    My shower drain was leaking to the basement, I called Valor late in the afternoon and they were able to send someone the next morning.Alex came and fixed it and explained what had caused the leak. He noticed it wasnt draining well so stayed until he figured out why and took care of that too. He was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, he cleaned up everything so well...I will definitely refer you to others, I am very happy with your service. Thank you!

    I had a foundation repair project that stretched over six months from start to finish. The Valor team arranged and completed my central air disconnect on short notice, and came back several months later to reconnect everything once the hardscaping was completed. They were AMAZING throughout the entire process. Jacob was the technician who helped to complete the job itself and was so nice and knowledgeable about the process, even with the rather large gap in between visits. I highly recommend their professional and courteous service! Nothing but good things to say about their entire team from the admins to the sales people to the technicians.     Awesome experience during a stressful home situation! Valor was super responsive and easy to get ahold of, did great thorough work at a reasonable price, were very up front with their pricing, and went above and beyond to get me the documentation I needed quickly!     Decided to use Valor for our new water softener and water heater as we’d heard several good things about them from a couple different people and after getting several quotes.I couldn’t be happier with the service, professionalism and turnaround time.Mike and his helper were in and out in about 90 minutes and they both made sure I had a full understanding of the equipment going in and what to do in event anything ever happened to fail.I would absolutely recommend using Valor and will absolutely be using them in the future should anything arise in the future.

    We appreciate the communication between us and the Service Techs who came to our home to evaluate our A/C issue. Steve and Jason did excellent at communicating what they were doing in determining what the cause was. Trevor was quick to respond to us with the estimate for repair/replacement of parts, etc. Jason, and Steve did a great job with the install and we would definitely call them again for future needs.

    I can not say enough good things about Steve from Valor Mechanical. I had an emergency plumbing issue on a weekend, and he was here within an hour. Laid drop cloths all the way to the door. Was super neat. He went above and beyond to make sure I was up and running in no time. If I could, Id give more than 5 stars!

    I was impressed by the prompt response I received from Valor when I contacted them about my air conditioner. Trevor made room for me in their busy schedule and Jason arrived right on time. Jason was courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and offered solutions to repair my air conditioner instead of just replacing it.

    We called this morning when our hot water quit working. A quick call to Mike J and Travis(amazing customer service) and we had an appointment within 8 hours. Mike J got to the house went thru the entire heater and we now have working hot water again!!! Couldn’t say enough good things about these gentleman. 💯 would recommend! Honest, quick, and all around great guys!

    They were very friendly and easy to work with. Our heating wasn’t working and they came out the same day to look at our heating system. My husband talked to many other companies saying Valor was the only ones that were patient and so nice to talk to over the phone. We appreciate all the hard work Valor did to fix our heat and how fast and efficient they were making sure we were warm and happy!!
