    We had a problem with our kitchen faucet as well as a leak underneath. Called and scheduled an appointment. They were able to come out same day. Awesome!Timmy fixed the faucet as well as replaced the broken part underneath. He then completed water tests in both sides confirming no leaks and all fixed. Very polite! Fast and cleaned up.     Had a bad fitting that was leaking at our neutralizer that left us without water.     We left a message on Sunday at Denver Plumbing thinking they would contact us Monday. We received a call from Mike who was on call. He said he could come out and evaluate the issue with our hot water heater. He arrived when he said he would made the evaluation, went and picked up the new water heater and installed it. He’s easy to speak with, knowledgeable, honest and knew exactly what he was doing! We did not expect to have same day Sunday Service with everything up and running, but Mike from Denver Plumbing got it done! They are our go to from here on in!!     My bathroom sink faucet developed a leak. I called Denver Plumbing at about 8am, a plumbing tech named Mason was at my house by about 9:45. Mason was very nice, knows his trade, replaced my leaking faucet and petted my dog. Mason was great and I highly recommend him and your company. Tom C

I was impressed with the technician, Mason Kiser, who provided the quote. Mason reviewed the job, made quick and fair adjustments to the cost, and completed the installation without any issues.     I would highly recommend Denver Plumbing Company!!! My sink was draining into my bathtub and my bathtub was not draining! Mason worked very hard and was able to get what turned out to be a very large clog out! He was very professional and friendly and although it was a very messy job, he did a great job of cleaning up when he was finished! Thank you Mason and Denver Plumbing Company!     I walk outside my garage and notice a Denver Plumbing Company truck parked across the street. I think a moment, and figure why not ask.I walk over and introduced myself and ask if they have any other pending jobs after finishing with my neighbor’s water heater install. It had occurred to me my water heater should be flushed.Brad checks his schedule and tell me he and Marty would be happy to help.It is mid-afternoon on a Friday. It is hot in the garage. Brad and his partner, Marty, could just as easily have said they had another appointment and actually called it a day rather than coming over to my hot garage.With the right equipment, flushing a tank should be relatively straightforward but you never know about the sediment.It goes well and just like that, a deferred maintenance task is done!Thanks, guys!

    You technicians always do great work and provide great information to make informed decisions.The only issue I had today is that we were not informed the installers were coming today until 20 minutes before they arrived. Tim did a professional job fixing the 20+ issues that caused a major water leak within 2 hours! Thank You Tim & fellow plumber that accompanied him. The technician called me to tell me he was on his way at the earlier time frame which was great.     Brad is a professional. He worked with me to determine what the options were to replace the hot water heater in the attic.     They sent Tim Newman out the same day I called. Something was leaking under my sink. He surveyed the situation and found I had a bad Stooder vent. He replaced the defected part and everything worked great. Then he cleaned underneath the sink to make sure there was no standing water. He was very nice, did great work and the price was reasonable.     Denver Plumbing installed a Rinnai water heater (April 2024) replacing another unit that had begun to fail. The install was completed in a timely manner and they followed up to ensure it was performing as expected. After some use the recirculation loop was improved with the installation of a second crossover valve. They also installed the Wi-Fi module giving us complete control over recirculation schedules, water temperature, vacation mode and current operating status. The plumber installer Ben, did an outstanding job. He worked with precision and answered all of our questions.
