We had a great experience with Northern Lights. Our furnaces blower motor went out, and we had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year (a Sunday). Monday morning we called another local heating contractor who had serviced our furnace the month before, but did not get a return call for a couple of hours, so called Northern Lights.They called us back in good time, were there when they said they would be that afternoon, did some maintenance, and said they would be back again early the next morning with a replacement. They arrived right on time and fixed our problem. The technicians were thorough and professional. We will definitely call them again for both routine maintenance and furnace problems!

I called Northern Lights yesterday to set up service for two of my houses. The customer service was very professional and knowledgeable of the questions I had asked.Setting up an appointment was very easy as they worked with my schedule well.The two technicians that came to my house were very organized and thorough. They explained everything well. For as high as their professionalism is, one would expect their cost to be more.I will always use this company in the future and recommend them to all my friends and family.

My air condition unit went out and I called another company to fix it. They told me I needed a $300 part and it would be a couple of days to get it. I called Northern Lights and they were able to fix it and it cost me a service call and they told me the part needed part was not needed. They had it fixed in less the 15 minutes. I will call Northern Lights EVERY TIME I have an HVAC issue

Our AC unit quit working in the evening. We didnt notice it until almost midnight. We called Brian first thing the next morning and he was able to come to our house within an hour. Apparently a bug had died in one of the connections. He cleaned the connection and the AC unit out and did some tests. He recommended that there could be a part going out but said we still had a couple of years, just to keep in mind and that it would be a simple and cheap fix if it does go out. We will be using Northern Lights for all of our HVAC needs in the future!

I called Northern Lights asking if they sold thermocouples for my furnace. Brian said they did, but that they were on the road right now. He asked me where I lived, then directed me to another local business that also sells them. Very helpful.
