    After a successful initial meeting and selection of the shade product, Jeffrey came back to install. Through no fault of his, the shade was damaged so a replacement was ordered. After a delay, which was my fault, the install was scheduled and performed to my complete satisfaction. This is a business that is professional and conscientious.     Great customer services, great prices. The process was easy, quick and friendly from the original consultation to the installation. The installer even brought treats and toys for our pets. Truly a great experience all around. One of the shades was not manufactured to the right size, but they got a replacement quickly and were very apologetic about the error.     Jeffs service was just excellent, professional and prompt. He listened carefully to us. Therefore, he was able to identify and provide blinds and shades that met our needs at a fair and affordable price. To our surprise, Jeff asked us to quote a price that we are comfortable with, and that hed do everything possible to support us. And sure enough, he gave us a great discount. His installation work was exact, and then he educated us relative to things we should know about our new shades and blinds. Very pleased with this guy. When they discovered that the manufacturer had failed to ship two components (cosmetic not functional), they held off on billing until the cosmetic pieces were received and installed.
