    Great company, helpful and friendly staff. We really enjoyed working with Martin Caspersen. The workers did an excellent job replacing our roof, siding, soffits, gutters, leaf guards, door and window trim on our house and garage and replacing our side garage door.     Had a great experience with Casperson on a big job replacing a LOT of windows. Their quotes are usually middle of the pack, but the windows are solid and the service is very strong. Cindy, Pat, Joe and all the crew worked carefully with us from planning to installation. They were quick and clean, and we are very happy with the results!

    After receiving quotes from a few local places, we knew A. Caspersen was the right choice for us! From our first meeting with Mike, who did not pressure us into signing the dotted line that day, to the day of installation with Pat and his team - everyone was incredible! We worked with Abby to schedule everything and she was prompt, responsive, and professional. Mike was very knowledgable about his products and offered us a couple different options, each with different price points. We decided on the premium windows, and chose a new front door and storm door as well. Pat came out a few weeks later to measure everything. He was so friendly, and even took time to come on a Saturday morning for us. Our front door and storm door came before the windows, and we had those installed before the windows. Great quality and weve received many compliments! Our windows came a few weeks later - within the quoted time frame - and Pat and his team were back out here to install. They finished in one day! They were very friendly, professional, and cleaned up so well. Its been a couple weeks since weve had our new windows, and weve already noticed a huge difference. Thank you, A.     I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM!! I would trust them to take care of my grandmother and treat fairly. I got a few quotes for my roof and Caspersen was very competitive on the price. But the warranty was significantly better. They came out when they promised and actually came out a day early. Some contractors look to make their real money by the replacement of the rotten wood. They only did one section which really needed it. Mike that salesman, was extremely knowledgeable, responsive to my questions and call and texts and it was his follow up that ultimately help me finalize my decision. They did a high quality job and cleaned up so it actually looked better when they left than they arrived. I have several properties and I have a Go To guy that I can trust in almost every other trade. Caspersen is now my Go To guy for roofing. Over all Great experience! Worth every penny. Will

    Had several windows and sliding door installed. From Cindy (Sales), Abbey (Office) and Vince & Nate (Install) start to finish great experience. We are really happy with the windows and the door.     A Caspersen came highly recommended. We did a lot of research. We tried to find one person to tell us something bad about the company--we could not. DJ came and explained everything to us. He took his time and there were no BS sales pitches like Renewal by Anderson subjected us to. DJ was able to explain all of the window ratings and how the tests were performed. The Renewal by Anderson salesman had no idea what I was talking about. BTW, Renewal by Anderson wanted 3 times as much for 5 windows, even after their discounts. We had never heard about Oakna windows sold by A Caspersen, so I researched Oakna as well and I was happy (my background is mechanical engineering) with what I found.Installation went as planned. The windows we received were as we expected and Pat and crew had 5 windows professionally installed in a matter of hours. They did an excellent job caulking. They could probably do a better job caulking blindfolded than I can on my best day! They also did an excellent job of cleanup. All I had to do after they left was wait 24 hours and reinstall our blinds.I highly recommend this company. No need to look any further.

    I had two exterior doors replaced. Both of my doors had huge gaps that were letting in light and cold air. The new doors look amazing and are sealed up tight. My installer was on time and very professional. He did an amazing job. The one door needed cement block removed and you cant even tell now. The trim looks great. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend these guys to anyone that asks. Billing was all done online which was convenient and easy.

    I am very satisfied and extremely pleased with the process from the initial estimate for the work I needed on my house, all the way through the work being completed. The A Caspersen Company installed a large living room window, a sliding glass patio door, vinyl siding and gutters. All of the items were of high quality at a reasonable price. The installers were extremely professional. After the work was completed, the work area was cleaned up as if no work had ever been done.I received so many compliments from my family, friends, and neighbors. Though my house is 50 years old, most of the compliments began with how the house looks like a brand new house.     We hired A Caspersen Co to replace our roof. They did a fantastic job all the way around. Their estimator/foreman Mike was prompt and explained every aspect of the process prior to installation. The crew were like machines as they new exactly what needed to be done and delivered a beautiful new roof. The best part was that at the end you couldnt tell that anyone had been there as our lawn, flowers bushes etc were completely undisturbed. I highly recommend them.

    I found A Caspersen after seeing some of their work on Instagram. We reached out to them for our roof replacement after filing a claim with our insurance company. We specifically worked with DJ who was great from the start. He was professional, polite, straight forward, and knowledgeable about the company and products they back. His communication was always responsive and prompt as well. I never felt any pressure to select them for the job. Our roof installation was incredibly fast and the quality of the work is beautiful, our roof looks like a piece of art work. I will definitely keep A Caspersen in mind for our future home projects.

