking our water heater issue. What I really liked is that rather than just look at things and say “looks ok” at the end, he explained/educated me on possible issues and how each component was working.     There arent enough kind words to say about Joe Messina!!! Our washer had been leaking out onto our floor every load of laundry, we called our HSA Home Warranty and they sent us Joe. It was just myself and my daughter when he first arrived and he couldnt have been more respectful. When my husband showed up shortly after, Joe told us our plumbing was all wrong and he didnt know how we had lasted as long as we had. We have only lived in this home for 5 months. Along with the washer, our dishwasher stopped working as well. It was so icy out that day, my husband had wrecked his car on his way to work. We were feeling pretty defeated when Joe told us everything had to be re-done and our HSA wouldnt cover it. Joe left. About 4 minutes later he was knocking on our door and said he couldnt leave and not try everything he could to help. He ran a snake down our sink and wouldnt you know it, our washer hasnt leaked since. By the end of it, I was crying because I couldnt believe how wonderful a human could be to strangers. He is the BEST and we will always call him and refer him to others!!! Thank you so much again Joe!!

    I have a tankless hot water heater that was giving me issues and had already had one plumber look at it. I called Joe just trying to find someone that knew tankless hot water heaters.     I hired Messina Plumbing to install a new water heater. Joe was very prompt and responsive to my initial request for service, provided a very fair and competitive quote to me and had the work completed within one week. He made some additional repairs to my gas line to correct a safety issue.     Joe was dispatched through hsa warranty company. We had a leak in our propane line that the propane company found. Joe came out and did his best to get our situation covered through hsa, but no luck. So, he said I will fix it and get your family back in the warm. He fixed it quickly and charged a very fair price. I would recommend this company highly. Communication is top notch, he knows exactly what to do, how to do it, and with the customers budget and needs at the front of his mind. He also gave me instructions to fix something simple, different from the original call. If you dont use Messina than youre wasting time and money.

    Joe Messina was incredibly professional and helpful when setting up my service appointment. Messina Plumbing was assigned to us by our home warranty. Austin, our service technician, came out and took a look at our broken garage disposal and leaking pipes under the kitchen sink. He and Joe did a little digging and although my warranty covered the garage disposal replacement, it wouldn’t cover a piece of the plumbing that would need to be replaced to stop the leak we had. Joe made sure to explain everything first so I was in the loop. Austin got everything fixed/replaced in no time! Austin showed me where the issue was and explained what was causing the problem in a way that made sense to me.They went above and beyond for us and I would recommend calling them first if you have plumbing issues. They were so easy to work with and they were affordable - Thank you for handling all of this so smoothly for us!

    Joe replaced our HVAC, 2 toilets, plumbing for the shower upstairs and down. He fixed my ice maker and an antique spigot outside that leaked down our wall. When he was putting in the furnace it was about 115 degrees in the attic. He has also done work at our business, Cookies Antique World. As a business owner it is such a reward to have someone as hardworking and honest as Joe.
