    Had issue with my bubble up system and called Wardwater for the first time ever. the serviceman showed up on time and checked out the system and explain it was the pump. He was able to change it out, he explained everything I asked. I asked him of a problem I was having with my cold was and the fail pump unit was causing it. He is a great asset to his company and did a professional job. I would highly recommend Wardwater for any water issue, the serviceman name was Nick but people call him Hippie. 100% satisfied

    Another company had installed our whole house water filtration system and I was not happy with them. Matthew Morris came out and was so incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I cannot say enough positive things about him and Ward Water. You can’t go wrong with them

    Honestly, the level of customer service here is absolutely amazing. We had a no-water issue with our radon water system this morning. I called, and they said they could come out that afternoon, which was great in itself. About 30 minutes later, a tech named Nick called and said, while he wasnt the guy who was scheduled to come out, he had a troubleshooting idea that might fix it, and would I mind trying a couple things over the phone?Well, wouldnt you know it—one little reset button held for 5 seconds was the fix. Saved me a service call and cemented Ward Water as my provider for life. Thank you, Nick and Ward Water!

    Ward water not only does water treatment. They are plumbers! I called with water pressure/surging problem. He came two days later and knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed my problem in a little over two hours. Very nice, knowledgeable company and VERY reasonable rates. My granddaughter used them for water filtration and is also extremely happy with these folks!

    I sent water tests to several water treatment companies who all recommended a different system. Ward Water was the only company to come out to view and test the water themselves. The tech explained the tests and how their system would correct the water issues. I was impressed with how knowledgeable they were and how they explained everything to me.Ward Water sent two technicians out to set up the system. They were on-time, polite, efficient and left the place better than they found it. I have called with a follow-up question and they took the time to explain the answer.I would highly recommend Ward Water to anyone looking to install a water system. Their knowledge, communication and follow-through is second to none.

    I love Ward Water! We had an agreement with a different provider to put in a system that made water pure to all faucets in our new house. The company did a poor job scheduling, was rude, and was slow to delivery. We went to Ward and had a new system in place that was state of the art for our well water. They now service it a few a time per year and the system is amazing. We have never had an issue and they keep the system up and running. I highly reco this group. A nice bunch too.

    I have been a customer of Ward Water since 2014 when they tested my well water and installed a whole house filtration/treatment system. Since then I have had a water softener installed and maintain the systems each year with a professional service call. In addition, I have called them for plumbing repairs and found them to be thorough and efficient.

    I had Ward Water install a water treatment system to lower the radon and uranium levels in my water a year ago. They did a fantastic job and I have had no issues with the system up to this point.     Ward Waters crew of people came to my house and efficiently solved our water pump issues. Charlie Ward explained the solutions for better water pressure and maintaining a safe water supply. Then his crew installed the appropriate computer monitoring system with air tank and an ultra violet tight sanitizing/filter system.I am very happy with their work and expertise.

    Always on time and on price, been using them a lot this year (after getting many positive referrals) for both plumbing and water treatment needs, and each side of the business impresses me with their timeliness and competency. The folks who do the estimates and scheduling are great, as are all the techs and plumbers I meet. They also always take the time to answer my questions with detailed helpful responses, even if youre not a handy person who understands this stuff.

    Ward Water is an exceptional company to deal with. They installed and serviced our equipment in our last home, so when we moved and found out we needed an arsenic system, they were the first ones we called. No company is more thorough in making sure you understand what they are recommending, why they recommend it, and how to maintain it. They may not be the cheapest in the area, but it is well worth every penny to ensure that you have clean water and reliable service. We literally hold them up as the gold standard of sales and service when working with other companies: Why cant our plumbers be as good as Ward? When will Ward get in to the contstruction business? I wish these painters were as attendtive as Ward.

    I have been With ward water for 3 years now and I have to say, Ward water is one of the most honest companys I have ever delt with. when I first needed a water system, I called several companies who I will not mention that had extreamly high prices. One company came in to my home and tried to scare me by saying my water tested extreamly high for arsenic and told me I should have been dead by now and wanted to charge me 14 thousand dollars !!!!! I called ward water. they came into my home tested my water and gave a quote for under 5 thousand dollars. after the system was put in I asked ward water to test my water again so i could be at ease and the water tested excellent after the systtem was put in. I have my water tested every year and all is great. they have been in my home 3 times to do regular maintenance. the system works flawlessly as long as you change your filters on a regular bases.They have the most respect for my home when they are here. Every time I have called with questions they are completly answerd before I hang up. How can you get any better service than that. I dont think there is a better company out there. When they are here the guys put up with me talking their ears off lol. My hats off to the ward water crew. Thank you so much for being the company that you are.Joe

    The team at Ward Water provided an exceptional experience start to finish. We were in the process of closing on our new home when the water test came back with high levels of Arsenic, some iron and sulfur.     Ward did a great job of diagnosing, planning, quoting and installing treatment necessary for our new well. They responding to our request for quote quickly, sent a person out who arrived on time and prepared with a recommendation. We had a quote that evening and were able to schedule the work the next day. The installation team also arrived on time, were able to adjust to a small change in plans (outdoor faucets which needed to be on a direct line from the well), and had us installed that day (with a quick return to do the outside connections). The result was excellent and we have had great water over the subsequent months. We should mention that the planner took pains to keep us from overspending....working with us to get the result we wanted without over-building. Bravo to Ward Water.

    I have been a customer of Ward Water since they installed a “reverse osmosis” to remove uranium from my well water in 2015. They come on a periodic basis to service the system. They also showed me how to change the filter on the house’s water softening system. The technicians are always courteous and professional and do a stellar job. Clean, contaminant-free water is a necessity and I rely upon them to achieve it.
