I’ve known Kent for 20 plus years. I used him when he started his business and was very happy with his services. As a general contractor, I used KM on the HVAC and electrical side with no complaints. After being in our current house for 20 years, our original KM installed Trane heat pump needed some attention. Since we have no intentions of moving, we decided to have the entire system removed and replaced (including duct work). Probably overkill, but it’s what we wanted. What a difference a 20 year newer heat pump makes! The heat is warmer and the unit is quieter. Money well spent. Unit was installed quickly and professionally. Thanks to Kent, Josh and the entire KM team.

They even helped me pick up the pieces to my car and loaded it on a trailer and brought it home. They were sent from God for sure!! Thank you K M employees!

Kent came and fixed my breaker box today and we are so happy with his work! Went out of his way to find the part needed and drove like a hour or so away just to get our power back on. My heat pump stopped on Saturday night and I called on Sunday. A really nice man came and when he saw I needed a part replaced he called the company that makes my unit and found out it was covered by the warranty. He didnt have to do that but he did. He ordered the part for overnight delivery and when it didnt show up he found a part somewhere else and repaired my unit early the next day. Reasonable prices and he went out of the way to get my AC up and running again. KM has gained a brand new and very loyal customer.

KM installed my HVAC system in 2014 and it has worked flawlessly since. We schedule an annual checkup on the system and KMs technicians arrive as scheduled, work efficiently and are always courteous. Realized the capacitor was bad so called KM at 7:45 pm on Saturday, left message on their after hours line and within 10 minutes I received a call scheduling an appointment for 30-45 minutes later. They arrived around 8:40 pm and were done by 9:15 pm with the problem resolved. The technician, Eric, was very friendly and professional. This was the 3rd A/C service call Ive had to make since moving in to our house. This was by far the BEST company and technician Ive ever dealt with. Their prices are fair, even the after hours rates, and they are up front about everything. As long as I live in Statesville, I will never call anyone else for our heating and air service other than KM.

Air Conditioner Died.......KM Electrical to the Rescue...Our 12 year old builder grade unit died and Josh came out and quoted us a fair price, along with several options. We chose to replace rather than repair due to the age of the unit. Zane & Austin came out early on a Saturday morning and worked thru straight through lunch to remove old unit and replace with new. All the staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with, including James who I talked to from their office. Having been a remodeling contractor in Colorado for many years... I can comfortably recommend KM Electrical & HVAC to my family & friends.
