    A spring recently broke on our garage door. I had seen recommendations for Newman Garage Door so called and they were able to schedule Kyle for a same day repair; he arrived promptly and replaced the springs. Should we have garage door repair or replacement needs in the future, we’ll definitely contact Newman Garage Door. Thanks for a timely response and great service!

    I needed the seals replaced on my doors and called Newman. They came out and assessed the work and gave me a fair price. The ordered the color match and called when it came in and scheduled the service. Kyle was the service technician that performed the work. He did a great job, it looks fantastic. He is a craftsman. He fitted each piece and installed them, then cleaned them up when completed. He picked up all the scraps and took them away, not a nail left on the ground. GREAT JOB, will certainly use them for services in the future and will request Kyle for the job. AAA++++

    I called on a Monday morning and they were on site in less than 2 hours. The garage door that was broken was repaired and the technician even took the time to tighten the smaller door while he was there. We had a very positive experience!

    I had been looking at garage doors for a couple of years so when I figured out what I wanted I was off to Newman Garage Door Sales. I had a few pictures and they quickly found products close to what I was wanting. They had many brochures and samples of door colors and panels to show insulation types. It took me a few days to make a final decision but once I did they were quick to get it ordered. Once it arrived they were very fast getting us scheduled for installation. The installation was very quick and the install crew was friendly and answered a few questions I had. We also got a new door opener and they programmed all our remotes, cars and key pad. We have always called Newman when we had any door or opener issues. They have always been very responsive and will always be our first call for anything door related! I would recommend them 100%

    Top notch garage door installation across the board. Newmans were very thorough and even lubed and checked my other garage door. Made sure everything was working right before they left and made sure we understood how to use everything. No mess left behind! From talking with them on the phone right to Kyle & Garrett their install team, all went perfect. Polite, professional and had conversations with us while installing.     I would definitely recommend Newman Garage Door Sales & Service to a friend. Their name says it all. They were helpful from beginning to end. They loaned us samples we could take home and view against our home and quality product information on their product lines. They were helpful in setting an appointment to meet our unique schedule and their installer was quick, professional and answered all my questions.We were looking to replace two overhead wood doors with insulated metal doors and had researched various suppliers. Two of our neighbors had Newman doors and recommended them to us. Newman Garage Door Sales & Service was able to supply a pair of high quality doors, professionally installed, for only slightly more than a chain store, which will remain nameless, could supply a similar quality door which I would have had to install myself. Included in that price also was removal/disposal of the old doors and cleanup of the debris!

    For the price of about the cheapest door I could find at the big box stores I got a better garage door installed with new tracks and springs and the old hauled away. Plus he was able to fix my current opener, no extra charge, instead of trying to sell me a new one. New door looks and works great. Highly recommended.

    Called late this morning after loud noise from my garage door as it closed. They were very helpful and managed to get out to me within a few hours. Much appreciated since it was my spring and cable and I was home by myself without a way to get my car out. All fixed and very friendly people. Good customer service. Thank you.

    I called the garage door installer in Benton Harbor first. After a week of waiting for them to get back to me, I called Newman; I should have started here.Their customer service is EXCELLENT!! They even installed an opener I bought at the big box store rather than what they sell. They followed up with me and came out to corrected a minor error.I would HIGHLY recommend Newman Garage Door!!

    We’ve used Newman for a couple things. The first was to replace the bottom seal of our garage door that chipmunks chewed up. They fixed it and supported it more than we expected. The second time, our spring broke in the middle of the night and our car was stuck in the garage. They came within the half hour and had it fixed in less than an hour, even with having an abnormal size garage door!

    Our garage door was crooked. Called in the morning, they were out in the afternoon. They did more work than the service charge indicated (took care of a couple things not directly related to the door just because it was a good thing to do). They were amazing! Very happy we called them.
