    Had a big problem with water leaking into my house from the my stone facade. Tony the owner of Universal Masonary came by was very nice, we had a plan of what to do, price was more than fair, when we began the project, the water damage was more than anticipated but Tony fixed it all.     I could not be happier with the service I received. Quoted budget is what we paid. One day demo, 2 days to complete the side of the house, driveway, and sidewalk. Job site was clean at all times. My neighbors are already giving me compliments. Great job Tony and team.

    Tony and his team were very professional from the start, and I would recommend them to anyone. My backyard was mostly grass and I wanted to cement it and put pavers in. Tony was easy to work with, gave me a fair price, and his team got the job done in less than 3 days. The backyard looks fantastic now and has really upgraded the look of the house. I need to eventually fix the retaining wall in front of my house and will definitely hire Tony again.

    I first called in weekend and Tony answered and came over with contracts early next week. His offer was fair and sent Cambridge catalogue on email. I liked on website he had pictures of work he had done. He cancelled few meetings with samples and some of surveys. It was worth extra time looking through the catalogue picking out right design. Tony gave advice for border with my choice of Sahara chestnut samples and he was right. Pavers looked great and job took only few days. Definitely would recommend Tony and his crew did amazing work.     Tony and his team redid our backyard from grass to concrete this summer. The whole project from start to finish took 4 days. Prior to the start, he took his time to talk to us about our vision for the project. We had specific needs that not all contractors were able to meet, however Tony worked with us to create a plan for our layout, he talked us through every minor detail prior to starting which put our worries at ease, as this was our first home renovation project. Our family highly recommends Tony and his team. They were fast, professional, and most important of all, the finished product looks beautiful!

    Responsive, flexible, dedicated, and detailed.I reached out to several masonry companies to do my aunts front steps, concrete the yard, and reface the foundation. Tony was very responsive and always made himself available to me and moved around his schedule to accommodate when I would like the yard done and with a very fair price. He did the front steps first and worked on what he could because it took me a while to find someone to remove my shed from my yard. That didn’t stop him and his amazing crew they kept working around it and being flexible with us. He was able to build us a nice retaining wall on the back for us to get more privacy out of our yard. We are beyond excited to be able to enjoy our yard finally and we have Tony and his team to thank for that. I have attached some before and afters. Tony was able to get all of this done in 4 days flat.

    Tony and his crew just left after installing pavers in my yard around a inground pool , the job was completed according to schedule , completely cleaned up after and looks fantastic !! This is after chasing other contractors on SI who came for an estimate and proceeded to ghost me .Tonys prices were more than reasonable and he communicated every aspect of the job from start to finish. In these times a reputable, honest and fair contractor is getting harder and harder to find. Recommend Universal Masonry 100%

    I was due to write a review a long time ago. Universal Masonry, is the best on the Island. Tony, is truly professional and so are his men. He is not only fair but understanding and he will give you ideas and bring you examples of the materials etc. He did pavers for our huge side yard and the driveway in the front of our home. He also, had his men install pavers against our homes foundation. We have gotten plenty of compliments from both friends and family. Previous to Tony, we had used another contractor which we regretted. With Universal Masonry your work will last a lifetime and you will have no worries. Tony, is true to his clients.

    I was very pleased with Universal Masonry from start to end of job. Tony was very engaging throughout the whole project which included renovating the front of my house with stucco and stone.     I just want to Thank Tony and his hard working crew for an amazing job they did installing pavers in my driveway and backyard.     After getting a few estimates, I decided to go with Universal Masonry. They weren’t the cheapest estimate, but I wanted the best job, not the cheapest one (I made that mistake in the past). I’m glad I made that choice. I hired them to redo the steps and pavers, to the upstairs. I had the front steps and pavers done a few years ago (with another company and just a so so job) and I wanted him to match the brick work and pavers, so they looked the same. I was pleasantly surprised when the job they did was even better, than the original. Also, the owner Tony went above and beyond, searched everywhere, to find the pavers that had been discontinued. That’s what you get, when you hire someone who cares about what they do. It came out so good, that I hired them again, to redo the sidewalk along the whole side of the house (corner property). Again, it came out perfect and I couldn’t be happier. You get what you pay for and for something this important, I’ll never go the low budget route again.

    We needed our sidewalk, curb and curb cut redone along with milling and paving in front of our house. Tony was excellent throughout the whole process. His prices are very reasonable, his workers are on time, professional and clean. They even took the extra time to replace all the grass pieces that they had to cut out to put in the sidewalk forms.     I had recently called on Universal Masonry Corp. to complete my backyard with pavers. Tony came the next day to give me an estimate and I knew from the start that he was the best I had met with so far. Tony went out of his way to make three trips to my home before we decided on the project to answer any questions we had and to go over every final detail. I explained to Tony that we had an existing water problem in the yard and he explained exactly what he would do to solve the problem. When it came to completing the job, his crew was absolutely excellent in everything they did. I was very impressed with the precision and craftsmanship down to the smallest detail; not to mention the fact that Tony and his father were not only on the job site the whole time but worked the whole time as well.     Tony and his crew exceeded our expectations. We had recently moved into our new house and our outside stucco needed a ton of work. The before and after is incredible.     Tony did some pavers at my house and a bbq island and the work was amazing, Tony was tgere every day with his crew and the work turned out amazing. I called several contractors and most acted as if my job was too small for them because i wasnt spending 100k but Tony took his time and treated my job as if it was a million dollar job. Highly reccomend them
