We strongly recommend working with Mike and Alex. Mike and Alex worked as a great team to take the stress out of our remodel and create the bathroom we always wanted. They were easy to communicate with and understood our needs.

We highly recommend Michael and Community Matters! We worked with him on a Dec 2022 project -- we needed to remove an old gas cooktop and install a new induction cooktop. It required shutting off the gas line, running electrical to the new stove, building a cabinet to house the new cooktop and demoing and tiling the backsplash. He and the sub-contractors he brought in did an expert job and were all very friendly and kept our kitchen super clean through the work. Michael did everything he said he would in the time frame we agreed to, he answered every call and message promptly, and arrived right on time every day he was working at our home. Plus reasonable prices and lovely to work with.

My husband and I were looking to buy a house and werent sure what changes the town would allow us to make to the property. Our realtor recommend Mike, who we hired for two different houses we were going to make offers on. The first house we decided not to make an offer on based on Mikes information. With the information provided on the second home, we did extend an offer. Money well spent!
