    Ben was SO helpful. We had a very frightening experience with another company and we needed a second opinion. I called him first thing this morning and he made time out of his busy day to come by and check out our foundation. Turns out we had nothing to worry about. Ben went so far to answer any questions or concerns we had, as well as point out things we should keep an eye on. He told us if the areas became more of a concern, to give someone a call, not even himself. He was very knowledgeable about his field, professional, and compassionate. Do not contact ANYONE ELSE.     They are great!! We had old steps made of slate and brick that had become uneven over the years (see picture below). We contacted several companies that told us there was nothing they could do and we should just demolish them. Then, we spoke to Ben at Gulf Coast Foundations. He came out that very afternoon, advised he thought he could fix them and quoted us a VERY good price. Within a week, he was at the property and had totally aligned the steps (see picture below).     I have been dealing with moisture in my home for years. I finally took action once my hardwood floors started to bow. I gave Benn at GCF a call and he was out at my house the next day to assess my home. This guy is very thorough. After about 30 minutes he diagnosed my issues and showed me pictures of everything going on below my home. He fixed my house up with a crawl space encapsulation and dehumidifier. I should have done this the day I moved into this home. I will never worry about my hardwood floors again, and what surprised me the most was how much more fresh my house smells. My friends even noticed and commented on it. Houses down here in the south should come with encapsulated crawl spaces from day 1. This company does great work, thank you!

    Ben was Amazing. I called and set things up with him. We agreed to pull the rotted part of the flooring to make it easier for him and save us a little money. After doing so my grandson broke out in hives. Ben showed up the next day bumping us up several days to do a mold remediation. That also allowed him to encapsulate the crawl space sooner so we could get the flooring done quickly so my daughter in law and grandson could get back into the house (shes pregnant and couldnt stay with the mold). What he planned to be 2-3 days he completed in 1. Ben worked with us knowing my son and his wife are buying the house from us and with a baby coming understood how that affects the budget. He got the dehumidifier in and my son says it is feeling so much nicer in the house too! Flooring gets finished up this week and they can be ready for the baby girl in the next few weeks!     GCF did a foam lift and stabilization on my garage/workshop and Im so happy with the results! Id originally gotten a quote from one of the big national companies and itd felt like a timeshare sales pitch and the price was staggering. Im really happy I called Gulf Coast Foundations. Benn came out, told me what was needed and not needed, and gave me a quote about 40% lower than the big national company. Benn (the owner) did a fantastic job, explained everything, and was easy to trust.I really recommend getting GCF to come quote your work before signing with one of the big national companies, youll get so much more for your money!

    I called several companies to come out for a quote on leveling the concrete around our pool. Ben was the only one that responded. He came out late the same afternoon and assessed our situation. He came back the next afternoon to do the job. Due to other issues with our concrete and the surrounding area he was unable to do what we had hoped. Ben was completely up front and honest with us and showed us what he could do to stabilize the areas we were having issues with.     Gulf Coast foundations handled a property of mine in Daphne, Alabama where I had multiple voids underneath my driveway and patio that had allowed the concrete to sink. Benn and his crew were prompt and very knowledgeable on how to handle these issues for me and provided a very fair quote with warranty. The crew came out and filled the voids and even raised my concrete that had sunk and saved me money. I never thought that the concrete could be repaired, but the Gulf Coast foundations guys showed me it could! This rapid response was a huge relief as my client was concerned about potential issues with a the homes foundation. Benn arrived promptly and well-prepared. He began by thoroughly assessing the exterior and interior of the property, checking for any signs of foundation problems. His attention to detail was commendable, and he left no stone unturned.Fortunately, in this case, no major issues were found with the foundation.     Ben did an amazing job on my crawl space. He was fantastic from the bid process to the completed work. The bid process was no pressure and he fully explained the scope of the work he thought was needed and why, backed up with pictures and videos of problem areas. My crawl space had a few damaged joists and a moisture issue. He sistered in new joists and encapsulated and installed a humidifier, as well as enclosing the crawl space in brick. He was extremely communicative, answering all questions and quickly responded to calls during the job. The job was extremely fairly priced. My floors are now rock solid and already I’m noticing an improvement in the smell of my house. I would highly recommend hiring gulf coast foundation and would definitely do so again myself if I ever had another need in that direction.