    Ive recently come to learn how legitimate the saying you get what you pay for really is, especially in the contracting world. I had this company quote me for 3 replacement picture windows, and on a whim, asked them to quote me a door that I was considering replacing. The windows were out of my budget, but I really wanted to use them and the cost of the door replacement was not too shocking so I decided to see if the higher cost really would come with better quality work. So far it has. The installer was on time, super friendly, and notified me of any oddities, how he would handle them, and gave me advice if it was something I needed to deal with later (i.e. previous owner stapled an extension cord to the wall around the door). The new door closes so effortlessly that its taking some getting use to, as the old door had to be yanked/pushed shut. The deadbolt was a little funky at first, but whatever was creating resistance seems to have worked itself out. Everything looks great thus far and Im pretty satisfied with the work.

    Signed with Caspersen to put a new roof on our house and garage. Workers showed up about 8 a.m. Its now 4 p.m., and theyre still working diligently. We were told it would be a one-day job, and theyre making sure it is.We came back to Caspersen because 4 years ago, we hired them to put a new roof on our family room addition, and we were very satisfied with the job they did.This company is honest and fair, with excellent work quality and diligence in completing any exterior job.     I ordered a new patio sliding door. Marty was the salesman and he covered all the aspects of the different doors available and listened to my questions. He answered my questions and let me know that the door would be in approximately ten weeks because of manufacturing problems/delays. When the door arrived, Abbey called me to make the appointment for installation and Pat came and installed the door. Pat was professional and we talked while he installed, insulated, put the trim back up and flashed the outside and caulked it. He cleaned up afterwards and I was very pleased with his work.

    I recently hired A. Caspersen to replace two entire windows (not just the glass) and the entire three-panel patio door system and transom above it. Since this was almost a $5,000 job, I kept my fingers crossed that I wouldnt regret the decision. At the conclusion of an almost all-day installation, one of the employees pointed out that the kitchen window had the wrong number of muntins/grids. The salesperson called me later and said it was his fault and they would have to re-order the sashes. I could tell he was hoping I would say they were fine as is, but since they didnt match my other windows, Caspersen had to eat the cost of the new sashes. Im very pleased that they admitted their mistake, took care of it, and did a beautiful job installing everything. You cant beat a company with integrity, and you dont find it often anymore.

    Before I went to visit I met with a sales rep at my home and received quotes afterwards via email for a replacement Okna sliding patio door and a replacement Okna sliding kitchen window. I decided to visit the A. Caspersen showroom so that I could compare their products to a competitors (by that time I had narrowed my choices to Okna or Sunrise replacement patio doors and windows). When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist who then summoned one of the owners to discuss my choices and options. EVERYONE in the office was professional and knowlegeable and very friendly, more than happy to discuss everything from their product line up to and including their BBB rating. They answered all of my questions honestly and completely until I had nothing more to ask . At this point in the process, Im very comfortable with them and will trust them in my home to replace my patio door and kitchen window.Follow-up:A. Casperson has installed my Okna patio door and kitchen window and I could not be happier. Pat, the installer, was polite and professional when I pointed out what I THOUGHT was a window installation issue. Pat calmly explained that the issue originated with the siding installed around the outside of the window, which he did not replace (nor should he have). Pat then proceeded to remediate the issue anyway!The Okna catalogs do not do their products justice -- the patio door and window look phenomenal and operate flawlessly thanks to A. Caspersons expert installation.

    Professional prompt service for a custom door. Pat installed a door that was a little tricky on an old house. And repaired another door for us. I don’t think anyone from the big box stores would have been able to figure it out.He was very personable and cleaned up everything.

    A Casperson Company Inc is a great company to work with. They get you into there schedule quickly and will move you up if they can. Workers get to job early an stay on task until the job is done.     I hired A Caspersen Company Inc. to custom make and install 11 custom windows on the 2nd floor of my older home. I was very impressed with the value (they matched a tough competitor price) and the quality. It was a difficult job that involved removing original windows that may have been upwards of 100 years old. Not only are the windows themselves great quality, but the work they did to cap and seal them was above my expectations. I decided to give 4/5 stars only because the turnaround time was very slow and there was a time gap of a few weeks between having the windows installed and finishing the external capping/sealing, and I did have to make a few reminder calls; granted it was winter weather in a pandemic. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.
