    Colin was very thorough in servicing my two units. I felt that he took the time to make sure both units were working properly.     Our technician Drew was absolutely top notch. Skilled, professional, friendly, and showed sincere concern for our well-being (our furnace quit in the middle of the winter). He showed up to our place promptly on a Sunday morning, diagnosed the problem in about one minute, got the furnace running, and figured out what part we needed to order. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what was going wrong mechanically (combustion air intake switch stuck open). He knew exactly what he was doing. Weve found our new go-to HVAC company.

    Trent performed the first maintenance check on the mini splits I had installed by Goodco. He called to let me know what time he would arrive and was very prompt. He explained everything that he was doing and showed me the various components that he was cleaning, explaining their function. He also reviewed how to change the vanes in the ceiling mounted unit to assure that the air was focused where I wanted it to be. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and provided great service!

    Drew did an excellent job. I have a two-story house with a single furnace that heats and cools both levels separately. However, air was coming out of the first-floor vents even when only the second-floor system was running. I suspected a damper failure, but the duct was behind drywall, making it challenging to access.Drew arrived on time and, with just two cuts, located the damper (which was impressive) and confirmed the failure. He clearly knew what he was doing. It was a pleasant experience, and I look forward to having Drew replace the damper once it arrives.

They kindly answered all our questions about operation and maintenance, showing us how the new thermostat worked, how to access and change the filter, and advising us where to buy replacement filters. Our previous HVAC system had finally met its end due to old age, and we are grateful that Goodco could schedule us in and install our new system while the season/temperature was still mild.We have also used Goodco for repairs (on our old system) and maintenance check-ups and were always impressed with how quickly theyre able to come out and help us when we have a problem.     I was in a position of having my oil boiler not working properly. I had made multiple calls to smaller supposed heating contractors for repairs, to try and get it repaired, and many were too busy to help. I started mid-summer, plenty of time to get it repaired.One came and looked (Kyle-Kodiak HVAC), and after waiting for months he would not return my calls after telling me he would/could do the repairs before the heating season.One bigger Company sent someone to look at it, charged me $94 for a service call, told me they would send me a proposal for repairs. I called them after 3 weeks after hearing nothing. They would not return my calls. I had my girl call, and they did call her back. They said they could NOT do repairs, or even install a new boiler. and have refused to return our payment for not actually doing any work, and not fulfilling their end of the contract which was presented by the technician.DO NOT USE TRIANGLE HEATING and COOLING, or KODIAK HVAC! It was now close to the end of October, and I still had NO HEAT. I am sure they had heat at their house, and were not especially concerned that I did NOT!My boiler is a newer hi-tech Burnham, which requires it to be fine-tuned with a flue gas analyzer for proper operation. I was told by many of the smaller contractors that it wasnt needed, adjusting it by sound/flame was sufficient, and an analyzer was expensive and not needed. They are WRONG, my boiler was sooting up for exactly that reason. It was burning too rich, and was clogged up with soot.I called Goodco, and they sent out Don within a week. He arrived, and got a few items from his truck. He grabbed a tool bag, vacuum, and a grey plastic case. I asked him what was in the case, and he told me it was a FLUE GAS ANYLIZER! I was glad I finally found someone who knew what was needed to properly do the job.Don said that he had only been with Goodco for about 3 months, and my advice to Goodco is to keep him in your organization because he is going to be a great asset and employee. He is professional, knowledgeable, and had my boiler up and running (properly) in no time. I highly recommend GOODCO and DON for any of your heating needs, they are a great company. If you call a smaller contractor, you do so at your own risk/demise.I now have heat, and will no longer waste my time on people who think they know it all, and do not have the proper knowledge or equipment to do the job correctly. Thanks to all at Goodco, I will recommend you to everyone who may need repairs, you are a great company, and I am so glad I found you.     Om November 21 & 22nd 2022 Goodco Installed a complete, new Bryant HVAC system. The system seems to run flawlessly but I have as yet to experience any savings on my electric bill. I cant get the thermostat to work with my iPhone. In any case, the young gentlemen that installed the new unit were wonderful. They were friendly, arrived at the promised time and cleaned up everything when they were done. Count me as a new fan of Goodco. Should the need arise, I will use them again and have recommended them to others. Thanks, Goodco, your company was great as well as fairly priced.

