I went to ask a question about my bill. The customer service representatives were nice and professional. I was in there for like 10mins. It was fast and productive.

Father passed and we had to change stuff over. Then we received $500+ bill. Went back for explanation - he had Balanced Billing, but underpaid. The same woman serviced us - Very helpful and empathetic.

I been with national grid for more 20 years. Always hoping get better...for around 6 months I dont have not gas..I dont missed it at all. Since yesterday I been called them to connected it.but I stilled had an standing balance of $628.00 dollards..I applied for one shoot deals. I got approved but never see the f...??? 💰 Money.So I couldnt pay..In stepeds I disconnected it.. not to made more balanced to the account.hoping some money getting back to me.. Its very fustriet...Today I will tried to go to the offices to apply for hardship..
