HUGE THANK YOU! Of course my hot water heater decided to leak and flood my basement late Friday night. Jared was immediately available, responsive, helpful and professional. So appreciative to him and his team to clean up this problem and prevent damage. They went above and beyond to ensure this issue was minimized while seeking to future-proof my household. I highly recommend!

Today was the third time I have used Lauder Plumbing and heating. I have been extremely satisfied each time I have called them. They are prompt, courteous, professional and they know what they are doing. The jobs have been done in a timely and professional manner and their prices are reasonable and fair. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again for any of my plumbing/heating needs and in fact would not call anyone else. The services they provide are excellent.

The correct address for Lauder Plumbing: 4 Madison Court, Stony Point, NY (Rockland County). Lauder Plumbing is the contractor that fulfills Culligan Water of Rockland County water softeners system installations. Jared (Lead) and Michael (Assistant) made a good impression on me immediately. They were running 15 minutes late, and called to let me know. Upon arrival, they worked diligently and efficiently for 1.5 hours, had all materials necessary on their truck, and cleaned up after themselves. They were able to place the Culligan HE Water Softener, salt tank, and sediment filter near my water heater, so I could eventually create a mechanicals closet when I do a basement remodel. They ran additional water lines from the main line (area of the house where the water enters) to the hot water heater area, but didnt charge me extra for that work. Also, I asked about cleaning / washing out my hot water heater of sediment, but Jared said that, while I could pay an additional $200 for that work, it wasnt really necessary based on the age of my water heater. His prices were fair, the Culligan HE Water Softener system was cleanly installed; lines, screws, filters, etc. plum and level; and my personal belongings were left As Is. All in all, a winner.