    Tavi and Nate were great, professional and timely with the installation of our new HVAC system. We decided to replace out 14 year old leaking Lennox AC system as well as our NG furnace with a new Payne system. Tavi spent a good amount of time answering my questions and providing technical explanations when I asked. Overall I was very pleased with the installation they provided and we are enjoying the additional energy savings of the new hardware. I great appreciated the care they took to make sure the installation was not only done right the first time but also really cleanly done.

    In September of 2022 the condenser on my 17 year old AC died. Instead of repairing it I took the opportunity to make a change from an oil furnace to natural gas and had both the AC and furnace replaced. Nate and Shane worked quickly and kept me in the loop on their efforts. They removed the old oil tank and sealed the pipes outside as part of the job. In less than two full days they were able to put the new units in place and install a new thermostat. Ive been happy with the results and would gladly do business with Goodco again.

    All of the people we worked with were responsive and professional. They kept us updated about our installation date and were even able to come earlier than expected, which was much appreciated during a heat wave. The installers were very professional and as unobtrusive as they could be, given that they had to cut holes in the ceiling and one wall. They cleaned everything up so the condition of the rooms was the same as it had been when they arrived. Plus, we love the new air conditioner! It is so quiet I have to put my hand up to it to make sure it is on!

    We had Goodco install ductless HVAC system in our home and from the time we initially emailed for a estimate to the time the system was installed the folks at Goodco couldnt be beat. We were surprised by how quickly Nathan was able to provide us with multiple options for our home and once we decided on our set-up, Nate and Andrew took over and the installment was up and running in only a couple of days. Ill add, the install took place during some of the hottest days this summer and we also had some nasty rain storms as well but this didnt delay the guys from getting the job done and done well.

    Very good communication skills and assessment with respect to your existing equipment, what the problem is, and why (in our case) we went with a new system but a repair option was discussed and evaluated too. We got several other quotes but Goodco was not necessarily the cheapest, however, the equipment installed and their installation price seemed to have more overall and long term value even though they were just a bit more than some of the other quotes. Installed system has been excellent since mid-February!

    I would highly recommend Goodco. In October, they installed a high-efficiency Bosch natural gas boiler at my house. Everyone I dealt with at Goodco was excellent. The sales person, Nate, came and looked at what was needed and gave me a detailed quote. After I signed the contract, the project manager, Mike, came to the house to look for himself what would be needed. When I had difficulty getting the oil pumped out of the tank in my basement, Mike arranged to have that done by a contractor that he knew. The guys who installed the boiler and who did the piping to connect with the gas line, Steve and Jim, were friendly, efficient, and professional. The installation was well thought out and the connections were very clean.They removed both the old furnace and the oil tank from the basement which was not easy. Goodco has also followed up to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. I am very happy with the job they did and with the Bosch boiler and would give them my highest recommendation.

    Working with the folks at Goodco was a positive experience from beginning to end. Nate was great to deal with during the explorative phase -- helping us find just what we needed for a non-standard installation in a very old house with no free outside wall space in the rooms where we wanted the units. He solved the problem with in ceiling units which look even better in an old house than wall units would.As for the installers, I have never seen such good, clean, effective work. They arrived each day exactly when scheduled. They left the rooms immaculate! Dealt creatively with a very tricky installation to the upper floor, and were very pleasant and positive to deal with.And to top it off -- the whole project was less expensive than I thought it would be! Noah was out servicing our Mitsubishi system recently and besides doing a thorough and excellent job he was extremely polite and even happy to interact with my kids/ answer their questions as he worked- what a great experience for them (and me.)     Needed an authorized Aprilaire service tech to perform a recall on a whole house dehumidifier. Goodco was not aware of this recall but they quickly found the replacement parts and performed the recall service. Service was more expensive than what Aprilaire would reimburse for, so that was a little disappointing. Service tech was prompt and professional.

    HVAC system installed! Octavio and Dallas did great work for us in what was a VERY TRYING period of time for our family in late July. ( Ask them and theyll let you know what I am referring to.) AC and now heat seem to be working well. One thing...I was wondering if the connect tubing and hardware can possibly be tucked in closer to the unit as it makes things somewhat tight trying to get around in the basement closet where it is located.     My parents added a granite countertop and new sinks which did not line up withe the old sink. We called Goodco and the next day a gentleman named Mike arrived and within an hour neatly, proficiently and professionally reworked the pipes, installed the new hardware, connected the garbage disposal and provided sound advice.
