This is our third project with No Shorts and it was the trickiest. We were getting a new water heater installed and needed a new 240 circuit available. The NS team bent over backwards to make the appointment time with with the plumbers schedule. But, on top of that, the was a question as to whether we had enough headroom to add another circuit. NS went through the house and did all the calculations to determine if our service would need to be upgraded. We were fortunate that it did not and we now know what our peak is.Great work, and great explanations of what was going on at every step!

I have worked with no shorts electric on three different occasions. Each time has been worth every penny and minute of my time. They work very quickly, clean up after and do a thoughtful job. Each time I was able to express what I thought was wrong and what I wanted and they were able to help me figure out what the best solution would be. I would recommend them to anyone. They reworked my bathroom so the the light above the mirror would align with the sink and mirror and separated the exhaust fan from the light so they could be turned on independently. The guy that showed up was very professional, easy to communicate to and finished the job quickly. They also came and assessed a few oddities about our electrical and were able to let me know what was/not worth fixing. They also installed recessed lighting in our living room/kitchen and bedrooms and I absolutely love love love it! I honestly don’t even know how to express what a difference it makes, I want to say night and day, but it’s so overused I’m not going to. It feels like we remodeled but we didn’t, we can just finally see! They installed a new fan also, and made such wise decisions on the wiring to the switches and the crew is just a pleasure to talk to and work with. We will definitely work with these guys again.

I had an electrical emergency in my home, and Brett from No Shorts Electric was able to come almost immediately. Within 5 minutes of arriving he was able to identify that the issue was with the power coming into the home and called the utility to come out and fix it. Overall, very happy that I reached out to No Shorts Electric, they know their stuff!

No Shorts Electric assisted has assisted us on a couple occasions over several years and both times have been extremely impressed! Responsiveness is amazing. Can tell they really want to help and offer support even via phone before heading out. They work hard to squeeze us in in a timely fashion and are super efficient and clean with their work. Weve had both Brett and Jake help us and have nothing but positive things to say about both! I very strongly recommend!

The two young men that came out were very courteous and diligent. Installed a 220 outlet in the garage, which needed new heavier gauge wire run and replaced the 30 amp breaker in our panel for a 50 amp so that we could get the most “juice” to charge our new EV car (VW ID.4). Also installed three dimmer switches in the house. They were efficient, and asked questions when needed, and even cleaned up afterwards! Would recommend without hesitation.

I’ve been a resident and homeowner in Stoughton for 17 years and have worked with many contractors updating my house during this time. All of them have been good but No Shorts Electric stands out among the others in every way. The job is done right, on time, and at a fair price. Communication is key and Brett and team make every effort to keep you posted on when people will show up. When he says 7:30 am, he’s rolling up at 7:25. Great team, great leadership, great company. Can’t recommend them enough!!!————————————————Fast forward a couple years since above post, and I had the opportunity to work with No Shorts again. Can you improve on spectacular performance? Yes, they sure can!! Willy made a quick visit to provide power to the outdoor AC unit that was repositioned to the south side of the house. He was in and out in 1 hour and the job was done right.“No Shorts” is a great name for an electrician company. But Brett and company actually live up to the standard that there are “No Short Cuts.” The job is done right, to code, no matter what.

Had them replace my service from pole to panel. They did a great job. Conduit looks good, and very secure. New panel also looks great, with plenty of room for future additions. Did electrical work in my twentys, so had a point of comparison, and am extremely satisfied. A little pricey, but quality is worth it. Will use again for future projects.

We had our light fixtures replaced and they got 6 fixtures done in about an hour and thirty mins. They were able to make it down to Footville for a 7:30 AM appointment and were right on time. They were very professional and thorough, easy to talk to and helpful when I had questions. We will definitely be using them in the future and I recommend this company for anyone who is in need for a reliable and reasonable electrician.

They wired and installed my stainless steel range hood , along with re- routing electrical outlets in my kitchen. Jason and Lucas were professional and did an exceptional job! They answered any questions I had, and were extremely knowledgeable. Jason and Ben from No Shorts did the electrical work for our bathroom addition, and also added power to our kitchen area and added lighting to the utility room. They were fast, efficient, kept the area clean, and were a pleasure to work with. Jason recommended a type of lighting fixture to improve our laundry area, added the new fixture, and replaced the old one with the same type. We had a couple customization requests, Jason took care of it no problem. Knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, we will look to them for future work.

I would strongly recommend this company to any home owner needing electric work done. My experience was 100% positive. I had received several quotes for the work that needed to be done and No Shorts Electric was the most competitive quote. I am very pleased with Willie and Jessie. They were on time, neat and polite. I did not have the light fixtures needed to complete the project and they could have asked me to go and get them but they went instead and got the flood lights needed. Both my husband and I are in high risk groups and it was a relief not to have to go and search for something unfamiliar in a large crowded home supply store. I am very grateful for that kindness.