    Deciding to encapsulate my crawlspace was a big financial decision for me. My floor was sagging and I had moisture issues under my house. After following bad advice years ago, I called GCF to come take a look. Benn laid out a great plan that fit my needs and also helped me with some cracked floor joists under my home. He was very reasonable with pricing, but also listened to my concerns and adjusted his plan accordingly.I’m very happy so far. The dehumidifier isn’t loud. My floors feel nice and dry. There’s no smells.The experience was top notch. Communication was very easy. I highly recommend this company. When I get the money for another project I’m sure I will use them again.

    Three months after having new LVP installed it began to pop up. After further inspection moisture was trapped under the new flooring and had already started to cause black mold and mildew. Our house is on piers so we had a moisture problem. I got several companies to give estimates. Benn was able to assess the problem and was able to get to it quickly. He treated the mold and mildew under the house, encapsulated the crawl space, put in a French drain with a sump pump and installed a dehumidifier.Benn was responsive , personable and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly access what needed to be done and was able to get us on the calendar quickly. We are very happy with GCF and highly recommend them for your needs.

    After getting quotes from the bigger company I was so happy to find GCF! They came in a few thousand less and offered more services for the same job. Ben came out soon after I reached out for a quote, told me what he believed were my challenges and what his recommendations were to fix my floor inside. Ironically it was what the corporate company stated as well, so I felt confident he was very knowledgeable in what to do and how to remedy my moisture problem. He encapsulated the crawlspace to eliminate moisture from coming in, this is to strengthen my wood under the flooring with the expectation my floor inside will fix.     I would highly recommend GCF and it’s owner Benn Hollinger. This company did a complete encapsulation of the crawl space under our house, installing a sump pump and dehumidifier.     We cant say enough great things about working with Benn at Gulf Coast Foundation. Benn was prompt, professional, and very helpful. Benn listened, answered our questions, and was very patient as we expressed our needs, concerns, and expectations. Benn explained exactly what he would be doing to raise the concrete decking, around the pool, at our rental property. He did just that; he raised the concrete about 2” flush with our coping around the gunite pool. We were all very pleased with the results and the fact that our snowbirds were not disturbed for weeks while the concrete was demolitioned and repaired was an added perk. This poly-fill process took about six hours from start to finish. The finished project looks awesome. If you are looking for a quality foundation repair company, we would highly recommend GCF.

    Absolute incredible customer service and professionalism! If you are looking for someone to repair, raise, or level concrete foundations or driveways you MUST give them a call. I needed some emergency concrete driveway repairs/lifting and they came out same day and completed the repairs quickly! The owner himself called me and I explained the issues I was having. He throughly explained the repair process and eased my worries. He came out within 2 hours and throughly inspected the driveway and immediately setup and began making the repairs. He even took the time to point out other problem areas to me and walked me through how to make the repairs on my own.     One year ago, we had a major water problem in our basement caused from rainwater that leaked through the block walls. Gulf Coast Foundations installed a trench drain and FRP wall panels around the perimeter of our basement to catch all of the water that was previously flooding the floor with 2” of rainwater during a rain event. In addition, they installed (2) 2” sump pumps as well as a commercial dehumidifier to remove all water and moisture from our basement. GCF was very clean, efficient and communicated with us greatly through the installation process.Since installation, our basement has been completely dry and we are able to use our basement as living space. I highly recommend Gulf Coast Foundations for all of your waterproofing and water mitigation needs.

    We bought a house with oak floors from the 1950’s. Floors were refinished and looked beautiful. About 6 months later the floors showed cupping (raising at the joints between flooring boards). The house was also difficult to cool as the crawl under space was open to the outside and the underside of my wood floors were cooling the neighborhood. Called GCF and Benn came in with a very fair price for encapsulation of the crawlspace. Benn’s crew cleaned the crawlspace then used 20mm material to line the crawl space well up the sides and the foundation piers. Next GCF installed a dehumidifier and the drying of the crawlspace and underside of out oak floors began… in the weeks the floorboard cupping was gone and our cooling bills reduced. Great work, good price. Professional crew… We are very glad we chose Benn and GCF!

    My patio had a large erosion problem underneath causing the patio to start to crack. Benn came out, assessed the area, gave me a very fair price for repair, and got the job done. The foam used to fill the void hardens like concrete in every crevice. I should never have another problem with erosion underneath this patio.
